"I have visited this restaurant a few times and always ordered takeout, but yesterday was the worst experience. It was Mother's Day and our waiter was very rude, never smiling and simply saying "yep" when taking our orders, instead of asking what we wanted. He seemed annoyed that we only ordered 6 mains for a group of 9 (3 were children who don't eat much). A large soft drink cost £4.95, and the lamb tikka starter was tough and only had 4 pieces of lamb. When it came time to pay, we used 3 different cards since we were splitting the bill. The waiter made it clear that a service charge was not included, and loudly commented to his colleagues that we did not tip. We chose not to tip due to the unpleasant service, especially on Mother's Day. Thankfully, my Mum had a good sense of humor and it didn't ruin her day, but we won't be returning."
