"I almost thought I was going to a mountain brewery but what a good surprise! If you are not already enchanted by the staff then you will be by food! I was tempted by the ham with its Madeira sauce and I can only recommend it! If I have to go back to eat for rotten steels, that's probably where I'm going."

"At first, when you look at the map, you think it's going to be frozen or that this restaurant will be a banal restaurant among so many others because of the wide variety of it. That's all. This restaurant was a real surprise. Starting with chicken burger, chicken is very generous and particularly crispy, cheddar is excellent, bread is no less, and the sauce is particularly goutu. "Very good family hotel. Small rooms but in very good condition. Warm welcome. Boss Stephane can recommend ballads, he also makes paragliding baptisms. Out of season it may be difficult to find a coffee or restaurant in Merlettes, to book for dinner. The salad came directly from the ****. To recommend the homemade sorbets taste of mėlèze and other flowers of the vallee."

"When we arrived late on the station, we went there at around 9 pm, the very smiling and nice waitress kindly welcomed us and installed us, indicating a time of service.
