"Our first visit to this delightful family run restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. We visited in the evening and were able to park right outside. The restaurant has a pleasant ambience. The staff were very welcoming and service throughout was very attentive without being intrusive. The menu offers a wide choice and we each selected 3 different steak cuts which were well cooked to our request. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. A nice touch was to add a lighted candle to my wife's dessert and orchestrate a chorus of happy birthday. An excellent experience only 4 stars for atmosphere but we ate early and I'm sure when it is full, the atmosphere will be 5 star vibrant. Thank you."

"Super lovely staff and restaurant. Vegan brunch plate was amazing, as well as the English breakfast sandwich! Vegan hollandaise sauce was to die for. Juices were fresh and delicious Had the carrot cake to finish off and that was great! Didn't look at the whole menu in detail but I think they're full vegan now! Would double check to make sure."

"From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambience was inviting, setting the perfect tone for a memorable meal. The menu offered an impressive selection of dishes, each crafted with care and attention to detail. I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly enhanced the dining experience. Every dish was served with precision and accompanied by insightful recommendations from the staff."

"I came with my brother and the environment was so cozy, our host was so friendly and friendly and we just had the best time the foods can not be given error-free and so cheaply. we received at the end free drinks that were so delicious, but above all unexpected! we really felt welcome to come back, which is as beautiful as it is a local gem"

"we went here for the 18 years of our sohne with his paten 11 of us to lunch on Saturday. we were as impressed as we were cared for during the prep stages, which were the table and the orderings and planning the day. the food was beautiful and they allowed us generously to bring our own birthday cake. the icing on the cake! was a sweet birthday card from all employees. can not recommend this place very enough!"

"While not exclusively a gluten-free establishment, this French bistro is excellent at accommodating dietary needs. The staff is knowledgeable about the ingredients in their dishes and can confirm which items are gluten-free. I have enjoyed delicious gravy, fries (make sure to check if the fryer is gluten-free that day), and their chocolate dessert. I have dined here multiple times and have not experienced any issues with gluten contamination."

"We are regulars and decided to try their Sunday sharing roast. The good: the chicken was great. Succulent and tasty. The dauphinois side with bacon and cheese was also very nice. The bad: the steak was chewy and cold, as were the sauces. The pork belly portion was mean, the veggie side was tiny. Not even enough for one person. The odd: we had to ask for plates as if we were expected to both eat directly off the small serving wood block. We got side plates which were too small. In summary, not something we will be having again. It felt a bit expensive for what we got. If everything was hot and the portions a little larger, it would have been fine."

"Excellent views over the River Thames and Hampton Court Palace. Split over two floors, superb decor. Quality seasonal food for all palates, numerous vegetarian options. Sharing platters are gigantic and delicious. Lighter bites also available. Plenty of choices on the childrens menu. Knowledgeable and helpful staff who also check about any allergies. Extensive drinks option which are always varied. High quality and standards maintained over the four years we have visited."

"Due to COVID-19 the restaurant only works as a take-away. However..., they are unable to take an order for the next hour and a half because they have too many orders... After which I would need to call them and not just turn up even though it says in their window you can order on the spot... All this for a pizza... The plan was to try the food and go back after the quarantine, if good, but, obviously, that will not be happening now. They obviously have a serious organisational problem in their kitchen. They also have a problem with their attitude as they manipulate reviews on Tripadvisor by getting negative ones removed without a clear reason given for that. They also have a note about their dress code in their window while they are struggling to bake a pizza..."

"I've ordered lots of times from Itabashi over the past several years. Unfortunately they recently they changed their delivery policies. After spending a while with the family selecting our order I went to place the order, they explained I was (now) outside of their delivery area and needed to pay an extra £2.50 ... which was fine so proceeded. They then took payment but then told me they had no delivery driver, so rejected the order. However they'd taken the money!! and I might have to wait several days for a refund!! ... terrible way to implement a system ... owner was less than apologetic when I called him to explain the error in their process ... Result ... lost customer ... that's no way to do business"

"We visited Sebastian’s by chance as we were passing in Richmond. For 2 of us we chose some small plates to share for lunch.. the food was delicious, the service was exceptional, really attentive but not in your face.. the waiting staff, made the portions of bruschetta an equal number, which was so thoughtful.. the wine was reasonably priced, cold served to us. It was better than we experienced in a local trip to Italy. If we were local, we would be regulars as we absolutely loved it, the characterful service care that is sadly lacking in most restaurants these days, so thank you for making our visit memorable!"

"Great collection of second hand records which are mostly in good condition. Despite the crushing effect of the pandemic this friendly vinyl store is still here and thriving! Knowledgeable owners and staff. My companion found plenty of decently priced second hand gems amongst their tucked away selections. They have selections on every genre(even Australian aboriginal music! It is worth noting that they have done a certain level of filtering on their stock you can easily find things you like from your favourite musicians. Worth visiting. Yes, it’s tough out there – these independent traders are so awesome and well informed. They deserve our support!"

