"As a Roman, I am well-acquainted with the cuisine of my hometown, and I can confidently say that the dishes at CI TUA are exceptional, truly representing Roman cuisine. I sampled the suppli (rice ball with cheese), the carbonara, and the cacio e pepe, and each was outstanding. Moreover, the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. I will definitely be returning to explore more of the menu. Highly recommended!"

Pizza was not good very starchy bread, minimal flavour. Pasta was good. Very small appetizer (not worth it for the zucchini and broccoli). Wine selection is not good.
