"I went to this restaurant with my boyfriend with high hopes since we are vegan and vegetarian. I was impressed by the many choices in the menu and chose rice “spaghetti” with mushroom, tofu and Tamari sauce. I was so disappointed when I got my food and realised it was only noodles with soy sauce, no other taste at all and awfully salty! My boyfriend on the other hand was happy with his meal, integral rice with Greek cheese, cranberries and seeds. The waitor was nice and was very open to explain the vegan options and also adapt the non-vegan dishes to become vegan, with changing ingredients etc. So maybe I was just unlucky, but I would never have paid 11 euros for some noodles with soy sauce."

"We woke late and decided to take a ' 'brunch ' here After walking around a bit looking. This restaurant is situated right outside our hotel, so was very convenient. I ordered a coffee and a sandwich. My husband ordered a pizza. Outdoor seating available without feeling like People are sitting on top of One another. The staff spoke english. The staff even suggested places for us to visit. The restaurant was very popular amoung the spanish it seemed, that made it what seemed like a Good Choice for us. . ; Toilets were clean. The food was delicious-the sandwich was fresh. The pizza took a while to come but it was well, well worth the wait. DELICIOUS!!! Prices are moderate also. Thank you so much!! Recommended!!"

"On two occasions we went to this restaurant which is on the beach with a kitchen that treats the very excellent raw materials that it uses in a simple way but that allows to appreciate the quality of so dishes: spectacular squids, pulp to the pan, mussels to the steam, fantastic lobsters, a very tasteful lubine. The waitress who attended us on both occasions was quick, effective and very friendly. The red wine letter is enough. It's a fully recommended restaurant."

"Hemos estado para cenar. Nos atendieron rápido y de manera muy agradable. El chico encargado del negocio es rápido pero, da la sensación de que no puede asistir de manera adecuada todas las mesas. Hay que añadir que la aplicación que insisten en usar deja que desear porque no están bien adaptados a su uso, imagino que la tendrán desde hace poco tiempo. La comida, a nivel general, es de buena calidad aunque las tapas muy escasas. El ambiente es agradable, al igual que el trato que dan sus camareros. Como consejo, deberían mejorar la organización a la hora de cobrar y atender las mesas. No es común equivocarse en más de 2 mesas con la cuenta, aunque es comprensible por el cansancio que puedan tener sus empleados."

"El nucli urbà de Nijar no és gaire extens, no així el municipi. És un poble molt tradicional. Més d'una botiga dedicada a la terrisseria. La plaça major no és gran cosa, gent prenent la fresca, i la terrassa de La Glorieta plena."

"A BEAUTIFUL and magical place to enjoy the view, the sea in the background and the food in good company, Ainhoa, the girl in the kitchen, a charming person who recommended some dishes that were incredible along with the waiters Sebas and Nico who helped us. They attended the entire dinner with a smile and were also very professional, close and attentive, the best thing in the place!! I recommend everything on the menu because it was incredible, but the Cabrales croquettes with pear take the gold. The place a 10, the food a 10 and the staff a 10! A place that I will undoubtedly visit again."

"Very rich ice cream, handmade ice cream to take your hip. That could be the headline, the thing is, if you're in San josé, you have to go through the square and make a stop at this ice cream shop. the first thing that attracts attention when arriving is that there are many people waiting to be treated. It might seem like chaos, but no. You just have to take number, like on the market, and wait for your turn. As you approach and step into this small establishment, you touch the counter. I am unable to say the number of flavors there was, but they are many and varied. the lowest price is 3€. the truth, ice creams are cheap for the quality they offer. However, the smoothies get up a bit to the parra. they are €5. but they are vice, it is worth trying them out. Finally, at the door of the ice cream parlor, you can find two large pet drinkers."

"The food was good and no problems. Impeccable service. My only problem was some screaming, wild children who kept piercing our eardrums and running around the place until they were exhausted, only to gain more energy and volume. They screamed, jumped, fought and drove everyone crazy the entire time we were there. I understand that they must be regular customers but that doesn't give them the right to terrorize the rest of the customers. It makes me sad to think about the education and values they are giving to those children. I left there wanting to go into a cloistered convent. I don't understand how the owners of the establishment do not keep these customers within the limits of what is humanly reasonable. A real shame, I have no desire to return."

"Esta tarde sobre las 15:30 aproximadamente fuimos a la terraza del restaurante para tomar algo. La terraza estaba vacia, solo había una mesa llena. Quisimos juntar dos mesas para poder sentarnos todos, ya que eramos 11 personas, el camarero vino y nos preguntó si veniamos a comer, le dijimos que no, que seria para tomar algo y postres... En seguida de muy malas formas nos dijo que no podiamos juntar las mesas, que aun había covid. Las normas cada uno las pone en su casa, no tengo nada en contra de ellas, pero perdió para mi lo mas importante, la educación, hasta el punto que una de las niñas mayores que estaba sentada, cogió un gran disgusto, asi que nos fuimos. Una lastima de experiencia."

"Hemos comido nada y menos y nos hemos ido hasta más de 40 euros por persona, sin vinos, sin postres, una clavada estupenda. Hemos ido un día normal a una hora normal y no tenían más de media carta. Esto, no tenemos. Pues esto otro, no nos queda. Vale, pues lo otro. Ok. Un minuto más tarde. No, tampoco tenemos. Así que vas con ganas de comer un pescado local y acabas comiendo cualquier cosa a un precio desorbitado. No digo que no sea de calidad, pero es que estás en un pueblo de Almería, pequeñito, sin nada, que vienes de la playa bonita de al lado y te pegan ese sablazo. No tienen aire acondicionado y el baño está bajando unos escalones terribles. Cuidado si va gente mayor o con niños. Una y no más."

"We booked a table on the terrace of restaurant hotel Doña Pakyta. It was by chance we booked so we didn’t know what to expect. First of all the views from the terrace are a-ma-zing. Then the menu is not large but there are enough options. The best is that there are simple dishes with a twist. We went for the fried boquerones with an orange/chipotle sauce: incredible. The boquerones not oily at all, super crispy but succulent and the same time. The chili orange sauce was superb. Then we had a rice with rodaballo (turbot). It is not paella, it is rice more like a rissotto texture, but super flavour and the turbot is so good! We drank a bottle of rosé that was fine. They have more choice for white than for rosé. We wouldn’t doubt to come back and try the other dishes as everything sounded amazing."

"We tried this restaurant mainly because my partners son wanted a pasta dish. It wasn't busy, we sat inside. We ordered drinks, no starter just main courses. We were given an amuse bouche, which was potato salad, but taste like it had some fish in it. The spaghetti Bolognese came first, then my chicken wings with fries. My partner ordered octopus, it arrived, about 10 minutes after our main courses. He said it was nice but slightly burnt. Considering there was only 2 tables occupied in the restaurant, I would have expected all main dishes to arrive together. The adjoining table ordered steak and fries, they sent it back saying it was bad meat, along with some fries which looked pale and under cooked. They had the chicken wings instead. My partner took his son to the toilet, but he came back and said they were filthy and neither had a toilet seat, which is unacceptable. The kitchen and the witting staff appeared to be dis-organised. We paid by debit card and my partner was told we would have to be escorted to the reception area of the hotel next door to pay. This was mildly irritating not least because other customers may have we were unable to pay, which wasn't so. The 3 stars is for the slow service and the toilet facility not up to standard. Also being told that we had to go to another venue to pay. We didn't leave a tip."