"I like this place, It's a small chain of three restaurants. I can't speak for the others but this branch feels more like an independent family run business. On my evening dinner visit, the place was bustling but the waiters didn't seem fazed by the demands made on them from hungry patrons. My order was taken promptly and a wine recommended by the waiter was also added. My food, once served was excellent and the feedback from my wife was that hers was too. The wine as suggested by the waiter delicious and was exactly to my taste. My second visit was for lunch and I went for the set menu that give you a starter and a main, or a main with a drink (beer, house wine or soft drink); very good value at £10.95. I can recommend the Spaghetti with mussels, garlic, chilli, white wine fresh tomato. A glass of the house red complemented it extremely well. I can highly recommend this restaurant and I will be visiting again."

"I walked past this place countless times before I was tempted to step inside. I am so glad that I did. I had the spicy pizza which was as good as any from one of Richmond's pizzerias. The pasta dishes I've tried, arrabiata and carbonara were cooked to perfection. The veggie breakfast was excellent and the egg, sausage and bacon sandwich... my 3 favourite foods in a ciabbata... what's not to like? The decor is low key, the staff attentive and the food excellent. Go here when you just want a bite to eat and don't need the restaurant theatre that would be more suitable for a date night."

"Having not not been in the U.K. thanks to pandemic for 30 months and living in part of the world where pork is a no-no I found this small independent eatery having just been to the opticians. The menu showed full breakfast including GF sausage, smoked bacon, home made baked beans with mint and paprika, poached eggs Sour Dough toast and something I had to Google “Shakshuka” which is a Tunisian side mixed vegetable sauce with just the right mixture of spice. Wow it was amazing."

"A nice traditional pub between Teddington town centre and Bushy Park. It had a nice garden and a small amount of seating outside the front too. There is a good beer selection from the Shepherd Neame stable too. We came on a Sunday and had a roast and the Cajun chicken baguette. Both were reasonably priced and very good. The menu is very much along the lines of homely dishes. Staff seemed a bit stressed on the day, although the lady who said she was the manager was friendly. Would definitely return. Update: Following a more recent visit now changing to 3/5 rather than 4/5. The food was very average on the most recent visit. The meaty pie didn’t have much taste to it and it had no gravy and were told the gravy was inside the pie, with the mash on its own. The chicken madras was slightly inferior to a Spoons curry, but came in at £15.75. It was really poor value for money. That’s before 10% is added for service even if ordering at the bar. A pint and soft drink was over £10 so that was expensive too. Unfortunately all these things combined mean I won’t be hurrying back. It’s becoming overpriced and the price quality is declining. Hopefully things improve, but not sure I’ll give it another chance in the near future."

"After visiting the “Love my Human” dog cafe in Chelsea, I wanted to check out the other dog cafes in London. I fell In love with Paws for Coffee. They have homemade treats, puppuchinos, stuffed calf’s hoofs, dog sausages my dog loved them all! The indoors is decorated with a consistent dog theme throughout, even in the loo! They have photos of dogs that have visited the cafe inside which is a very cute touch. The food from the human menu was delicious, we had the veggie breakfast and some great coffee. The vibe is laidback, non pretentious and very summery. Also right by Hampton Court gardens. The staff are very very friendly too!"

"Ever since me and my partner discovered this cafe we have been going back so many times I’ve lost count. Their full breakfast is one of the best, the scrambled eggs are just so creamy and I love their chorizo. Other dishes like eggs Benedict are also super delicious too. However If there’s anything that can be changed or improved is their menu size, i get that when you have a smaller menu you can focus on doing each to the best but it’s so limited that’s I have almost tried everything and I want to go back and try something different. Also the tables can be cleaned a bit better between each service."
"we have eaten in some twickenham’s restaurants and had a few great meals, but I think that must be the best and surely one of the best Japanese restaurants outside central london. service is friendly and the dishes are quickly brought out and made with care. the menu offers not only sushi, but a large selection of authentic starters along with some nudel and bentobox dishes. we decided to order several smaller dishes and a few sushi, so we can taste more of the menu. the otopus legs with seaweed were with those I had in japan, the chicken carage (lightly roasted chicken) was superb and tender, the slightly roasted tofu in broth was tender and tasty and all the sushi dishes were fresh and very good in the did. To round it, the price design for the high quality level will certainly try to return. highly recommended"

"This is a nice little eatery, close to Kingston bridge (on Thames). The service was very good, however the food was a little bit bland, which we (my wife, son and I) agreed upon. Would I revisit this establishment, yes I would, but I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to go back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch"
