"well made to all hard working ground and air personnel in london luton airport especially ryanair, I traveled with on Sunday 19.12.21 it was a difficult and difficult time during the coronavirus with many changes of travel and additional documentation. passagiere, make sure that they have the necessary documents before their journey, as it leads to unwanted loads for the passagiere that have their papers in order and are delayed due to them. before the passengers must have a negative test either rt pcr (valid for 72 hours) or antigen lateral flow (valid for 48 hours) from recommended practicing not themselves tested at home. they must have cops of the 1st and 2nd vaccination plus booster if available and they must have completed a passenger location form. if they are not vaccinated, they must have a negative rt pcr test. check the website as dinge that constantly change. it is probably best if you can print out all documents as they need internet access to access them at the airport end destination. they can also upload all documents to their flight app. As long as they can access it, it will be good. allow more time as many passagate their flights have missed due to this. well done to the employees (lady) at Ryanair vessel number 16 on 19/12/21, who are in matching single-handed and still very happy and helpful for all. all workers at the airport london luton work very hard so that please be friendly."

"my partner and I went to the breakfast. we were on the way to london and thought to refuel before our day. After I had decided what we wanted to eat, I went into the bar to order only to recommend that, due. a delayed delivery, the pub can not offer haash brews, brot (i.e. toast) or sausages. since we were in a timetable (which we were the pub of) we have changed our orders accordingly to take into account the misfortunes. 20 30 minutes later no breakfast had arrived. my partner went to the bar, the young one said he didn't know what the kitchen team had and that he would look. 5 minutes later he came to our table and advised that his manager would talk to the kitchen team to forward our order. fair game, this lad made a effort in our name, but we were constantly advised / mentioning that we were on a timetable and could only wait so long. the offensive of this drama/builder was when another young came out and advised that there were no pancakes (which my partner had ordered in place from their original order) and that if we wait 10-15 minutes, this would be available. we have advised that we were in a timetable and so to the final act. this same lad (the pancake fame/infamy) then had the absolute wange to mean that it was our fault in the pancake, as it would have made us clear / we should have known that there was no pancake available if we changed our original orders. now the signs of the bar, the mängel in the food (due to the above-mentioned delayed delivery) at no time ever mentioned lack of pancakes, fortunately the shift manager (which has demonstrated at least one modicum of healthy human understanding (depending on how limited the full amount was refunded back to us (including the coffee we had during our waiting was drunk) where was the action to keep people (not only my partner and I, but other customers/customers/theins) intended / happy, fed and watered? *here is a wheel thought you have no hash brews, sausages, brot, pancakes etc. There is a tesco not 10 minutes to foot, why not withdraw a little bit of money and buy some? *mores, at my previous visit in the pub, when a piece of kitchen machines broke off and I couldn't eat at lunch, so I was given both back a gift.10 where was the GIFT-CARD? also he has from the pancakes rest / infamy under my radar. every time I came to the white house and had the opportunity to serve it, there was always frustration or a problem. either he is completely astonished or has only 0% interest in his job, or both. at an earlier occasion, when ordering drinks, how many times I had to repeat that I wanted a pint of leffe? and even when the drinks were served, I was shot on the most dirty, unpleasant, uninterested, I-don-Care look. how this young man was hired/contains his job is someone's rate bottom line avoid (or at least don't order food). service? like double dutch in the white house if you are looking somewhere near luton a wetherspoons, go to hemel hempstead and meet the whole house. it can be smaller, the decor is not as good as in luton, but the staff is great, eating is always punctual, problems / problems always treated with professional and efficient"

"Airport Restaurant There is a lackadaisical atmosphere to The Smithfield a customer can walk in, walk around, sit down and not really interact with any of the various team members. The Food is along a British Pub theme the drinks selection is good. The venue is nicely laid out very pleasant. I walked in, walked around sat down at my table. I then borrowed a food menu, from the table next to me. As I had already made my mind up, I decided to order at the bar. (Bonus points the bartender immediately knew which table I was sitting at which means that they were paying attention to the customer) I ordered a Guinness, the 1 4 Chicken Ribs served with a small side salad, chunky chips BBQ sauce. The food was delivered very promptly the server departed almost immediately, without any interaction, returning to the bar whilst I was saying thank you. The Chicken Hot, Moist tasty The Ribs Hot, Tasty The meat almost fell off the bone The Chips Chunky Fluffy The Side Salad Green uneventful dresssing BBQ sauce It was OK (nothing to write home about). The Guinness LOVELY Did I enjoy the food? Yes, it was good pub grub Did I leave hungry? No, the portions were of a good size Did I enjoy the Guinness? YES!!! Happy to return, mostly for an airport pint but I would also occasionally have some food (depending on my airport schedule) The service staff interaction just needs a bit of a revamp The venue could do with it’s own, dedicated, WiFi As the Luton Airport WiFi is TERRIBLE (I might have stayed, for another drink, if I could have had a better network experience continued working)"
