"My partner and I came here to celebrate my birthday. I was confused and disappointed by the experience to be honest. The interior is a clash of design styles there’s a tween bedroom style mural on the wall, upmarket modern style glasses and tableware, with shabby chic water pitchers and tables. The menu can’t be viewed before you go and was short and didn’t cater to all types. For example there were two dishes (out of 4 options) with pork. The plating was nice and the food was well presented. The veggie option was basically a veggie sausage roll with a stem of broccoli. It tasted so bland. My partner had the pork and said it was good. I wouldn’t go back."

"I always enjoy Mylor Cafe and the food is consistently good. We had a later booking and the more popular choices had run out. Unfortunately we had to share our table and the other family spoke loudly of very gory things during our meal. Just bad luck there."

"Went for dinner with my wife, son and daughter over the weekend and we had a very good experience. Luckily we booked a table, because restaurant was really busy. Setting is quite basic, but really nice and attractive. Staff very friendly and attentive, very willing...to recommend dishes and make your stay a good experience. We were four adults and ordered the shack stack which is basically a large selection of seafood. It included some oysters, but because they were really good, we ordered more. Food was tasty, well prepared, well served, and you could tell that was fresh, really fresh. Really a great experience. Very positive surprise. A restaurant on my list to return on my next trip to Falmouth."

"we visited to dinner after the administration to pack a storno table, as the restaurant is fully booked. a warm welcome to the arrival and excellent service throughout. we dined from the main menu but next time will try the tasting menu. I had the lamb that was packed with flavors exceptionally and perfectly cooked. my friend went for the duck, which was again perfect great aromen and accompanied by a side of seasonal veg and potato cure. we divided the dark chocolate mousses, the divine was the candied orange peel and the chantilly cream were a decadent supplement. only a picture managed by each of the foods as was too good!"

"only good things to say about this place. really nice eating- I had the jackfruit burger and it was the most beautiful jackfruit I ever had. cajun chips were also delicious. there was a series of vegetarian burgers and sides. also a vegan milkshake was an option and if I were eaten again here, I would try it in spite. very friendly, smiling and happy staff. a beautiful relaxed atmosphere and decor. also the retro arcade machine in the corner. it is quite small and popular, so it can be worth calling ahead - we did not do this and waited 45 minutes so went on a walk until the table was ready."

"My wife and I visited this lovely pub in the very quaint and beautiful village of Flushing. We had seen the pub on our previous visit when it was sunny and it looked busy, inside and out. On our visit it was mid-week and overcast and the pub wasn 't busy at all. I sensed this was unusual and I would recommend booking in advance. Parking is at a premium in Flushing and it may involve a short walk to the pub. There is a large area for outdoor dining to the front of the pub as well as a beer garden to the rear. The inside of the pub is decorated with boating memorabilia and very much in keeping with the area. We found that there was plenty of choice on the menu and I selected the catch of the day which was pan fried hake with mashed potatoes and broccoli with a cheesy leek sauce. My wife chose the mussels in a marinere sauce with bread. She also added chips to her selction as they were not included. Both dishes were fantastic in both taste, presentation and portion size. The chips were unnecessary as the mussels came with plenty of bread to soak up the beautiful marinere sauce. My hake was perfectly cooked and the cheesy leek sauce is something we will add to our cooking, it was beautiful. The chalkboard menu was being prepared for their out of season Wednesday Curry Night and it looked very tempting for a future visit. Plenty of choice at very reasonable prices. Great pub, great food, great service in a dream location."

"We discovered Indidog because the waitress in Pizza Express recommended it! It's a little tricky to find but if you turn right at The Grapes onto Fish Strand Quay it is tucked away with a fantastic view of the harbour. There is a narrow balcony next to the sea with about 7 or 8 small tables. The main restaurant has large sliding doors onto the balcony and if you can get a table at the front (you can't reserve them) then you can admire the view while eating. The indoor space is all open plan including the kitchen. It has a great atmosphere and you can see, hear and smell the chefs at work. Our first visit was just for a glass of wine. We spent a couple of very pleasant hours just watching the boats! We returned for lunch and had delicious food. The pork belly was amazing with a really big bowl of very crispy skinny chips. Our daughter loved the fish and chips saying it was one of the best she had eaten and better than the big fish and chip shop elsewhere in Falmouth. She had the kids fish that was doubled-up to make an adult portion. We finished with ultra-chocolatey millionaires shortbread that was a real treat. The wine list is not extensive but we found a terrific albarino. It was bit expensive at £42 /bottle but sometimes you have to pay for quality. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and the owner was very happy to stop for a chat. It is not the cheapest place in Falmouth to eat but it is defintely the best in our view. We will definitely go back next time we are in Falmouth."

