"This restaurant is amazing. The food is outstanding, the owners and staff are excellent, and the atmosphere is top-notch. We have never had any issues with the quality of the food or service, except for one particular staff member who answers the phone. She was rude, impatient, and made a mistake with our order because she didn't listen to us. Despite her attitude, we decided to go to the restaurant because we were hungry. When we got there, our order was indeed incorrect, but the phone girl insisted that we never mentioned our food intolerance to onions, which we did. Another waitress then questioned why we didn't ask for the dish the way we were told to. We hope this phone girl receives some training or leaves the restaurant soon, as her behavior could ruin the experience for new customers. It would be a shame for such a great restaurant to be tainted by someone who treats customers poorly."
