"So we have ordered here meany times as normaly it does give good discount on just eat the food overall Is nice that is why we have ordered a couple of times The only down side for delivery is the wait we have not had a time it be delivered on time meaning the food is mild if not cold by the time it arrives what means we have to put it in the microwave to heat up We have also been spoken to quite rudely on 1 occasion when the food almost took 2 hours to arrive and even had 1 order with bits missing We thought we would give them a couple of chances but overall we will now look elsewhere due to the obove issues"

"I collect a veg samosa order from them at least once to twice a week and live locally. It comes with TWO delicious sauces! Staff are ALWAYS friendly, casual, relaxed but hard working which makes for a tranquil environment every time I go in there. It is so disappointing to see this restaurant being targeted by someone using the same photograph of a yacht in the sunshine, but using DIFFERENT names, to write nasty negative reviews on Tri Advisor. Just ignore those because it is not constructive. I love Dehli Wala's inexpensive, but tasty vegetarian samosas! And I am always greeted with a smile too. Fab."

"RUDE staff! When asking for help ignored until I had to put my hand up like a child to try to gain the waitress attention, (to busy talking to other staff in the coffee area and flirting with chefs) she shouted WHAT?! rather than walking over and helping me while taking my order. I was told that asking excuse me several times to no effect that then rasing my hand like a child in a class room waiting there turn was Rude? I asked her did you just say what when I've addressed you with excuse me? To which she replied I didn't mean what, so I asked for the issue to be resolved calmly and explained that the drinks she poured where flat and she had not finished the order or even taken payment. I was told by the other staff that saying excuse me while having then then repeat myself to gain her attention was rude. The blonde waitress with glasses then went on to attempt to get the local publicans to lynch me while with a new born child my wife and 2 other children aged 4 and 7 Avoid this pub"

"We only had breakfast at this restaurant during our two-night stay. The first day, the service was excellent and the food was great. However, on the second day (a Saturday), breakfast was served later and the restaurant was much busier. It seemed disorganized, as we were seated away from everyone else due to my husband being in a wheelchair. We were left waiting while other customers were being served drinks. Eventually, the same young lady who had served us the previous morning offered us drinks but couldn't take our food order. Another waiter had instructed her to only serve drinks. After explaining our situation, she quickly took our food order and made sure my husband got toast for his medication. Despite the initial hiccups, the service and food were excellent. It was disappointing that the other staff were not as attentive as she was."

"Nice evening sat outside and enjoy the last good weather, as always the service was friendly, welcoming and professional, good selection of ales and bigger as well as wines and spirits, the hunters had chickens for my dinner, very nice, even if it is so freshly prepared for a while) well worth waiting If you ever walk down the river, this is a great place to stop even if it is just for a quick drink as I will be back."

"Ordered food for collection. Discussed a dairy allergy at length while placing the order and confirmed the Chicken Biryani was dairy free. When I got the food home, I found the vegetable side curry that comes with the Biryani was potatoes in a cream sauce!!!...Rang to speak to them about it and the staff tried to justify that because the potatoes were free' he didn't need to tell me. It's a good job my year old recognised the dairy or we'd be going to hospital tonight this is totally unacceptable when I've gone to lengths to identify all of the dairy in the entire order so I know what is safe for him to eat. Jolly's didn't see the problem this is an alarm bell for anyone with a serious allergy, watch out if ordering from here."

"Never seen a common burger chain with below average quality food, overpriced items, bad service. Two standart cheeseburgers, 1 fries, 1 hot dog, two drinks cost over 45 pounds. You can get a really nice steak burger served properly, two pints beer for two in your nice local pub. Go with Wendy's or McDonald's. You'll be much better off. Never understood the hype about five guys and I'm a chaser of great burgers all the time."

"I recently had a wonderful Sunday lunch with my neighbors at The Marlborough. This spacious pub offers different areas, including dining rooms and cosy seating areas. The large garden also seems like a perfect spot to relax in during the summer. I opted for the vegan roast, which was delicious. My companions tried the fish and chips as well as the beef, both of which they enjoyed. While the starters were just okay, I recommend focusing on the main courses and dessert instead. Due to its popularity, I suggest making a reservation in advance. The restaurant is conveniently located near Richmond Park, making it easy to take a post-meal stroll."

"Unfortunately, my reservation at another pub for my husband's 70th birthday lunch fell through (through no fault of the pub, just a miscommunication) and I was scrambling to find a new venue with only a few days to spare. Luckily, The Bull came through for us and managed to accommodate our party of 16 (including 3 young children). They have a beautiful space for family gatherings with plenty of room for mingling before our meal, which was wonderful. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food we ordered, mainly Sunday roasts, was delicious. Some members of our group also enjoyed fish and chips and burgers, which were very tasty. The children's menu was excellent, with options like burgers, macaroni cheese, and fish and chips, all of which received no complaints. We were all highly satisfied with our experience at The Bull. Those who were new to the restaurant were very impressed with the food, service, and atmosphere. A big thank you to the team for saving the day and accommodating us at such short notice!"

"Worst service I have ever had in my entire life. Unfriendly waiter with no manners and disrespectful to customer. Serving wrong food and instead of apologize or changing it, he just rise his voice and try to have arguing with me and pulling and ugly face, told me he will not talk to me because he is not a manager. I thought the manager will come and talk to us but he never came. When the bill came it showed that we have to pay for the dish that we refuse and did not eat it. Till then I have a chance to talk to manager and refuse to pay for that dish. Manger just said OK WITHOUT any apologize and not friendly. They charge 10% for the service which I have to pay for it and make me feel sick afterward. That meal cost me more that £100 for 2adult and 3kids. Will never go back there again."

