"Personally my experience was excellent (5 I had emailed ahead of time to ask if it was possible to cater for my intolerances due to MCAS Histamine intolerance! Having this makes it very hard to ever eat out, so I just don’t, but them miss out on socials. Because the food is fresh and everything made from scratch it was possible. The chef read through the info I sent and came up with some delicious suggestions. I am grateful to the whole team for their efforts and have a fabulous meal! So thank you! Lovely decor, clean facilities friendly staff, service great my review (5 I came with a party of 11, it did take a while to get our food but appreciate they were busy and there was an error with the bill even after their 3rd calculation, we paid a prior deposit and the menu sent out a few days before had old prices, they did offer to give a 10% discount but the bill ended up being more for some reason..this was all taking a long time and it was getting late, we ended up just splitting it anyway as easier rather than paying ours separately despite not everyone having same foods, drinks We all highly rate the food and service, just the calculation of the bill brought the review down."

"We have been coming here for years, but the last time we came (last year) the food was disappointing, so we booked with trepidation, not being confident that it would be a good experience. However, we were very glad that it has largely returned to it’s previous high quality of food and service. 3 of us came for an early dinner, ordering a bottle of house white wine, 1 whitebait and calamari starter to share and then a main course for each of us veal, sea bass and hake with 2 glasses of wine between us The quality of the fish was excellent, while the veal was a little tough in places. The total cost of the meal was £110, so not cheap, but we will be going back again."

"I always go to Five The Beach for my coffee and enjoy sitting outside or walking across to the small pebble beach nearby. The staff is always friendly and the service is excellent. I had a fantastic roast dinner a few Sundays ago with top quality ingredients and an amazing Sunday lunch. It was cooked perfectly! Another time, I had lunch with a friend and we both ordered the fish dish. It was so fresh and delicious that we had to take a photo. I usually forget to leave a review because I just expect them to be great, but you should never take it for granted. A big thank you to Five The Beach and the team for being such a wonderful addition to Clevedon. Thank you!"

"I don't mind paying for good food but Hadley's is a bit overpriced for what you get. Apart from that I have no complaint. We blundered in on spec on a Friday night but we were seated nonetheless and the service was swift. I had the carrot soup starter and the other half had the prawns, both were lovely. Then we both went for the steak, at almost £25 I would have expected more than a small (tacky) basket of chips and a bit of salad, I've had all the trimmings for the same price elsewhere and cooked equally as well. Also there was no choice of sauce, no peppercorn, no Diane but the blue cheese sauce they did have was delicious. The wine was a £5 bottle ramped up to £20 as always in a restaurant. Hadley's is trying very hard to be a bit posh but it hasn't quite got there yet despite charging as if they have. They will however get there I'm quite sure."

"I went with the family on Saturday night, eating was amazing, the presentation was excellent as art works on a teller. the choices were very plentiful, and the staff was very attentive and very responsive with extraordinary interpersonal skills that they really feel special, we were never rushed and the times again between the directed was fantastic. the toilets were immaculate and had the added as hand creamer etc. the only thing I could say in a negative comment was we asked for some water between the meal etc., received a blue bottle water that was expensive and only enough for a person. a jug with lemon would have been fantastic. but I would not have to worry about in a heartbeat return for this extra special meal with fantastic environment, much space around moving around and the most amazing eating and attentive staff to feel that extra something special. but we are definitiw again x x"
"Went here recently with family. We had an early booking but lots of tables were filling up. Nice decor recently changed made for a very pleasant evening. There is a; extensive menu and a lunchtime/ early evening special menu which offers£ good value. The prices across the whole menu are very reasonable for what you get. If you go for anything with chilli it won’t be hot hot but you can ask for extra and that can be accommodated. We had a selection of starters, garlic prawns, caprese salad, whitebait and bruschetta. The house wine is fine , and there is a good choice of beer . A couple of pasta dishes and pizzas made for a very tasty main course. Service was efficient and friendly throughout our evening . Well done and thank you."

"Wow! What a lovely day we had at Lasseters! Kaysha was absolutely amazing helping me to organise Lunch for my best friends hen do from start to finish! The restaurant is in the perfect spot. We had a lovely room to ourselves upstairs with a beautiful view of the pier. The food was really good! Everyone was so happy with their meals. The lemon meringue was the best I have EVER tasted! The effort Kaysha went to made the day so special! She organised bags of sweets for everyone with personalised labels and a sign! It was such a lovely personal touch. We also had name cards which meant the bride could place them around and do a little seating plan. Thank you so much, can’t wait to come back soon!"

