"Dropped in on the off chance for a lunchtime drink and shared a pitta and dips starter. Judging by the quality of that I would be happy to recommend anything else . the humous was tasty, the bread was very fresh and the salad was excellent. Super view , sat in the large gazebo so no problem with passing shower. Good service good food good value, couldn’t ask for more."

"We went in for Sunday lunch and were greeted as soon as we walked in. The waitresses provided excellent service, the food was delicious and worth the price. Raddys had a fantastic atmosphere and we had a flawless experience. We will be back for sure and will recommend it to our friends."

"All the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was very nice, although I found the portion sizes too big couldn't finish and just creamy/oily enough to set off my gall bladder. We went early evening, were sat by a table near the door so it was very cold whenever anyone came in for a takeaway, which was often. It's byob, and soon the tables filled with blokes and their booze, 10 packs of beer underarm each. We saw one guy bring a bottle of jack Daniels... it then got very noisy and we were glad to leave. Next time it will be a takeaway instead!"

"this place is now called lucy’s, but also browns stateside diner. we're here on 03-05-22. we arrived shortly after 9 o'clock after 11 o'clock. the service was horrificly slow, which she lost our ticket, the order was massacred! my daughter ordered the pancakes that had blueberries but not specified on the menu. I asked for milk three times to go with the tea, but that was never materialized. the wrong milkshake came up, which was so not busy with only 2 other families in the inner of the diner. they have thrown the wrong food drink off the bill, but I would avoid this place."

"After dropping off relatives at the airport, my husband and I were in search of a place to eat. The Angel Inn was recommended to us by patrons at another pub that did not serve food on Saturdays. The exterior of the restaurant looked old but charming, and the interior was equally beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was both plentiful and delicious. I mistakenly ordered a side of onion rings, not realizing that my main course already came with a generous portion of them. We ended up with so much food on our plates that we had to ask for a tray to bring the leftovers home. However, even after returning to south Wales, we were still too full to eat them. Our dog happily enjoyed the leftovers instead. We will definitely choose to dine at The Angel Inn again if we find ourselves in Bristol in the future."

"Last night, our party of five, including my 4-year-old daughter, dined at Mexican Loco. The restaurant's decor is vibrant and colorful, which we absolutely loved. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our daughter was entertained, bringing her coloring materials and engaging her in conversation. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of Mexican dishes at reasonable prices. The portion sizes for the main meals were generous, ensuring great value for money. The children's menu also had a diverse selection of options, going beyond the usual chicken nuggets or fish fingers to cater to more adventurous young eaters. We had a great experience and will definitely be returning to this restaurant, which we highly recommend."

"This was my second visit to The Atlantic Fish Bar and Restaurant for a sit-down meal, with my last visit being about 5 years ago. I was not disappointed at all. The lady who was working between the restaurant and the take away shop gave us a great welcome. We ordered a regular Cod and chips and a Large Haddock, chips, and mushy peas. Both dishes were delightful, with the fish tasting fresh, the batter crispy, and the chips perfectly cooked - they were what I would describe as nice 'dry' chips. The portion sizes were very generous and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend The Atlantic Fish Bar and Restaurant. It may have been 5 years since our last visit, but once again, it was a top-notch meal."

"We stopped by for breakfast at this restaurant while staying at the nearby campsite. The service was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a delicious cooked breakfast, although we found it unusual to be served bread and butter instead of toast with the full English. The prices were reasonable compared to other places. We appreciated how dog-friendly the restaurant was, even though we no longer have a dog. They also had an outdoor hut serving drinks and ice creams with a seating area, although unfortunately it was raining heavily on the day we visited."

"Have eaten here in the past and decided due to being busy to get a takeaway delivered. Have tried twice now on separate occasions and get notifications that the order has been accepted by the restaurant with and anticipated time for delivery etc. Being diabetic I have then taken my insulin in preparation to only realise the time has gone for the delivery, check the app, the order has been cancelled with no explanation and no notification. This is not only frustrating and annoying, but for people in my situation dangerous as I have them had to rush to sort food out quickly that is not necessary appropriate to stave off a potential diabetic hypo due to the insulin taking affect with no food to counteract it. Needless to say this is highly unprofessional and I will not be utilising or recommending this restaurant again. Highly disappointed."

"We reserved a table for 19 people at the restaurant. Some of the food we had pre-ordered, while some we ordered on the spot. All of the dishes arrived together, and they were delicious and served hot, just like always. The staff even decorated with banners and balloons for our celebration. After 18 years of dining at the Red Rose, it was yet another wonderful evening. Thank you."

"We recently tried the Christmas Afternoon Tea at this cafe and were impressed by the quality of the food and coffee. Everything is clearly made in-house and with great care, as each sandwich, scone, and cake was delicious. Despite my partner having a big appetite, we were pleasantly surprised by how filling the tea was. We even had to take some of the treats home because we couldn't finish them all. I highly recommend this cafe as it is a rare find where the afternoon tea is not just a selection of mass-produced items on a stand. We are looking forward to returning, and overall, we had a fantastic experience at Parkside Cafe."

