It's open kitchen is bright, clean and tidy... Food were fresh and tasty with reasonable prices. Having considered several Italian restaurants within its walking distance, suggest differentiate some of uniqueness of its dishes . Or bit tough to keep repeated business.... Staff were super friendly with adequate menu knowledge. According to its website, it has its own pasta factory which support its restaurant chain to maintain its quality. Besides, it's encouraging to read its donation to the charity."

a main ingredient was missing on my salat, then was delivered immediately, but cold melted goat cheese was not what I had imagined. all quite expensive.

pizza was cold as a stone. the nudels cooked. the delivery time was to repeated painting over hours. unbelievable are simply not designed for delivery and should leave it.

if I have specified it extra, the pizza was lukewarm (must be made hot again) and although twice the pizza was not cut! despite the delay, by the reheating, the pizza was delicious.

Best pizza found until now in Germany. It is definitely made with good ingredients and it looks taste like you eat it in Milan in non-traditional pizzeria like some are now disappearing....

punctual delivery and the pizza itself was also fine....until the fact that she was like a accordion in a corner of the pizzakarton. a little bit more careful as to what it is about to deliver would be desirable.

We’ve been to L’osteria several times before , but our last visit was a bit disappointing.. service was slow and careless. Pizza was super super dry and it was a challenge to cut it into slices since it’s served without cutting . The taste was average too. The ambiance is busy and lively so if you are after the ambiance only L’osteria would be good.

We stopped at L’Osteria for a quick lunch... The ambience was nice and stylish... We were attended warmly and promptly... We ordered Apple juice and Orange juice as drinks and to go with it we ordered a pizza with chicken and veggies... The pizza was humongous and very very delicious... Thin crust, with just the right amount of topping and cheese... Enjoyed every bite..