"Absolute best pizza in Portishead, fact, no competition at all. Lovely atmosphere dining in, staff are amazing. Owner needs to embrace the card machine a little more, my only minor critique but I will say they let me use it on my last visit. If you live in Portishead and haven't been here, even just for a take out pizza, you're nuts, do it as soon as possible. Service: Take out"

"Favourite place in Weston. Food is always delicious the staff are all extremely friendly. I especially love the vegan junk food nights and have been to every single one so far, they usually have them once a month! They also have regular plant based vegan pizza nights which I’ve been to a lot of too. The food is honestly delicious and you can tell that a lot of thought and planning goes into it. I’ve also been a couple of times for their regular menu and their vegan breakfast is the best in weston by far!! The ingredients are so fresh. I love how it’s family friendly too and i have brang my 12 week old daughter a couple of Times. Also dog friendly which is good."

"Yatton Tandoori will always be the BEST Indian there is out there. The food and service is always incredible and will always be my number one choice (no one does a saag paneer like they do! . I now live over half an hour away in Bristol but will always make the trip to here when we want a curry, as anywhere else disappoints in comparison! Couldn’t recommend more. Vegetarian options: Lots of veg options! Parking: Free Parking on the door step and all surrounding streets have free parking, as well as a free car park in front. Kid-friendliness: Lovely family environment. Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to get into the building so easily accessible."
"I often visit the Pantry for lunch with friends and have been meaning to write a review. I love this place. What makes it so special is the people who work there. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the lady who owns it is just lovely. Today I visited with a friend and I had my favourite chicken, brie and cranberry panini. It's such a great combo and comes with the tastiest coleslaw and freshest salad. You know when the salad is going to be good when the tomatoes are deep red in colour. My friend had the brie and cranberry sandwich on granary she was blown away. The bread was cut thick and was clearly fresh in today. And don't get me started on the cakes! i usually have the Victoria Sponge with apricot jam (it's insanely good but today I went for the lemon drizzle. It did not disappoint. I now can't decide which one is my favourite. The menu inside is varied and they serve breakfast all day. A great cafe, run by caring people and a wonderful ambience. Thank you :"

"This pub seems to be all over the place. lovely carvery but meat cold, lovely range of drinks at fair price but only one person serving hence queue and even colder food. It seems to be new owners yet again, who will take time to get it right. As for the customers it seems to be how much food can I get onto a small size plate. If you want a large dinner for goodness sake just pay the extra couple of quid to have one, it really is not a good look. The poor old pub needs to make a profit and the food is very good value why be so so tight. The biggest downside is the bar area , it is not quite as clean as it could be, the decor is old and tired and the seating is very close and cramped in places. This pub could be the pride of Nailsea with a little investment in the ambience and staff."

"Another meal at this South African-themed pub and a fantastic experience. The Bobotie Croquettes starter were delicious, and the bunny chow main course was bursting with flavor. The tender meat and aromatic spices in the bunny chow were perfectly balanced, and the bread bowl was soft and fluffy. The sides of chakalaka and sambals added even more depth of flavor. The service was exceptional, with a knowledgeable and friendly server making excellent recommendations. The warm and inviting atmosphere was perfect for a casual dinner with friends and family. Overall, I highly recommend this pub for a top-notch South African-inspired meal. Five stars!"

"We booked a table for Thursday night, so it was relatively quite. The service was very good with a new floor manager keeping us fed and watered. The starter we chose was mussels and scallops which were both beautifully cooked . The mussel sauce with chorizo and cream was good enough to eat as a soup! The main dishes were hake and steak, again, very well cooked. The steak is 'twice cooked ', seared at very high temperature then left until required to be cooked to the right level. This seems to give the steak a caramelized almost crunchy covering. Genius idea and very good to eat. We chatted to the charming owner and discussed the wine we chose. While I realise it was a quite night and a busier night may produce different results we both thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at what we consider to be the best place in town!"

"I was looking forward to having Sunday Lunch here as they have a lovely deli and I used to enjoy their lunch when they were based in Bristol. Unfortunately it was very disappointing! The roast potatoes were hard and not crunchy at all. The beef was well cooked and very thin slices. The vegetables were ok, although very disappointed that there was no Cauliflower cheese! The Yorkshire pudding was probably the best thing on the plate. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place for a roast and definitely wouldn't be back! On the plus side the restaurant has a nice ambiance and the service was good."

"We recently enjoyed a fantastic meal at this restaurant to celebrate a 90th birthday. The food was fabulous, with the marinated olives being a standout. We appreciated the thoughtful seating and low level music. To end the meal, the coffee and truffles were the perfect choice. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"

"After giving a 4-star review for our 5th order, we were disappointed to receive a half portion dish. We had ordered from this restaurant multiple times before and expected better quality. The response we received was unapologetic and accusatory, making us feel like we were at fault. The customer service needs improvement and because of this experience, we will not be ordering from them again."

"last night I was despised as google decided to update and only gave me this wonderful place just one star. the pub deserves every little five stars. it is warm, friendly and will run properly as a real village pub. there is always a greeting, and they serve excellent food, except for the earth and appreciated sensible. I would recommend eating cas’s to everyone, you don’t get hungry or poorly away. it is for me the best pub in the opposite."