"as in “Oh, how beautiful is Panama” by janosch, according to which the restaurant is named. chef johann maier convinces with his interpretation of the German kitchen and his team ensures a great evening. thick recommended. we reserve and this is strongly recommended. the restaurant is super beautiful, little splashy and bright. all places were already occupied and the reception accompanied us to a table in the upper floor. our services were all received. we had a main service, he told us the menu (55 € per head and a surprise from the first and main food plus 2 surprise drinks, against which we decided and choose á la carte. another service was exclusively weinresponsible (we went with a bottle green veltiner for 40€ my appetizer: smoked aal with dörrobstfoam. a tight. my companions had bark meat tatar and one of them had a crawling suppe from the sex card. that had too much salt to me, but so much crawl that she was entitled to crawl suppe. our main courts were all identical. so lust of meat. the best for a long time. on the point. to him kartoffels from the often and grilled green. from the romana over bohnen was all there. smoke. very tasty. dessert was called kakaob bean. little sweet and so pure that I still sleep. oh panama! supplied us coffee in the connection before we turned on drinks. “I like it bitter!” was my order and what came was 1:1 what I love. a kind of “white Negroni”. is perfect when the personal understands and is close to the guest. there are 0.0 to put. tu!"

"I personally found The Shed to be a most enjoyable experience. The staff are friendly and eager to assist in anyway possible and are always happy to accomodate or adress any requests;concerns; or issues you may have, though I could personally find no fault within my dining experience.The staff are quick to make themselves known to you in the best possible way and seem dedicated to making your time within the restaurant enjoyable whether you choose to go in simply for drinks or a full meal.The food is thoroughly prepared with seemingly more care than you may find in other restaurants around falmouth and is always presented with that little bit of extra flair to make the dining all the more memorable.The price for the food is also very reasonable especially in comparison to some other restaurants in the local area, more so when portion size and elequent seasoning are taken into account.I would hasten to reccomend this restaurant for it's staff, it's food, it's good value, and general atmosphere to anyone in the local area."

"Impulsive decision to dine after an afternoon of wandering the town. Proved to be one of the best decisions of the holiday fresh food, expertly cooked and served with minimal and appropriate waiting time. The service was friendly, efficient and thoroughly charming. The food was very good the Garlic Chicken Chilli a noteworthy surprising burst of delightful flavours, almost Mandarin in its notes of 5 spice star anise. Definitely worth a return visit for that alone. Prawn Sizzle was happily prawny, the traditional dhansak flavoursome and the chapati naans good. Tables are utilitarian, wooden bare as I guess is expected of a high street walk in. But walk in again we would."

"what a fantastic place. beautiful funny atmosphere with great food and drinks available. to cite a quite famous malfirma “does what it says on the dose!” pizzas are excellent teig and a respect for the ingredients used. nothing about strength, but gives a full and rounded taste. highlight on the food front would be the mac and cheese. the green light is excellent. full of taste and light enough to just eat it. Drinks are numerous with great choice for beer, ales and apple wines. whatever your drink is, they've covered you. recommend the place and can not wait to be back."

"Absolutely delicious. We visited last year and decided to come back again this time. The staff were working hard and doing an excellent job. Despite the busy weekend due to the Shanty Festival, they handled everything amazingly well. We were seated promptly after a short wait and received efficient service. The pizzas, mac and cheese dishes, and sides were just as delicious as we remembered. The food was fresh and incredibly tasty. We couldn't find any faults with our experience, we enjoyed everything and would return today if we didn't live so far away. It took a little longer to pay at the end, but we understood that the kitchen had closed and the staff were taking a well-deserved break after a busy shift. The staff were wonderful and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back next time. Thank you!"

"We've been coming to Falmouth for years and this was the worst meal we have ever had. My Husband har the full rack of ribs. They were only luke warm, the serving plate was cold, and they weren't cooked properly. He left half of them. I had the beef burrito which was supposed to come with all sorts of things. What I got was two wraps, also not hot, full of rice, a few kidney beans, a bit of chilli and a microscopic amount of meat. They forgot our drinks, had to chase them. They had way too much lime in and we got a pitcher with two straws! They never came to ask if everything was OK. When my husband went to pay he complained and they couldn't have cared less. We've eaten here in the past and been very happy, but we'll never come back and I'd advise anybody reading this not to either"

"order two pizzas during the Tuesday promotion. the telephone line was understandably busy, but after a few goes through. pizza was ready in 1.5 hours for the collection, and it's just cash. but it was worth waiting! the workers at the desk were pleasant, there were loads of sauces that they could help themselves (garlic and chili oil etc., including sriracha! the pizza itself was super! well baked, thin, and with loads of hits. will definitely go back. it blows the sturdy pizza place into the udder."

"this pub is amazing and there is 1 reason why that counts. I had a few kumpels that at various points on the line that we all love a guinness, so I decided to find a pub that put me in the pump. You know how you used to be in the position. the only place in falmouth that seemed to be selling guinness or understanding the concept was the quayside inn. martha treated my question admirable and we got it sorted. last Saturday the first of the pints was successfully asserted, so I am happy to reward the place 5 stars. bravo."
