"Eravamo in due e abbiamo ordinato un hamburger Angus e un poke. L'hamburger era troppo cotto e senza sale. Abbiamo ordinato una cheesecake, ma ci hanno portato un gelato alla cheesecake. Non essendo ciò che avevamo richiesto, abbiamo fatto presente che volevamo cambiarlo con un altro dessert. Quando è arrivato il momento del conto, ci hanno addebitato entrambi i dolci, nonostante il cameriere avesse proposto di sostituire il dessert perché non corrispondeva a quanto richiesto."
