"Will go again! Food was excellent the service was friendly and welcoming. There were a couple of hiccups, forgot to bring the starter but me and my wife instead the soups should be brought after our main course (sounded and was too good to skip). However things like that happen and as a result I will not mark down because of it. If in my next visit similar issues will pop up Il will review my score. Anyway besides those unfortunate mishaps the lunch was excellent and will be going again."

"The Al Camino is an Italian restaurant and for me the best I experienced in a long time. The homemade pasta from the great chef is just delicious and a must for all pasta lovers. The highest quality beef fillet melts on the tongue and the recommended Primitivo red wine is simply perfectly matched. Thanks to the owner Mulham, the service is phenomenal – attentive, friendly and extremely professional. The ambience is great and you feel comfortable here from the first moment. The chef also responds to special wishes and enchants dishes that are not on the map. A special tip: The sweet potato ravioli are a true taste experience that should not be missed. Absolutely recommend five stars! I'm looking forward to the next visit."

"Although I'm not often in Hanau, I've been hungry this time, and I'm looking for a good pizza! I've been found at Romana because here the pizza is fresh and light. My caprese pizza was sewn with aromatic small tomatoes and with enough fresh mozzarella that it tasted after that but not so much that it became hard. The on-site care was sympathetic, efficient and generous (with a drink was offered although I wanted to take my pizza... . And a superplus to the taken pizza: the sheet of wax paper under the pizza the slices were not glued firmly even after a whole night in the cardboard and still tasted after delicious pizza and not after cardboard!"

"Cubaña is a great place to go out for a meal or a drinks whether you live locally or you're travelling through Hanau. The staff speak English for those ex-pats that haven't quite got the hang of German yet. Monday and Wednesday nights they have a special on their burgers, which are all one price (about €5 including fries). The Jack Daniels burger is extremely tasty, but we also enjoy the chilli burger. If you have a dog then they will always bring it a bowl of water.Cocktail happy hour starts at 10 PM every night and is worth waiting around for if you get there early. If more than two of you are going then you'll need to make a reservation any time after 7 PM because it gets really busy. No smoking inside but there is a covered smoking area outside if you require it.Location is easy to get to - it's a 1 minute walk from Freihatsplatz."

".soll this otherwise only be under the registered >hotel birkenhof separate evaluation of the house restaurant. for edible, the creatiw value good eating in their regional environment and remember the hotel atmosphere (here 4****S) experienced in it for later use: in the birkenhof, for example, jubilees and round birthdays are celebrated; they are likely to succeed because the family-run house works only with noticeably well-trained and even pretty service personnel. the restaurant is solid-maintained with fresh flowers and candlelight decorated and with large windows in the surrounding green. with good weather, the windproof terrace is particularly attractive, often grilled. the menu of miguel wagner is oriented (most of the guests corresponding) to class, regional and seasonal, supplemented or varied with own creations. for example, it is possible to start with raw marinated jacobsm as an appetizer (8,50), dressed with young spinach and artichoke on wallnussbrot. our fountain cresss came typical of taste with a wonderfully smoked piece of curbuttfilet and a spoonful fine caviar (6,- €). Clearly, for incorrigible German there are both types of carvings with bratkartoffels, but you should still order them in its master pub. because there is no lame back as here with zimtblos, urid beans (from india) and coriander cookies à la nigella lawson (24). - we tried by the fish a fried, noticeably fresh Saint-Pierre-Filet with unfortunately too hard remained topinambur-corns (it was missing the especially nutty), and also the ostesee were - but now the black boiled (concentrated) garlic cream next to it: need to get used, for us a culinary novum, kreatiw - for 18 euro. the actual secret tip: call the weekly lunch special online and get closer to selected daily highlights for only 7,50 € per person to this kitchen offer. yesterday it was hard fish steak with olive artichokes combination and kumquats. delicious!"

The biggest surprise for me was the mix in the offer of the manageable menu and the extremely generous use of herbs, as I have hardly experienced it since my childhood and as a whole the map speaks of great joy of experimentation. "In einem rustikal gemütlichem Ambiente feierten wir einen Geburtstag nach. Wir fanden am Tisch eine liebevoll österliche Dekoration vor. Wie der Gasthausname schon andeutet, war das Weinangebot geradezu üppig. Zu den wunderbar zarten Kalbsbäckchen passte der Hörsteiner "Regent" hervorragend. Auch die Rinderbrühe zu Beginn mundete sehr. Nur der Salat, oberflächlich sehr gut mit gerösteten Sonnenblumenkernen arrangiert, barg in der Tiefe die seit den 60-er Jahren bekannte Rote Bete, die Karotten aus dem Glas, was dann zu einer rot-beigen Sauce zusammenfloss. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam; es war wieder gelungen. Einen Punkt mehr hätte es gegeben, wäre da nicht der Salat gewesen."

"Went in on a Saturday morning, expecting to have an excellent coffee, but to my surprise my espresso was not much different than what you get in other places. A specialized coffee shop serving a blend of Arabica and Robusta? As far as i am...concerned any Robusta you add to a fine Arabica bean does not improve the coffee. Will never understand why we continue to see this. Cannot be do to the taste. Must be purely due to cost, as Robusta coffee beans are significantly cheaper than Arabica. Finally, had a blueberry muffin clearly not homemade. Location is nice, with inside and terrace seating. Staff was very nice and helpful"

"wedding party in the restaurant at the golf course in May 2016. reception, eating, service were extremely professional. the price-performance ratio is correct. several times we had previously had the restaurant and were repeatedly done by the quality of eating and the attentive staff. herr singh convinced with his suggestions and his very accommodating art. we were able to realize our ideas, with herr singh supported us with good advice. the reception after the trauung - which we had on the terrace - was a good start with various cocktails and varied finger foods to the next set menu. the appetizer delicious, the meat cooked on the spot and the subsequent dessertbuffet rounded off the wonderful eating. due to the unexistent grace could be danced until the early morning hours. chapeau!"

"Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und schön im vorderen Bereich. Im hinteren Bereich gibt es einen großen Raum, der nicht ganz so gemütlich zum Sitzen ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Speisekarte ist auf typisch italienische Gerichte ausgerichtet. Die Pizzen sind hervorragend, und ich habe selten bessere gegessen. Italienische Salate sind frisch und lecker zubereitet. Die Nudelgerichte haben nicht so überzeugt, deshalb gehe ich überwiegend zum Pizzaessen hin."

"Bestellen dort seit vielen Jahren Pizza Pasta. Man kann die Bestellung vor Ort abholen geht schneller oder man kann es sich liefern lassen. Dass es während der Pandemie deutlich länger dauert, kann ich nachvollziehen. Also bestellen wir schon rechtzeitig. Geschmacklich kann ich die Pizza und auch die Pasta empfehlen. Während all den Jahren hatten wir nur eine Reklamation weil das Bestelle Essen gar nicht kam. Dafür ging die nächste Bestellung aufs Haus. Früher gab es bei einer größeren Bestellung mal eine Flasche Fanta oder Cola gratis dazu. Haben wir schon länger nicht mehr bekommen….. Ansonsten in meinen Augen eine gute Pizzaria. Zum dort speisen gibt es in meinen Augen deutlich bessere Alternativen."

"We were here for the second time today and would absolutely recommend it! The service was great here against the bad reviews! The food always came very quickly after the ordering process on the iPad. We were asked several times whether we want to drink something and whether we are satisfied. The table was cleaned regularly and the waiters were friendly. Overall, the atmosphere is very welcoming and you feel very comfortable. The quality of food is 90% very good. The other 10% are unfortunately dead. We took over 70km the second time and would do it again and again. All right!"

"Operation at the table was very friendly and attentive. Food and beverages were very tasty, acceptable waiting times. We ordered a maron soup specifically without duck breast, as we are vegetarians and got served the dish with duck breast. The kitchen was wrong. The piano player at the Special Bar evening made more break than to play. Too bad. The table sign at the reception was not particularly friendly in our eyes and could certainly make its way of handling more customer-oriented."

"Wir waren hier frühstücken und hatten vorher angerufen und einen Tisch reserviert. Als wir kamen, wusste man leider nichts von einer Reservierung. Man konnte uns trotzdem noch einen Hochtisch anbieten. Klar kann passieren, sollte an einem Samstag, so sowieso fast alles reserviert ist, nicht. Wenn kein Tisch vorhanden gewesen wäre, wäre es echt ärgerlich gewesen. Der Service war aber gut und das Frühstück hat geschmeckt. Besonders gut war der klassische Frühstücksburger."

"tastefully modern furnished Turkish restaurant, a menu with many specialties (and not only döner and lamacun), all are friendly from the waitress to the chef, attentive and fast operation, all tip-top well maintained – and what is most important: tasty, tasty!We were more often here and every time it tasted really well. if you don't know what you're looking for, it's worth a look at the stories of the neighboring (here many Turkish families eat) or a question to the friendly waitresses. eating is freshly prepared, well seasoned, sufficiently large portions to passable trips. you can also get a döner to take with you (optionally with lamb pieces or chop), but it is worth taking to one of the many tables inside or outside the children's playground and enjoying the food.It is a pity that there is neither beer nor wine, but that the self-made airan is also delicious and refreshes properly good. This time (17.7.2015) we had a plate with lamb chop and fried auberginen and a large tin plate with an extra proportion acili ezme and jogurt sauce, with three drinks - and the whole has cost less than 30 euro. we'll be back in any case!"

"Nach längerer Unterbrechung sind wir hier mal wieder eingekehrt. Das Ambiente und leider auch die Toiletten sind wohl unverändert aus den Siebzigern oder Achtzigern. Nur die Preistafel hinter der Theke wurde digitalisiert; hier werden jetzt verschiedene Texte im Wechsel angezeigt, so dass die Menüauswahl unnötig erschwert wird. Die günstigen Getränke in der Literflasche gibt es leider nicht mehr, und die Cola aus der Zapfanlage schmeckt auch beim ersten Schluck schon abgestanden (hier wird wohl an der Kohlensäure gespart). Die Pommes haben mir hier noch nie wirklich geschmeckt, aber die Hähnchenteile waren wie immer klasse: Warm, saftig und lecker. Zahlung mit Kreditkarte war leider nicht möglich, das finde ich heutzutage nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Für einen schnellen Imbiss mit frittierten Hähnchenteilen besser und günstiger als beim Marktführer, aber das Umfeld muss man ausblenden können."

"Chicken skewer was not cooked through! When ordering, the waiter asked each dish with rice or fries. Rice was on the menu for the meal. If fries are offered as an alternative, I assume that this portion will not be charged extra but rather as an exchange! That meant an additional €9 for us with two people. This is a rip off in my opinion. So be careful when ordering. Doesn't necessarily speak for such a nice restaurant. Then the bill was charged for drinks that we didn't order or drink."
