"Today we've had a wonderful dinner in this typical german restaurant. We have got there through Trip and we have been welcomed by spontanous but very polite waiters. The menu had a wide list of dishes. We've been requested our favourite cooking point of the meat; which is not that common... Something unusual is also that beefs are cooked directly in the eating room, which let you watch exactly what are you about to eat : All Our requirement have been fully satisfied and some small changes that we have requested have been accepted. During the dinner waiters have asked us if everything tasted fine. Beer tasted good too and it was served cool in nice typical glasses. On every table there was a fresh flower and a lighted candle. The atmosphere was quite and even if there were pretty a lot of people there was no noise. The prices correspond the high quality of dishes! We fully recommend this restaurant to all who want to have a quite dinner for two or small groups."

"By far my favorite burger place in Germany. If you are an American missing the thick juicy burger paddies of the state's this is about as close as you can get. The menu features gourmet burgers made for any taste with ingredients such as sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese. Burgers come with steak fries which can be substuted with sweet potato fries or curly fries. The staff is typically prompt with your order and also friendly and accommodating for non-German speakers."

"Went there with family a friends- not sure if it as there when I was at med school in ErlangenThe menu reads well and there were four to five dishes I would have liked to eat which is rare. Do not expect any fancy fine dining flashes and foams and jellies but solid German fare (was once described gutbuergerlich before this became a swearword) well executed and nicely presentedI choose a wild garlic soup 8/10; some asparagus with hollandaise an an schnitzel 9/10 sauces perfect (beurre blanc') ; my daughter had scallops with black rissotto 8/10 and pork fillet (said it was iberico not sure if iberico pork or iberico ham covering it 7/10) desserts where nice and I enjoyed a silvaner from a small wine makerWhat wasn t too like? It is popular (book if you go which I recommend you do) and in line with other places in Germany they save on service so it was overstretched too long wait for wine and bill went awol in-between (I don't blame them they were no enough and neither professional or well trained they did what they could)"

"the best Asian restaurant lol I have ordered so far only dino pizza, but because of the late time has closed a restaurant where I order in the rule. That's why I tried to order an Asian food from dino, and that's really super better than the food from my Asian restaurant! the dessert meat of my order of dino is not dry, was exactly grilled and costly horny. there is no sweet, but it does not play a roll and better because you can eat enough meat instead of the sweet. xd also I am very glad that the sauce was delivered separately with the meat. I think the chief of dino has made at least one doctor for Asian cuisine. many thanks for the delicious food"

"Ich war vor einem Theaterbesuch mit Freunden in der Kulisse essen. Wir hatten gute 2 Stunden Zeit zwischen der Bestellung des Essens und dem Start im Theater. Leider war es dann zeitlich so knapp mit dem Essen, dass wir es in 5 Minuten hinunterschlingen mussten. Das war leider auch schon zum zweiten Mal der Fall. Also die Wartezeiten habe ich bisher nur als sehr lang erlebt. Die Auswahl ist groß und es gibt auch einige vegetarische Gerichte. Leider schien mein vegetarisches Essen im Vergleich zu den anderen Gerichten am Tisch qualitativ etwas minderwertiger zu sein. Für Rigatoni mit Gemüse war viel zu wenig Gemüse dran und die Soße, naja... Die Preise sind in Ordnung, um mal ein Bierchen zu trinken ist es sicherlich schön. Aber man sollte nur dort essen, wenn man hinterher keinen Termin mehr hat. ;) Der Service schien etwas unaufmerksam, aber es war auch viel los."

"The Vietnamese / Asian fusion restaurant is located in the basement of an business compound and therefore easy to miss when you pass by. This would be your loss, because food an service is excellent. There is a classic lunch menu that is cheaper by far then the rest of the menu. Duck with peanut sauce is 8,50 € and a bargain in regard to the portion. At lunch time the ordering time is a little longer but still good."

"the pizzeria has an ambiente as in an autowerkstatt. Despite few guests it took quite long to get our order. the teig of the pizza has unfortunately not tasted me, moreover it was very hard and carburized at the edge. The pizzen were in any case, unfortunately, they were tastefully rather faded. the mousse au chocolat tasted like from the bag."

"As an Indian customer : + the location is great. 10 min walk from hbf+ ambience is nice+ Many say that this is the best Indian restaurant in Erlangen+ the presentation of the food was good- the food was not spicy enough even though we told to make it spicy ! I normally donot like very spicy food but even then this was not spicy for me at all ! - Felt that we were discriminated. We were the only Indians there when we reached and well we were made to stand as even the others who came after us were asked to be seated. Honestly I did not mind because I was also very eager that the locals has a more pleasant Indian experience than me and well i was not much dressed for the occasion. But perhaps you need to consider everyone equally.- the service. It took more than an hour to serve us.but I guess this was the same with every one of the guests too- the food was Ok. The starters felt better than other indian restaurants but I felt the food in Delhi restaurant was better than here. I'm a south Indian and I also love north Indian food. I had some great north Indian meals in India and I know it is not right to compare with real Indian food but I would say I would give 5/10 for the taste of food here compared to some of the best north indian dishes i have had. Average to just above average. Lack of spices was the main missing factor."

