"Most racist place I’ve been, waited for 30 plus minutes for my breakfast which I didn’t mind but the coffee also took quite long to come, and the Caucasian lady sitting next to me waited for roughly the same time and got apologised many times and her bill off whilst I didn’t even get an apology! What kind of customer service is this?"

"The owner and Chef Mr. Anthony and all his staff are a well oiled and attentive and a very professional team.All the food and cocktails served to us was all superb.The DJ when allowed to play his music in the Front Bar is also excellent – he will note the mood and is able to play the music that will appeal to all the clientele.I like Claridge’s The Ritz in London followed closely by The Lobster And Grill, Sutton.Mike E.Sutton"