"I can't believe that I have been living here for seven years and have never been here. On a last minute meal decision before the second lockdown my friend and I decided to meet here for dinner. A lovely restaurant although it was really cold as they kept on openings the doors! For starters I had the special of the king prawns and my friend had the mussels..both dishes were absolutely delicious..for mains I had the veal pasta this was incredible, I could have eaten three times more this is not to say the portions were small it was so good that I could haven't just carried on eating more. I then had the tirimisu for dessert, another hit. We had a lovely meal here..prices however are on the high end. Also some of the public areas like the toilet could have been given a bit more attention and it was cold in the restaurant..the food however was on point. Next time I want to try their steak pizza!"

"The experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. The staff were extremely unfriendly and made a strange request that I pay with a contactless card or give them my pin for the cash, which I suspect is not allowed and very unprofessional. The order was completely mixed up, and the drink was incorrect and poorly made. It was clear that the incompetent female manager was to blame, as she didn't even apologize for the mistakes. When I got home, I realized I had been overcharged and given the wrong items. The service was abysmal, and I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant."

"The restaurant had a beautiful decor and a calm, relaxed atmosphere. The waitress was excellent - very friendly and attentive, constantly checking on us to make sure we were happy with our food. The Camembert appetizer was delicious, served with just the right amount of bread and butter. Our main course of beef and lamb roasts was cooked perfectly, with the vegetables still having a slight crunch that we enjoyed. The Yorkshire puddings were huge and tasty. Despite being too full to try the desserts, we felt that the meal was great value for money. The only downside was the toilets, which were a bit dirty and could use a refresh."

"I used to enjoy this restaurant as a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city and considered myself a regular customer, but unfortunately that is no longer the case. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a woman who was extremely rude and condescending simply because I was a mother with a stroller. It seemed that she was at a managerial level. She was very aggressive in her tone and complained about previous incidents with mother and baby groups and their strollers taking up too much space. This all happened before she even checked our reservation. It turned out that my friend had mistakenly booked for the following day, but she made me feel like I had come on the wrong day and tried to manipulate the situation. When I politely mentioned that I felt her tone was rude, especially since I didn't make the booking, she became even more patronizing and dismissive. It was a shame because the restaurant was almost empty with plenty of space available. I met up with my mom friends outside and we decided to go somewhere else where we were greeted with kindness and given our own space. It's unfortunate that this encounter was so unnecessary, but I wanted to warn other mothers that this woman was not supportive of mothers, so think twice before making a reservation. A mother with a stroller is already dealing with a lot, and even if there is limited space, kindness should still be shown."

"This was one of my best visits to the restaurant! For a few years now, I haven’t been disappointed with their menu or the quality of the dishes. Everything is consistently of a high standard, and the staff are always attentive and friendly. If other restaurants could match this level of service, dining out would be a real pleasure. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, the tables were clean, and the restrooms were tidy. I’m giving them a perfect score of 10/10 today, and a special shoutout to our waitress, Adriana. It was a lovely evening with good wine, delicious meals, and a fantastic tiramisu dessert."

"Walked along Richmond Riverside and stumbled upon Tide Tables. We were so pleased we did. Unlike the other places across the bridge this one had riverside views and outdoor seating. Fun place for the kiddos with a nice stretch of greenery alongside the river walk. It is also a dog friendly place. They have put out a doggie water bowl! Go check out the pastries we chose the harvest apple cake and lemon drizzle slice, delicious! For savouries we chose the spinach goat's cheese parcel and falafel plate with salad, hummus bread roll. The staff were friendly and helpful. Absolutely outstanding food and service. We had a lovely meal in great surroundings."

"I don't know where to start here. This is actually the closest restaurant to us, since we are close to the top of the hill. We have resisted coming all these years due to warnings from others. It's been a while since our visit, and I have been pondering what to write. I usually am very detailed in my reviews, in order to be very specific and so that the reader can really get a sense of why something was very good, or not so good. This time I'll be brief Don't do it. Here's the summary: The owner: The most rebarbative woman you could have the misfortune to come across. Abusive, rude, arrogant and an affront to the hospitality industry. Shameful. The staff are obviously petrified of her, she is clearly a bully as well as a narcissist. The food: Substandard. I think the plate had PTSD. The service: So slow, it is difficult to measure in conventional terms. Continental drift or some other geological measurement would be appropriate. Unless you have a perverse reason to want to be abused, just don't do it."

"The customer service is just great, super clean, they actually do clean here each table, super friendly customer service. Everything is fresh air and super tasty. "I called the restuarant before placing an order as a had a couple of quick questions on the dishes as the titles are so vague but i wanted to try something different. I wanted to know if the mandarin chicken had batter on it, which the man replied yes and then i asked if it was the thin batter of the kind with the sweet and sour pork balls (which i hate), at that point he said thank you goodbye in an angry tone and hung up?? Crazy customer service, obviously i never ordered with them and went elsewhere which is a shame because I liked that they gave fortune cookies with the delivery. The owner is just a jumped up ideot with an alright chinese lucky that there are no real good ones in the area, its basic fare so i'm not going to put up with that kind of nonsense they have lost a customer."
