"I was looking for a place in the area to eat the best burgers with my two teenagers, and the reviews convinced me to take them here. We were not disappointed! The setting and decor are incredible, large selection of burgers and fries, and everything was delicious! It's very generous, the beef is from the region and super good, there are also burgers with Swiss bison meat, and chicken and even vegetarian burgers. The fries were so much better than those usually served, I don't know if they were homemade but they looked and tasted like it, at least not frozen! The Speculoos cheesecake is killer, I recommend it, and there are unusual drinks like Dr. Pepper and Cherry or Vanilla Coke, to the delight of my teenagers! The gentleman who served us was very friendly, the service was fast, the prices correct, in short we will come back with pleasure and I recommend Happy Days! With Johnny Cash in the background, honestly everything was perfect..."

"My friend and I met for the first time at the restaurant at lunch time on a Saturday. It was not busy nor noisy. They had gluten free pizza and pasta, a huge range! However st a surcharge of 5chf which was disappointing and not mentioned at the time of enquiring. I feel this is unfair as I have an illness where I cannot eat wheat or gluten and feel I was being penalised. But the pizza was delicious and I would definitely go back again with my husband and 2 children. Can't really comment on the ambience as I think evenings would be more telling."

"We stopped in this lovely little town on our way to Montreux. This restaurant hit the spot. My husband got the Chicken Cordon Blu, he raved about it. It's rare for him to be impressed by a meal! I had a pasta that was very good, a touch bland but still tasty. The side salad was simple but fresh and good also. Stop into this town, its adorable!!"

"Die Medmarket ist teilweise Deli, teilweise Grill, nur bis 20 Uhr geöffnet während der Woche und bis 10 Uhr an Freitagen und Samstagen. Es werden mediterrane und portugiesische Spezialitäten im für Nyon sehr moderate Preise. Die Portionen sind großzügig, zu großzügig soweit ich bin besorgt, so dass können Sie ohne eine Vorspeise. Die 'Cochon de Lait was meine Frau hatte als Haupt freitags und samstags ist nur verfügbar, und es ist gut. So war mein gegrillt Octopus gegrilltes Octopus ist oft zäh wenn nicht schwefelige, aber dieser hier war frisch auf dem außerhalb eines Angebots auf innen und serviert mit einem schönen Bad mit Knoblauch, Schalotten, Olivenöl und Kräuter. Die Kinderportion unserer Tochter mit fünf ! ! chipolata Typ Würstchen war soso. . . Wir hatten eine angenehme Flasche des Douro, in einer erstaunlich fair günstig Preis. . . ."

"Absolute hidden Italian gem in Nyon! Nice modern vibe with friendly staff and superb food and wine! The idea of the restaurant is Italian Tapas, and each component is of absolutely superb quality and is delicious! Also try and look out for the friendly little cat sometimes sleeping by the entrance! "Outstanding italian ice-creams in the harbour area (Rive) of Nyon, the best in town. Easy to spot, it is the shop that always has a long queue going all the way on the street. There is a large choice of tastes, and the tastes are for real. Perfect at any time of the day."

"Our meals were delicious, i ordered lamb biryani. We also ordered a bottle of Indian red wine which we were curious to try as we had never had before. Over all we were satisfied with our order. Although both of us ended with sore stomachs during the night and not sure whether from the food or the red wine. Restaurant was empty for a Saturday evening. We were only 4 guests the entire evening. Our table was on the terrace but throughout our time there, we could hear a buzzing sound coming from the WC area which was a disturbance. It was coming from a mounted box on the wall next to the WC (some kind of emergency box). Service was quick. Would we go back there, NO."

"We enjoyed our lunch here and would recommend. Two of us had salmon tartare which was fresh and well presented. Another had aubergine parmigiana which they enjoyed. We all had local Gamay wine and also coffees and sweets. We didn't award five stars for food only because we ordered tiramisu which was huge and lacking in coffee flavour dominated by cream... disappointing given this is a staple for an Italian restaurant. Please don't let this put you off going. It's a good restaurant with very good service."

"Hong Sheng is ok. I can 't say better or worse than that. If you 're a Brit in the area, you can scratch that itch for a Chinese takeaway but it 's gonna cost you and it won 't be like you are used to back home. The ingredients are certainly lovely and fresh and the tastes are close to OK but I just find everything is a bit 'samey '. They really need some bold flavours, not the usual dumbed down generic 'oriental ' that you tend to find in Switzerland. Did I mention the price yet? Yeah, expensive."

"Top top top!!! Gäbe es die Möglichkeit 6 Sterne zu geben, würde ich es sofort machen. Das Essen ist der absolute Wahnsinn! Wir hatten noch nie zuvor solch einen leckeren Fisch gegessen. Der Service ist okay. Das Personal könnte freundlicher sein. Da sie abends immer hochbetrieb haben, sollten die Besatzung und die Abläufe anders geregelt sein bzw. optimiert werden. Aber ja, nichtsdestotrotz kommen wir gerne wieder für das 6 Sterne Essen. :"

"Francent is everything you expect from a restaurant! From amanilitee, a fast and efficient service! Good humor and jokes. I went there a few years ago when it opened and I immediately liked it. I have returned there a few times and now being an adult and having visited more restaurants especially in the region, this one is by far a must and a positive advertisement for Italy and the Nyon region. "Arrived at 8 pm. Pizzas served 60 min. after the order. That's quite a long time but ok...Then we were served a calzone wich was clearly burned on it's entire top so we had to refuse it. Message to the pizzaiolo: what were you thinking of? t's a shame to send a pizza like this end of story. The other pizzas were good but I will not return to this place anymore."

"We made a reservation over the phone, specifying that we wanted to be on the restaurant side. Arriving at the indicated time, the person who had taken our reservation sent us to the bar area because he had given our table to other people, without any apology and in a very unpleasant manner (bordering on go see elsewhere if I am there . In the bar, the service was excellent, we waited almost an hour for two cocktails, the dishes we wanted were not available and the waiters were unpleasant. I have never had such bland naan and I will not recommend this restaurant."

"I’ve been coming to this restaurant with my family and friends for years. I’ve always found the service a bit hit and miss but the food has always been good and the kids love the little cinema. The last time I went I ordered the pasta with gamberi and zucchini. Later that night I was violently sick which I can only put down to the dish as I’d not eaten anything else but a simple sandwich that day. When I mentioned this to management the following day the reply was that is was nothing to do with them or the dish and I received no further communication. Very disappointing and we won’t be going back."
