"Santa Pola Vale Lounge, waterfront marina and also facing Santa Pola beach on the other side, with multitude of beach-umbrellas in summer. Had coffees there – very pleasant, looking out to sea, will come again to have meals. I have gait/walking challenges (stroke), all sightseeing has to be well-researched and not overly taxing; I wear a legbrace. Carparking spots closeby."

"He ido muchas veces a desayunar y siempre fueron buenos desayunos. E incluso he pedido pizzas y hemos almorzando y a estado muy bien. La semana Pasada hemos pedido dos desayunos y mi pareja no ha querido tostada. Sorpresa, el desayuno sin tostada cuesta más que con tostada. He preguntado a la camarera y dice que es así, como las lentejas. Jajajaja, me ha causado gracia! Menos mal que existe google para dar luz a estas pequeñeces que uno no quiere guardarse para si!"

"Visitando Santa Pola decidimos cenar en este restaurante en su terraza junto al paseo. Decir que la carta es de platos elaborados, con muchas opciones y todas muy ricas. Pedimos unos chopitos, ensalada de tomate con encurtidos y salazones, y también Tacos de carne deshilachada con salsa kimchee. De postre una torrija con helado de mantecado. Todo, especialmente la torrija, estuvo muy muy rico. Mejor, la torrija, los chopitos, los tacos y por último la ensalada de tomate. Con tintos de verano hechos por ellos muy ricos, agua y demás 60€. Estupenda relación calidad precio. Camareros rápidos, atentos y profesionales. Para repetir sin duda!!"

"We have been eating with friends, we have decanted by the mint of 25, which contenia: bread with tomato and alioli, chipirones, fished, red shrimp or chisel, as main dish we have chosen rice to band and black and to finish the dessert and caf. I must comment that the appetizer was fine, the red shrimp is not fresh (normal in a mint but was acceptable but for our deception, a big disappointment. the normal dessert. the truth that waited for me more in the rice for the comments that I had read but in Santa pola there is much better and at the same price."

"We noticed this place because it’s directly behind the Alicante bus stop. It looked typically Spanish with the outside bar stools running along a window into the bar. Our first visit was on our return from Alicante. We had the Plato del Dia. You get a salad and a choice from two mains. So we had a main each to share. The salad was really nice and very fresh and was followed by a plate of chicken paella and a ham and white bean stew. Both were really authentic Spanish, which is something sadly lacking in Gran Alacant. However, what sets this place apart are the tapas with every drink. The odd place in the area may serve a few crisps or olives but here you get the real tapas of old ... patatas bravas, pinchos, chicken wings, deep fried cheese, gambas etc etc. We went a few times and every day the tapas were different. Next time we visit we will be here most days. Give it a try."

"The service I received at the restaurant today was poor. I hasten to add we have been before approx (2 yrs ago) and couldn't fault it on that occasion. However tonight I found the service poor, the restaurant wasn't really that busy either. We requested to be sat in a shaded spot out of direct sunlight, this appeared to be difficult request for the service staff to accommodate so we felt as though we were being awkward and difficult. So to appease the waiters we reluctantly settled for a spot with the sun blazing down on a 3 of the party of 8 involved. We rose above this request and settled for what we were given. We ordered drinks for the whole group. All drinks were delivered except for a bottle of wine and 2 glasses for 2 participants. We requested this wine again approx 10 mins later. The wine arrived and then the food which was really tasty. The group enjoyed the food. We ordered more drinks and this order partly arrived. One pint of lager was brought (only 2 pints ordered) and when asked where the 2nd pint was the waitress offered me an explanation that I did not understand. Approx 2 mins later the 2nd pint arrived. Maybe a barrel was being changed! As a group we ordered a further round of drinks approx 30 mins later. These were brought to our table and all the drinks were left at the end of the table where our 4 children were seated. By this time i felt we had aggrieved the serving staff with our simple requesta. The order contained soft drinks and 2 further pints of lager. My children passed these drinks to us as parents across the table. Such a shame as the food was delicious but I'd certainly consider spending our €180 at a different venue in the area if this poor service continued."

"Sabrosa comida tradicional y típica de la zona, como los arroces. De precio un poco más caro de lo habitual, pero merece la pena. Buen servicio. Aunque creo que deberían de mejorar la temperatura de los platos al servirlos ya que creo que algunos deberían estar más calientes."

"Plenty of Restaurants to chose from along the promenade and i would suggest you choose another one not this one. Waiting to be served was endless, one waiter trying to look after lots of customers. He was running about like a headless chicken. Only problem he had his favourite Spanish customers so we weren’t his priority. When we finally received our food it wasn’t up to much and not good value for money. Won’t be going back."

