"My overall experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. The mobile app was not user-friendly and lacked descriptions for the menu items, which made it challenging to make a choice. I ended up having to ask a waiter for physical menus. The service was also very slow; we ordered four drinks, but only two of them arrived. We had to approach the bar to inquire about the missing drinks, and only then were the others prepared. Additionally, I was informed that Coca-Cola was out of stock, so I had to choose a different beverage. This information should definitely be included in the app. The drinks were also overpriced. It seemed like the restaurant was understaffed, as the employees appeared stressed and overwhelmed, whether they were at the bar, on the floor, or in the kitchen. While the concept of having a food bar is appealing, it doesn’t make sense to operate with such minimal staff in one kitchen, especially when the menu is so extensive—it ultimately affects the quality of service."