"Delicious food, good portion sizes for a very good and reasonable price. The staff go above and beyond here, especially the lovely lady who always takes our order over the phone. The last time we ordered we had a slight issue with our order being delivered to the wrong place (people make mistakes) the staff were so kind and helpful and super quick at resolving the issue and crediting us money on our order placed tonight. I would definitely recommend the biscoff milkshake if your a fan of biscoff, it’s the BEST thing ever!!!! But honestly couldn’t fault this restaurant. The staff are brilliant, food is always incredible and piping hot when delivered, the delivery drivers are also very friendly and food is always delivered on time, and when placing the orders they say to call back if it’s not arrived within the time frame. Thank you again for always making it an enjoyable experience ordering from you guys and keep up the amazing service!"

"We are frequent visitors to a Lounge so know what to expect. This visit we came with parents for a pre Christmas get together. My reason for the review is the excellent feedback provided by my parents who are usually pretty fussy with their choice of venue. My father declared the steak the best that he had ever had and my stepmom loved the Mexican Super Bowl. The service was really good. My only downside of the lounge which happens at a lot of their big venues is the noise level. It is always pretty busy and there’s not a lot to buffer the noise so often hard to hear in big groups. But overall, a fantastic meal out."

"Teatro Lounge in Clevedon offers the best breakfast experience in town. With a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from, excellent quality, and generous portion sizes, it's no wonder I always find myself returning here. "Lovely range of good quality homemade food. Great butternut squash and carrot soup And toffee pudding was worth every calorie . Very attentive serving staff. Room was well spread out for Covid until a party of 10 arrived and all sat together. Very hard for staff to split them and adhere to rules. This made me feel quite uncomfortable. As we were just leaving it was fine. However overall we all had a delicious fresh meal and we will be back for sure Even got 30% off due to a promotion !"

"The waitress was very kind polite but often slow at taking our orders. We waited 15 minutes after being seated just to order drinks. When the food came out one of us ordered fish and chips and was given scampi, which he was quite disappointed about but didn’t want to cause a fuss and send back to the kitchen. Charging £17.50 for a mixed grill I would expect a large portion for being one of the most expensive things on the menu but unfortunately it wasn’t all that! After being almost forgotten about after our desserts came out we had to hunt down a waitress to ask for the bill. Which she very reluctantly got for us, it almost seemed a chore for her by the look on her face! Reluctantly we paid the optional 10% service charge on the bill."

"all about the white hard is excellent. the meals are excellent. the best I had for a long time. the staff are friendly courtesy and go away from their to be helpful. there is not a thing that I could say harmful about this pub/restaurant. they do theme evenings for eating and events and they have a patti series with beautiful cakes and sweets. they have 2 function rooms, which have space for 8 and 12 people and to override everything, they have a large teepee in their garden. the exterior is good for the summer. can not wait. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes to eat good."

"We arrived behind schedule, and were in a hurry to check in and get a taxi to our event. We asked for a number and were given one for a company who no longer works evenings! Had to drive ourselves in the end. When we got back later that evening the pub was in darkness with barely any illumination to see us back to our room. The room itself was very unclean, a covering of dust on every surface. Was like the room hadn’t been used in a while and certainly not cleaned before our arrival. There were spiders and cobwebs everywhere. The bathroom was dirty with mould in the shower. The breakfast was also disappointing. The hot water for tea took 20 minutes to heat up and there was no coffee ready for the guests. Didn’t see any staff in the morning to let them know about the issue. For £112 for one night we were very disappointed and won’t be returning."

"Sunday Lunch our party had been looking forward to our get together and booked a month ago for the table upstairs, which we were told on arrival was no longer available!!! No apology! Wasn 't a great start but were accommodated downstairs which was fine. Next we placed an order and paid for a large round of drinks. The guy behind the bar poured 2 then disappeared leaving six of us without drinks when we realised he wasn 't coming back we had to ask another member of staff to finish serving us! Again no apology! The food Had to ask for extra gravy and again for sauces/mustard which the waiter begrudgingly brought over two tiny pots for the whole table!!! The same size portion was given to a table of 2 next to us! We gave up asking for more. The food itself was just nice , Yorkshire Puddings were over cooked and the Pork was all fat and very little meat it wasn 't enjoyable. Beef tasted ok but have had better. Overall the pub itself is really nice and we all had high expectations but all said and done, I would give it another go but not for Sunday Lunch. I would have expected the staff (and there were plenty of them) to be attentive and more willing to make the customer experience a pleasant one. Maybe they 'd had a long day who knows but in hospitality you can 't let this show in front of the paying customers especially when you 're collectively spending just over £400! To be fair I shouldn 't be taring all the staff with the same brush but can only judge on the service we received."
