"Tastiest food in Harlow. What a great evening of food, drink and service. A warm welcome upon our arrival. We were taken to our table and given the biggest menu. There was so much to choose from. We've only ever had a takeaway from here so we were super excited to sit in for a change. We were still waiting on two more people to join us but we weren't rushed which was great. Some beer orders were taken and then we had to decide on what to eat. To start we opted to share a few dishes (Chicken Satay, Prawn Toast, Salt pepper chicken chips, 1/4 duck between 6 of us which was the perfect amount and spring rolls). Then we moved onto our mains and the portion sizes are amazing. Just as an FYI they are BIG. Nothing wrong with that but just pace yourself. I wanted to order something I'd never had before and opted for Malaysian Fried Rice with a fried egg...GORGEOUS and leftovers for lunch the next day. The other main dishes included Yum Yum chicken beef and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dishes. Takeaway has always been great but nothing beats the real thing. Everything was tasty and piping hot and the service was flawless. Everyone was friendly and helpful and super accommodating. We'll definitely be dining in more often."

"I experienced some unfriendly service during my visit. After we received our starters, our plates were promptly cleared as soon as we finished, and our main courses were served without any space in between. This felt quite unacceptable. It seemed like we were rushed to eat and leave. Additionally, the waitstaff stood too close to our table, which made it uncomfortable to have a private conversation. It's really disappointing because the food was actually lovely, but I unfortunately wouldn't choose to return."

"Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had in a cafe, as I waited 45 mins for cheesy chips and paid £4.75 to which I had to chase 4 times for but was told they forgot about the chips in the microwave. Given the perfect location next to pets corner, you would have thought that service would be better but it seems as though it’s run by volunteers than actual paid staff who don’t really want to accomodate paying customers. To charge £12+ for pizzas, you’ll probably be waiting an hour for it to be cooked and then the cost of drinks is a bit of a joke. Yes, you’ve got inflation but provide a decent service if you’re going to be charging prices of that stature. Need to get their act together or they’ll lose a lot of custom, not just for them but also for the farm run by volunteers!"

"50 years ago in October 1969 my wife and l got married at Epping register office at 1100. We got hungry before our main reception. So our wedding guest with my wife and l went into the PAC Loc Chinese restaurant at Bush Fair. We sat on a long table under the long wall picture the far end of the restaurant. October 11th 2019 50 years on we returned with some of the guest with their children and our own grandchildren. Wyn and his Staff in the restaurant done us proud just like they always do gave us tip top service. We recommend this restaurant to everyone. We will continue to eat there because we know we can expect a good service with excellent food. Thanks to you all, it brought back happy memories. John and Sandra Hyde"

"Don’t order through Uber Eats or Just Eat from here it’s a 2hr wait! We love the food from here but sadly, every time we’ve ordered through one of the well known food delivery companies the estimated delivery time us NEVER correct and we’ve waited much longer. Wise to this now we ordered at 6:25pm tonight, expecting a longer then usual wait (hour max). At 7:17 the restaurant called to confirm our address. At 8:20 I called the restaurant to find out where our food was. I was told ‘he’d just left’. When I questioned the 2hr wait I was told I should order my dinner at 5pm to ensure quick delivery . I quickly pointed out that at 5pm I don’t want quick delivery- who wants their curry take away on a Saturday at 5:30?! A real shame that Uber eats orders seem to get pushed to the back of the Q. When we’ve ordered direct and gone to collect it’s ready in 30 mins "

"My experience at the restaurant felt quite impersonal. There was no atmosphere whatsoever, and the place appeared old and in need of a makeover. We had to wait nearly an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. Additionally, the table we were seated at was quite dirty."

"I went to this restaurant for lunch today and had a great experience. The service was good and the lunch menu was impressive. I couldn't finish all of my Capriola, it was so delicious."

"I always love their cookie dough. There are many mirrors in this restaurant, making it a cozy spot that I have visited with friends before. Located on the high street, it's perfect for grabbing a bite after a concert or a movie. (Review last updated on February 2022)"

"This restaurant is not just another option for takeout food in a questionable neighborhood. I find it puzzling that some people expect the same level of dining experience when their meal is delivered in a disposable container. My suggestion is to dine in at the restaurant and savor the high-quality food served on real plates with genuine silverware and attentive service. Food delivered through a delivery service simply cannot compare, especially during peak hours, and I am amazed that some people think it should. Enjoy the opportunity to connect with your family over a meal without any distractions, leading to a truly enjoyable dining experience. This was a fantastic find and I will definitely return with my family."
