"This Monday I had Piccata Milanese. Basically we go to La Bocca once a week because the food and the service there are top notch except for one service lady. However, the food wasn't as usual that day. The meat was OK, but the noodles had probably been heated in the pan and had become partly dry and were not of the usual quality. After I had eaten about half of the meat and about 20% of the noodles, I was too stupid to chew on the hard and cold noodles and had the plate discarded. When I paid, the entire 19.90 CHF was charged. When I asked if I had to pay the whole thing, I was told, yes. I then asked the boss if he was serious! Dann haben wir uns beschwert und haben nochmals 20 min warten müssen auf das neue essen. Dann haben wir gezahlt und sind gegangen natürlich haben wir nicht alles gezahlt sondern nur die getränke und das essen nichtmehr bekommen ich habe über 1 stunde vomTag verloren es hat NICHTS gepasst meine nerven sind kaputt diesen laden empfehle ich KEINEM !!!! Bin sehr sehr enttäuscht"

The spare ribs was just the way I've been craving for after living in Switzerland for a while... this is the best ribs for me. Schade. Vielleicht mal auf ein Bier, wer weiss, vielleicht gibts bei der Bierbestellung dann Cider... ist ja auch ein Pilz... ääh Bier oder so ähnlich..."

The nugget that I was served today in the first menu was rock hard and the chicken wing that I only noticed that I was given instead of a second nugget set that they served in the same sachet, tasted rotten with heavy spices trying to hide the fact that it was no longer good. And the third set of nuggets and fries was missing. The large amount of tissues in the bag really scewd my sight and led to deception of what was not there. This time, I've really lost trust. Only that one African guy actually did his job well. His food was fast and tasty. It was so fast that my order was ready within 10 minutes. As someone who used to work in fast food, his speed was impressive, and the taste was bonus. His fries were crispy... I haven't seen him around in a while. So, now I have been only getting half soggy fries the past few months without any improvements and longer waiting time for poorer quality. I can forgive one off texture soggy fries once awhile, but to be served such horrible quality consistently is not something I will tolerate anymore. I really do not recommend this Burger King to anyone. If you're looking for a meal with equivalent price but better quality, I suggest you head to Migros restaurant nearby."
