"Das Restaurant ist gemütlich, aber der Service war nicht zu ertragen und die Preis Leistung stimmt bei weiten nicht. Salat für 16€ war viel zu wenig mit 4 schmalen Stücken Fleisch. 6 Stangen Spargel zusätzlich zur Anti Pasti Platte für 15,50€ haben mich 11€ gekostet. Bei Nachfrage zum kleinen Salat kam die Antwort, oft wollen die Gäste das nur so und dann ein Hauptgericht und beim zusätzlichen Spargel würde die Kasse den Preis machen. BITTE??? Wir kommen nicht mehr. Freundlichkeit und Service wird hier nicht groß geschrieben. Ach ja und geben 21:40 wurden die Fenster u Türen geöffnet, somit wurde es kalt die Musik wurde ausgemacht und ja dann ist man natürlich „gerne“ gegangen!!Die besten Restaurants in meiner Nähe"

"We have just read the assessment of the prejudicator with horror and can only say that this may not be the restaurant, that we have known as a family for 9 years and have a love angel. Child friendliness is unmatched, our children were 6 and 10 years old at our first visit. In the 9 years where we have visited the restaurant again and again, we have always experienced delicious food and a friendly atmosphere and never had the experience that you did not respond to the wishes of the customer. Even though we are regular customers now, I can only say that we were hosted with the same kindness during our first visit. It is probably not possible to talk about child unfriendly, because we came as a German/British family with another British family with a total of 4 children aged 4-10 years. We were treated as we know that of Greeks (the children are satisfied, they are the parents too!!! . Since we lived one year in Cyprus, we had plenty of opportunity to get to know the Greek mentality. So Comprehensive: Food Super, Cosiness Super, Friendlyness of Staff fantastic."

"great! I was there with a big group with the train and already full of expectations. they were also filled and filled. the fire is located in a side street of the pedestrian zone. inside it is great furnished. we have ordered as a group many different fluffy cakes, we almost fed through the card. Overall, the pizza floor was a bit too dry for us, but it was juicy and fresh!. paprikapizza was very tasty, as was the gyrospizza. the thunfischpizza was a bit dry, but the wobbles were very tasty. hawaii was also quite ok!Everything in all, I would order again at mr. d’s due to the good price-performance ratio at such a large order. "we were in the little snow on a high-time celebration and I have to say of laer has put new standards in matters service, eating and location. the service was very friendly and motivated. "After repeated attempts to make a reservation by phone have failed, we simply drove and hoped to get a place. the very friendly and attentive service asked us to take a small table place until the next table becomes free. until then we have abandoned our order and could enjoy our food after a short time. the peeled jumbos on cream pudderlings we have been as an appetizer and were simply enthusiastic about the good taste. the main dish (small noodles with blatspinate and gorgonzola) were tastefully perfect and were served hot in the preheated dish. a beautiful pfälzer wein as a companion rounded off the eating accordingly. the biggest hit was dessert. a freshly made chocolate cake with hot chocolate filling, vanilla sauce and a fruit variation, served on a sloping plate was the absolute high point of our dinner. through the beautiful ambiente, the extremely friendly service and the moderate trips it was a very nice and pleasant evening overall. we like to come back."

"Il Trullo Restaurant is located in the centre of Herford. There is a large hall with numerous tables, but in the beautiful weather we chose a table outdoors in front of the house. The menu is extensive, there are also weekly offers. We chose pizza. These have tasted us very well, and also the zabajone was delicious. The bill was a bit high. Starter: Very tasty field salad with walnuts and great salad dressing. Main course: Goose breast and legs with red cabbage, Brussels sprouts and dumplings. Friday evening. we were told that everything was actually booked, we had not reserved.Although there was still a table for a good hour assured that eating, the appetizers and the very great pizzas came quickly, so that we could go to the house after an hour pappsatt.Not extravagant, but very neat. 4 people, appetizers, water, wine, juices 4 pizzas for 60 euro. but not extremely cozy."

"this restaurant is located just outside the city on the way to a2 to hannover. on the right side up the hill. there are plenty of parking options available and although the road is busy, you don't notice when you're inside. the decoration is easy, so not exaggerated, but the Balkan theme still comes through. the Croatian cuisine is nothing for refinement, it usually comes in huge meat portions with huge amounts of supplements and this restaurant is not a take. it is a tasty and peasant, but well-made eating that will leave them saty and satisfied, but it is certainly far away from any Gault Millau kitchen. so if they have hunger exactly after that, this is the right place, the staff is friendly, the wee is good, so nothing for a special evening, but for some meat lovers exactly the right one."

