"Woman behind the counter rude when my wife bought two steak slices £1.90 each asked for them to be heated up £2.25 each now. I went to bite into mine cold, went back in and politely asked for it to be reheated the woman took it without saying a word put it in the microwave and then busied herself putting stock away and writing lists, eventually retrieved the slice from the oven holding it by the bag because the slice was by now nuclear hot gave it back to me still without a word. Everyone else in the shops was polite and friendly won't be using that pie shop again"

amazing ostern treated and amazing service. also, amazing brot. it is directly at the main street in ramparts and it is in a really beautiful location with many customers. there are not many places like this to make it very popular. it is not overcrowded, in which usually only 3 or 4 people in the line. I would definitely recommend this bakery if they are close.

I had a disappointing experience at the Game Keepers Lodge. The server was quite rude, and the pasties served were cold. Additionally, the barmcakes were slathered with an excessive amount of margarine. While dining, I overheard another customer mention her unpleasant experience in the shop, specifically citing the rudeness of the staff. It seems that word is getting around about the unfriendly service!
