Unfortunately the food wasn’t very warm and we didn’t get the vegetables or stuffing advertised. We asked for them but they never came. Came away feeling disappointed.

It was ok. Food very average. Staff not very attentive, bar person very friendly though. Wouldn't rush back to eat but beer garden was lovely when we had a drink earlier on in the day.

I was meeting a friend for a catch up so dinner on a quieter upstairs table was perfect, we then moved to an outside table with a heater where the atmosphere was vibrant and buzzing. All in all a perfect evening

It was a decent experience overall. The food was quite average, and the staff wasn't very attentive. However, the bartender was really friendly. While I wouldn't return for another meal, I did enjoy the beer garden when we had a drink there earlier.

We were a table of 8 upstairs and had to wait quite a while for service. When our food came the majority were happy but 2 ladies ordered the Steak Sandwich and when it came it was a dry roll with thick tough steak. They were expecting thin slices of steak. These were taken away and could have been replaced but they opted for soup instead, which they enjoyed and there was no charge. Would have been better if the steak was good but it was dealt with quickly and with no quibbling.

We had a party of eight and had to wait for a table. When our food arrived, most of us were satisfied, but two ladies ordered the steak sandwich. Unfortunately, it was served with a dry roll and a thick, tough piece of steak, while they were expecting thin slices. The sandwiches were taken back and could have been replaced, but they chose to eat something else instead and were not charged for it. It would have been better if the steak had been prepared well, but the situation was handled quickly and without much fuss.

Hadn’t been here for years and was pleasantly surprised by the refurbed premises. Had booked for 4 as my sisters were visiting. The pub was quite quiet as it was a Monday evening. We all loved the look of the outdoor area as well although we were seated inside…. An upstairs, high seated booth, lighting could have been better (maybe clean the dust out of the inside?! The service was pleasant and speedy. A couple of items I originally chose weren’t available and the app had little choice left, but I ordered at the bar and all was well.
