Starbucks - Piatti

Needed a quick coffee when we came from the Tube. The all Eastern European staff could be a little bit more friendly, perhaps smile.

I'm confused with the bad reviews. I visited for a take-off capuccino. the personal was friendly and the service was prompt. I would definitely return.

Our pastries were dry and not fresh. The coffees were rushed and splashed on the sides of the cups. The floors were sticky and the hand dryer in the restroom was not working. Visualizza piatti

much needed break on the walk from Kew gardens to the train station. Like all starbucks you know exactly what you are getting. This one is set in a pretty little set of shops

It taste like any other Starbuck... Of course! But this one is perfect for a some caffein and feet-resting (after walking kew gardens for 3 hour) before heading back into London!

We stopped in for a drink and a snack before heading to Kew in the evening. Upon arrival, we found only one staff member who seemed overwhelmed due to the high number of customers with the same idea. Manager of the store has been missing for months. Machines broken, dishwasher broken and staff overworked. Same staff everyday are miserable. No blonde roast. Came with business partners. A shame because I am local. Sort the manager. Decor is very dated as well and tables...are filthy we had to clear ourselves.

I am not a fan of Starbucks generally but this one is convenient for meeting at Kew Gardens station. We had to clear and wipe our own table which is not a great start. The decor is dark and dated. We went for their blond...roast in a white americano which was strong but not pleasant tasting. All in all not a great experience which just reinforced my dislike of this chain.

The experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. The staff were extremely unfriendly and made a strange request that I pay with a contactless card or give them my pin for the cash, which I suspect is not allowed and very unprofessional. The order was completely mixed up, and the drink was incorrect and poorly made. It was clear that the incompetent female manager was to blame, as she didn't even apologize for the mistakes. When I got home, I realized I had been overcharged and given the wrong items. The service was abysmal, and I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant. Visualizza piatti
