"2 meals shot at the 11th Art and a renewed pleasure I have lunched 2 days in a row at the 11th Art this week, with two different people (both "bluffed" by the level of this restaurant and its value for money. Always this warm welcome from Salvatore, the waiter, the boss and the boss.... always this little attention, this questioning about your satisfaction, your well-being, which make you want to come back... always simple dishes, but deliciously cooked with fresh products... Yesterday’s entry of grilled vegetables with olive oil and chicken back and its vegetable flan (succulent and white rice.... Today entry of fish and aïoli rillettes and its small steamed vegetables....... Not only do I have to emphasize the freshness of the products, but the fish of the Iaioli was cooked to perfection, so much that it melted in the mouth! In the 2 formulas of the day, the restaurant generally offers 2 different entries based on grilled vegetables or fish, velvety or other, and 2 different dishes based on meat or fish. So we choose to take just a dish of the day (10€, or a dish, or an entrance-plat-dessert that will not exceed 16,50€.... Beyond the excellence of the proposed dishes, the performance of the value-for-price ratio is no longer to be demonstrated!! As for the tapenade, served generously with its crusts, as an aperitif, it is absolutely tasty.. and I always want to ask how it is prepared, to redo it for my friends, but ENFIN! We're not going to ask the chief to reveal all his secrets!! In addition, (and that’s where you have the assurance of a perfect hygiene, the toilets are absolutely clean, the valves of the sinks have been changed, it is maintained to avoid the traces of limestone and above all... there’s hot water (very rare in most public places and the product of lavage always renewed and a roll of paper to keep your hands dry and not those Finally, I add that the location of the 11th Art is ideal: it is located in the Golden Square, this very popular area of Nice, and a few meters from the Promenade des Anglais.... It is therefore easy to park your vehicle either in one of the 2 car parks that are nearby (rue de France or rue du Congrès , go quietly to lunch in this restaurant and then go for a ride on the Prom’. Yesterday we went on foot to the Port.. So strategic place to visit Nice, go to its city occupancy or go to its business meetings. And then....I have to underline the honesty of the boss, who came to give me a too much impression on the bill my friend had paid yesterday, while we had not asked for anything! Really! this restaurant deserves to be known, recognized, and appreciated at its fair value... We recommend it without any reservation and will continue to taste its delicious, really un expensive cuisine! Dear readers, forgive me again my photos so few or taken a little late, as we had already swallowed three quarters of the gourmet coffee !!!!"
