"nice place especially on the indoor terrace with a real green garden (rare in a restaurant) where children can find their happiness while being under surveillance. there is a world so desirable pre-booking if you do not want to wait. Simple but friendly welcome. Italian dishes or French cuisine still very correct. Pizzas are generous and the choice is varied. very good meats: 250g or butcher piece 180G nothing to say. choice of sufficient wines. service pretty fast and very smiling."

"First, if I can give advice to future customers: book! and the sooner will be the best, without which you risk as it was our case to be placed on the second service of 9:30, and therefore depend on the delay taken by the customers of the first (theoretically at 7:30 pm).But it was worth waiting. excellent cuisine based on local products (so fresh,) cooked with great care by the chef and his small team (to whom one must pay tribute to the quality of their work despite the little space they have to express themselves.) idem for the room which is quite exigrated but which flowers good friendliness thanks to the patron who makes reign in his restaurant a family atmosphere (but not familiar) and very casual. a note also the care given to the selection of wines, and for that let you be guided by the taulier who masters his subject to perfection. even the coffee is excellent (which is not always the case, or at what price.) the price stands, let's talk about it: very reasonable in relation to the quality of the dishes, more in the middle of the tourist season. Certainly you will not have the port and the boats, but for 2 times the price of a portion of mussels with extra view (on the port and the boats precisely,) you will take pleasure at the table. as far as I'm concerned with the choice is quickly made. and for the view, reserve it for a digestive walk out of the "garden of the olive tree"."

"delicious! burgers are really well prepared and very complete, if you prefer salads they are also very good, there are vegetarians and there is not only salad in it unlike other breweries. the staff is very courteous and pleasant, they are really at the service of the customers. you can eat just in front of the port and in the sun what is very pleasant. bonus point for the staff who danced what was fun. Really a good discovery!"

"We did not like the dessert that was displayed home. After having enjoyed half of the dessert, we expressed our dissatisfaction and astonishment with the waitress who told us that the owls were coming out of the freezer and the whipped of a bomb! We did not really enjoy the meal in this restaurant. Too bad!"

"foie gras was really good, snails too, just like our 2 chocolate desserts. The mix of fish at the plancha was also perfect. On the other hand, the tuna mid-cook has arrived too cooked. Returning the second was too red. a half-cuit must be done on a paved, not a slice and must be rolled inside, not raw. Tribute because everything else was perfect."

"We did not book but the team found a table on the terrace! This is a good point. We enjoyed all the dishes served, dishes and desserts. Good quality, very pleasant service. the only dish was the length of the meal, 2 hours for the dessert dish with a cocktail (we had only 2) but above all the answer given by the person in charge of the payment at the bar: "we can not do better, we are in the packaging, we should not be pressed for the dinner “damage to finish this experience with such a remark... we will come back hoping for a better organization at all because everything has been well"

"every time you go to pornic, you take a coffee break in this friendly establishment in front of the small port, smiling and welcoming staff, we stop for tea coffee and pilot drinks, but there are ice creams, mussels we can lunch, I saw the varied map, correct price, a good time, it became my favorite little corner for coffee break. really nice.bravo to the staff."

"We appreciate this place but since the change of team the reception is unpleasant (we always feel to disturb by asking to book a table), placement different than the advertised and quality of the kitchen in net decrease (crêpes served quickly because in my opinion warmed) except the dressage that remains good as well as the service at the table. Big disappointment and this on several occasions which unfortunately excludes the accident. We regret the time when the reception was natural and warm, and the kitchen at the height of the beauty of the view that remains today the only asset of the place. I hope the team gets back, it's not insurmountable! And I'll be happy to put them in good heart 5 stars."

"I come to this restaurant for more than 20 years to enjoy the products of the sea, the beautiful interior and outdoor setting and the magnificent seafood trays. and frankly, since the change of owner, seafood has taken another dimension, both in flavors and in the supply. The turrets are cooked on site and there, it changes everything!!!!! The service is always impeccable, despite the overloaded summer months, and the reception is dynamic. "It all started well with our entrance, nice presentation and good pesto sauce. However, we had difficulty finishing our dishes, the fries were unshakeable and full of fat.. we made the problem to the server, which had the kindness to check and ask in the kitchen. We were told that fries were cooked in beef fat that was probably due to that. Too bad not to inform customers of this subtlety. People can follow a certain diet: vegan, vegetarian, casher, halal etc... It's a detail that can be of its utmost importance."

"Whilst travelling through France, this was our first stop from St.Malo. We were staying at the hotel and the menus and restaurant looked good so we never bothered to find anywhere else locally. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't very good, so we could only sit inside,...but the huge fire was welcoming and brightened the place being so gloomy out. We were given a warm welcome by the waiting staff, shown to a table by a window in a very busy room. We were immediately given menus and wine list, closely followed by a plate of bread and pâté. Apperatif orders were taken as well and we were left just the right amount of time for menu perusal and decision making. Once our order was taken, we were served an amusee bouche and a basket of fresh rustic or artisan bread. The food was a culinary delight of local produce and of that grown on the premises. Local speciality dishes were favoured and this proved very tasty, especially the dessert. I would definitely recommend this restaurant (we had breakfast too which was equally enjoyable) but be prepared to work from French only menus (thank goodness for IPhones). Cannot praise the staff enough for making this an enjoyable experience."

Our bill was lost. It’s a great spot by the sea. The bongo band was a little much though. Would return"
