"I dined at the restaurant yesterday and was extremely disappointed. My husband ordered the fish and chips, which arrived as a mushy, poorly shaped mess for £18. He also received a piece of white bread and butter for an outrageous £4. I don’t mind paying for quality, but this was ridiculous. I remember our visit last year was enjoyable, but the Devonshire in Grassington really needs to improve. There’s a lot of competition out there, and they need to step up their game. Poor quality food just won’t be tolerated by customers. The drinks were equally disappointing."