"We've lived in Herford for over years. Have traveled far and wide, but haven't found a simple roasted chicken any better. You buy them in half a chicken. Schalk's has other stuff, like the typical curry-ketchup bratwurst, but you can get those anywhere. The...chicken is what shines. At busy times be prepared to wait a while, and if you manage to get a table (the majority of their business is take-away) don't be surprised if you come out smelling like a roast chicken! It's just a part of the magic Eat in, and your chips (French fries) will be fresh and crisp. Take-away, well, it's like anywhere. Schalk's is an institution in this area, so if you want local food, here it is. But don't bother putting on your best frock, it's fast food style, BUT they give you proper stainless cutlery and serve the drinks in glasses! No paper or plastic! Oh, one more thing. Avoid getting a chicken just before closing or at slow times. If the chicken has been lying below the roaster for a while it might be dry. Better to go when it's bustling and wait a bit."

"I was there with a slemmerblock and had to pay only 5,10 euro for a court (10,20 euro). I didn't really like eating because there was hardly any meat. I had to eat the rice quite dry. "the type of food can be used for incipient and conservative eating to look partly irritating (durishment was a todsünde) in any case, the worldgourmet offers a wide range of foods which can be cooked or baked fried on a long bufett, or freshly cooked so that it can be served with the desired sauce finished roasting at the table. the selection of fresh meat and fish varieties included (crocodile, bouquet, frog crumbs smiles etc). lets the experimentally enjoyable heart laugh. there are enough sweet and saturating gifts. the finished t. t. t. t. fritted delicacies are usually dry and greasy. sushiröllchen are very nice but not masterpieces. But everyone should find something that tastes him, sometimes you can find it even when you're tired. the next visit is already fixed. a good regulation is that you can avoid growing like on holiday by paying 2€ at a price if the teller is not eaten properly empty( rest up to 50g are tolerated).Ob the restaurant that can keep the level will show the future. the chocolate fountain and the bufat of sweetness like haribokonfekt could have been saved after our opinion."

"War zum Essen mit Kolleginnen/ Kollegen dort u hatten das Essen nach der Speisekarte auf der Homepage vorbestellt. Mein Burger war nichts Besonderes, die dazu bestellten Pommes sehr, sehr dunkel fritiert, was ich aber aufgrund des vollbesetzten Lokales hingenommen habe. Serviert wurde auch Majo u Ketchup, die ich nicht mag und auch deswegen nicht gegessen habe. Zu Hause habe ich dann auf dem Bon gesehen, dass beides mit 1,40€ berechnet wurde. Da erwarte ich aber, dass ich vorher gefragt werde, ob ich das auch zu meinen Pommes bekommen möchte. Gefragt wurde aber nach der Fleischart. Die Pommes waren auf dem BON auch nicht extra aufgeführt, der Preis findet sich dann in dem plötzlich teureren Burger? Alles in allem wurden wir aber sehr freundlich u schnell bedient. Vielleicht gehe ich noch einmal im neuen Jahr hin, wenn der Stress mit den Weihnachtsfeiern vorüber ist! Gefährlich finde ich den Zugang mit den Treppen, die man im Nassen u Dunkeln kaum ausmachen konnte, da muss dringend etwas passieren!!!"

"We ate at this restaurant on the first night of a weeklong stay in Herford, visiting our daughter who lived there at the time. We walked to the restaurant, located literally just outside the suburbs of Herford, on a balmy summer evening, up the hill...with a cornfield on one side and a wheat field on the other. There was a wedding reception taking place but we managed to get a very good outside table overlooking the fields with two hot-air balloons floating about not far off. The staff were friendly and helpful and a couple of them spoke good English. The menus were only available in German, fair enough as Herford is not particularly on the main tourist circuit but it does nonetheless still have a couple of barracks full of British service personnel. Having previously lived in Germany, albeit nearly 30 years ago, I was able to translate most of the menu and the waiter was able to assist with the odd word or two. As is common in Germany, the menu was heavily influenced with Pork dishes but was varied enough. In our party of four, three of us had the Beef Carpaccio for starters, which was sublime, while one had a chicken satay skewer in a coconut broth, which was also very good. For mains, between us we had a fillet steak, pork cordon-bleu, hamburger and fries, and I had Pork Tenderloin, which was very salty. I had forgotten just how generous portions tend to be in Germany and the Steinmeyer lived up to this reputation. Unfortunately, having sat chatting for while after the main courses, when we did eventually ask for the dessert menu, we were told that the kitchen was closed! Just as well I suppose! So, while not blown away by the food, the setting makes for a really nice evening out and with the exception of over-seasoned pork fillet, the food was pretty good and I would most likely return if in Heford again."
