"I 've been there a few times for business meetings; the location is great, and I 've found the service to always be very attentive. The food itself is ok in my opinion not the best value (qualité/prix) in the region. But for dinner this Monday, I faced an unpleasant issue: I ordered a meat fillet (by definition, a boneless piece). As I started chewing on one of the pieces of meat, I felt a big crack and pain: I found a hard piece of solid bone, that I took out discretely. And I felt a big hole in my back molar, with sharp edges. I contained the pain, and waited for the dinner to be over (no desert), and for my guests to leave. I reported the issue to the waitress as I asked for the bill. She told me oh, let me call the manager . Then I found myself waiting several minutes for the manager to finally come. He asked me what was wrong, I said that there was a hard piece of bone in my fillet (showing it), and that I 've broken a tooth on it... He was like oh, right, we de bone the meat ourselves , and asked me if I wanted a drink or dessert, I said no thanks, I 'm in pain right now . And he brought me the bill, which I settled. But I did not hear any word of apology or even regret. Not even a commitment that they will be more cautious with meat preparation. *Nothing*. The manager just left with the piece of bone I had recovered, as if to make it disappear. I didn 't even get a goodbye from the manager or the waitress, as I left the place on my own. I 've had perfect teeth, not even a cavity in my lifetime. Now I have a temporary fix put in place by a dentist, and I 'll have to go back for additional work on that broken tooth. I 'll deal with it. But I remain astounded at how rude and unhelpful that manager was. I don 't even know if he 'll do something to spare future customers from such an unpleasant surprise. I 'm sending this review with a message to the owner/management as well, hoping that they will provide a response."