"El lugar normal. Pedimos de comer y de los cuatro que vamos dos comen. Y mi esposa y yo pedimos una paella, y no comemos después de esperar un buen rato, como una hora y servir varias paellas mi mujer pide el libro de reclamaciones y dicen que no lo tienen. Ni nos piden disculpas ni nada y nos dicen que se les a caído la paella. Casualidad que a sido la nuestra. Despues de hora y media nos vamos sin comer. Mal comportamiento y mal para la zona. No lo recomiendo"

"¿Bar? ¿Gastrobar? ¿Cafetería? ¿Heladería? ¿Comida para llevar? A ver si nos aclaramos, sois de lo mejor de la zona, (a alguien de la competencia se le va a enquistar esta reseña, que beba agua). Pero tenéis que unificar/centrar la propuesta gastronómica. Yo porque os conozco, pero viene un turista y no sabe dónde va a sentarse. Cruza la acera y dime tú si te aclaras lo que ofrece el local. La comida está muy bien, el precio salvo algo puntual, es correcto. (Pon SM según mercado algún precio, y queda mejor que una cantidad “elevada” en la carta), la atención es buena, el sitio está muy chulo. A título personal jugaría mas con luces por el techo a modo sitio postureo de moda, una tira de luces tenues, alguna luz de led de quita y pon por las jardineras. Dentro algún Photocall sencillo, en una zona de paso, donde la gente pueda hacerse por la noche una foto y luego subirla a redes sociales. Un fondo bonito, hashtag del local, el nombre junto con el logo, y si te lo piden, sales en la foto como gerente y cara del local. Échale un ojo a la reseña."

"It is a deception, with respect to other foster homes leaves too much desire. half of the rations that, for example, of pamplone that we frequent, the dishes have cooled and the proportion of nachos is laughter, small. the sandwich leaves fries and no sauce almost, very dry. The burger asks the point, and they take it out. In general it has been disappointing and a bad drop of mouth for a franchise that usually drops us. We will not return to this, as it seems that as it is a holiday place and people are not usually faithful customers have lowered the quality because it is always full. We were two years ago and it was the same, it seems to be mediocre always. I won't know if it gets better because I won't be back."

"Had the pre set menu at €10.99 which included a wine, beer, soft drink or water. There was a starter, main, rice or naan and ice cream or coffee to finish. We were not disappointed from start to finish. All starters were of a normal size as were mains (we expected slightly smaller). The flavors were delicious and the strength of the curries consisted of what we have tried before. The madras comes highly recommended as does the Bhuna. There was just one lady serving a very busy restaurant but she never failed to not smile and nothing was to much trouble. Even the toilets were great…we were with two young men that needed disabled facilities and they were available and very clean. Would certainly recommend and go back again."

"Los Tártaros es un bar de barrio normal y corriente sin nada de lujos, pero que la comida está muy rica. fuimos un sábado y tomamos un menú del día por 9€, de primero había fideuà que estaba muy rica y de segundo escogimos un pescado a la plancha con patatas también muy rico, además la bebida te la ponen en litros y el postre casero y riquísimo. Lo único a decir es que las raciones estaban un poco escasas para mi gusto."

"Fuimos a un evento en Gran Alacant, y todos los restaurantes cercanos aprietan el bolsillo al tratarse de una urbanización, y más en los tiempos y fechas que estamos, por lo que necesitábamos una opción económica y segura. Cielo Largo no defraudó, incluso con dos opciones de menú del día en domingo, uno de 3 platos por unos 11€, y otro de 4 platos por unos 13€ con bebida incluida, pero no postre o café. La comida muy buena, nada aceitosa, y el tamaño de las raciones correcto. El motivo por el que no le doy 5 estrellas es porque pedí tallarines, y más que tallarines eran espaguetis, aunque muy buenos. Muy recomendable."

"Wow, what can I say but just utter rudeness. I would advise people to stay away from here. The owner was incredibly rude which resulted in us walking out mid meal and finishing with desert and coffee in Get Fresh across the way which was 100% better. I only wish we had chosen to eat here originally as Sunny whom I believe is the owner was extremely hospitable and more than happy to look after us. Meal started fine and we got our food quite promptly. Food was ok and when we finished the waiter cleared our table...but that was it. No more drinks offered, no desert menu, no bill, nothing. After half an hour I went into the restaurant itself and asked for for a desert menu...They brought the bill. After we had corrected the waiter he brought the desert menu and again we waited half an hour but again nothing- this was the final straw. We took the desert menu and abruptly, as I 'm sure you can imagine we were infuriated right now, told them we didn 't want desert but the bill. The owner then stormed over and said You want the bill? I think that 's a good idea. We have a party to look after . We obviously resented this and gently argued but his terrible attitude continued. We begrudgingly paid for our drinks and main and went across the way and had a lovely desert with excellent service. As I said food was ok but I have never experienced such rudeness in a restaurant."