"Hier macht man Urlaub in Griechenland, wenn auch im Miniformat. Nur sehr wenige Tische, ein wenig eng, aber gemütlich. Im Sommer auch Tische vor dem Restaurant, schon gedeckt, so das man genüßlich abschalten kann. Das Essen ist hausgemacht und man merkt das hier die Griechen selbst am Werk sind. Die Vielzahl der Köstlichkeiten ist beeindruckend. Das Essen einfach wahnsinnig lecker! Service ist ebenfalls authentisch griechisch, spricht sehr gut deutsch und war jederzeit sehr nett und freundlich. Ein Lokal, dass ich jederzeit wieder besuchen würde :)"

"We went with mixed expectations based on previews ta reviews. The food was delicious, especially the butter chicken. The naan bread was fresh out the oven, fluffy and buttery, very tasty. Portions were generous and service was prompt and attentive. I also recommend the mango lassis. 2 mains (one meat one veggie dish), 2 lassis and 2 waters were about 43 eur, not cheap, but probably comparable to other Indian restaurants. The restaurant was well-frequented for a weekday, which speaks for itself."

It's located near down town, it takes 15 mins walk from railway station The dishes ordered were above average, tasty and rich in flavor... should try its starters and side dishes though the prices are generally bit up market Having considered it's a steak house, the steaks ordered were bit below average..bit tough even though not over cooked The service was wonderful and staff is friendly and came to check if everything was alright often which made us comfortable Should go again"

"I wanted to get sushi again yesterday, and what should I say... I'm gone and gone. It tasted great, you notice the fresh ingredients at every bite, and I had a mangosalate that was also fantastic. I then got a soy saucer salad, which I've never tried before, but I'll definitely eat again. All in all: Sushi, which is worth it! "Das Sushi ist sehr lecker von super Qualität.Natürlich hat Qualität seinen Preis. Hiro Sakao ist nicht unbedingt etwas für den schmalen Geldbeutel.Wenn man mal in den Sushi-Einzelteile-Bestellrausch kommt, können alleine für eine Person für Sushi locker 30 € anfallen.Um dies zu vermeden, kann man auf der Homepage die aktuelle Speisekarte runterladen und in aller Ruhe seine Sushivavoriten auswählen und notieren. Die "Bestellliste" kann man dann dem Kellner vorlegen und weis bereits im voraus was man am Ende bezahlen muss. Sogar incl. Getränke.Ich empfehle sowieso sich die Speisen im Voraus auszuwählen, daheim hat man mehr Ruhe und Zeit sich die große Auswahl ohne die typische Kellnerfrage "Wissen sie schon was sie wollen?" durchforsten zu können.Am Wochenende abends geht ohne Reservierung (normalerweise auch bei 2 Personen) gar nichts. Also eigentlich egal wann, Reservierung sehr dringend empfohlen!Für den Besuch im Hiro Sakao sollte man sich Zeit mitbringen! Wir haben das letzte mal ca. 20 Min. vom "am Platz hin setzen" und "Getränke bestellen können" gehabt und das Essen hat auch eine Weile auf sich warten lassen. Der Laden war bis dato bei unseren Besuchen immer voll und die netten Kellner haben immer aller Hände voll zu tun gehabt. Evtl. sollten in den Stoßzeiten noch ein oder zwei Kellner mehr eingeteilt werden. Vor allem bei Reservierung und aus der Erfahrung raus müssten sie das mal über legen.Wer es lieber ruhig und gemütlich mag ist zumindest am Wochenende (war noch nie zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt dort) hier falsch. Es ist laut und immer voll. Voll bedeutet, dass auch mind. der Eingangsbereich mit Gästen die auf ihren Tisch warten oder Sushi to go bestellt haben verstopft ist. Natürlich ist der Lärmpegel dementsprechend hoch .....Wer also in Ruhe sein leckeres Sushi von Hiro Sakao genießen möchte, sollte sich überlegen Sushi to go zu bestellen. Aber aufpassen! Die Bestellung in der Schachtel am besten gleich vor Ort prüfen! Das letzte mal stand zwar meine komplette Bestellung auf der Liste, aber war nicht in Sushi in der Box."

"I've been using the delivery service for a long time. The pizzas are huge, tasty and are also relatively cheap (6 € 12 . The delivery times are naturally dependent on the time, but have never been particularly long. I usually get the delivery in less than 30 min. The restaurant also has plenty of space in the outdoor area."
