"We were a table of 8 upstairs and had to wait quite a while for service. When our food came the majority were happy but 2 ladies ordered the Steak Sandwich and when it came it was a dry roll with thick tough steak. They were expecting thin slices of steak. These were taken away and could have been replaced but they opted for soup instead, which they enjoyed and there was no charge. Would have been better if the steak was good but it was dealt with quickly and with no quibbling."
