"Wir waren gestern Abend im Le Plaisant zum Abendessen. Unsere Erwartungen waren auf Grund der sehr guten Bewertungen sehr hoch, auch wenn man sich erfahrungsgemäß nicht immer darauf verlassen kann. Aber in diesem Fall wurden unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Jeder Gang war hervorragend. Gesmacklich ausdrucksstark und in sich dennoch abgerundet, so das es nie überwürzt schmeckte, einfach überragend. Auch die Zusammenstellung des Menüs und der Zutaten sowie die Präsentation der Teller war super. Der Koch bringt jeden Gang selber an den Tisch und erklärt den Gang super! Wir waren schon öfters in Sternerestaurants, die evtl. in der Rafinesse der Präsentation, durch sehr aufwändige Zubereitung spezieller Produkte, noch eins drauf setzen, aber geschmacklich kann das Le Plaisant da auf jeden Fall mithalten. Ich kann das Le Plaisant nur empfehlen, wenn man einen besonderen Abend, mit hervorragendem Essen, toller Weinbegleitung, schönem Ambiente und gutem Service verbringen möchte"

"Unfortunately after so many visits I have a very rude experience with someone at the bar taking orders over the phone. Since I eat there on average once a week, the waitresses know exactly what I want. "I was here for business a few weeks ago. We had met relatively early, so the restaurant was still very empty. Later it became relatively full. The restaurant is quite rustic, but at the same time very bright and somehow modern furnishings. The atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming. The service was very friendly and attentive. We got the menus right away and when two more people came after, they got a menu immediately. The waiter even noticed that we had an English speaking person and offered him an English card. We first ordered a hot drink. We were a total of 7 people, which is why it took some time, but that was not a problem. The cappuccino I had was very, very delicious! Then we ordered two appetizer plates, once mixed with cheese and once mixed with meat, sausage and cheese. There were two different breads, a dark one and a bright one, which was also reimbursed when one realized that the basket was empty. The plates were very versatile, looked good and tasted really delicious! There was something for everyone. Shortly after the appetizers came, we ordered cold drinks and our main dishes. "I went to this great restaurant this evening. As a starter I ordered a mixed tartare and a ceviche salad. Then I ordered Zento Tempura and Alaska Sushi. For dessert I had a mochi selection. Dinner was fantastic, all courses were truly delicious and made with fresh and well prepared ingredients. All dishes were elegantly and delicately presented. "Bis 2017 wohnten wir nur unweit von dem Restaurant entfernt. Diesmal trafen wir uns mit einem Bekannten zum Abendessen dort. Leider wurden wir geschmacklich enttäuscht. Ente zwar schon knusprig, das Fleisch soweit zart. Aber die Saucen eher geschmacklos da hat die Raffinesse gefehlt. Die Frühlingsrolle war für mich eher ein Reinfall. Füllung mit viel Gemüse wenig Fleisch. Auch kamen die einzelnen Zutaten nicht zur Geltung. Generell sind viel zu viele Speisen auf der Karte. Vielleicht sollte man diese Reduzieren und damit auch die Qualität erhöhen. Anmerkung: Die Sojasauce steht in irgendwelchen Gläsern wo man so zT nicht sicher sein kann was drinnen ist (Maggi Fläschchen? . Der Service…. Nennen wir es mal so: Er war bemüht höflich zu wirken. Aber eher lustlos. Auf eine Nachfrage zu einem Hinweis am Eingang „Keine Kreditkarten“ wirkte man überfordert. Denn meine Bank stellte mir schon eine Debit Card aus (nicht Credit Card . Fazit: ich musste zur nächstgelegenen Bank laufen und Geld abheben weil man eben diese Debit Karte nicht akzeptieren wollte. Zum Thema Preise: Ja es gab Preissteigerungen, Energiepreise stiegen usw. Dennoch finde ich die Preise für die Qualität zu hoch. Das Ambiente ist gefühlt genauso wie 2017. Sauberkeit: Wenn der Kellner die oberen Tischdecken wechselt und darunter ist alles fleckig und dreckig naja. Weckt nicht gerade Vertrauen in den Rest. Fazit für uns: Die Qualität erwarte ich eher an einen Imbissstand nicht in einem Restaurant. Leider"
