"Without words, a 10 place and an incredible experience from the moment we entered. We went without a reservation, but they told us we could sit at the bar, we didn't want to miss the opportunity to dine there so we agreed. The bar waiter was incredible, very friendly and everyone was attentive to us and our comfort, they offered us a table as soon as it became free but we decided to stay at the bar because we loved the waiter's recommendations. First of all, the churritos are delicious! And the sauce too. The seaweed gnocchi are crazy, full of flavor. The octopus is mandatory, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, the texture is a 10 and the flavor is another story. Since we liked the food so much, we ordered the 2 desserts they had (we couldn't choose). The best tiramisu I have ever tried, the incredible presentation and the flavor of 1000 and the lemon dessert (I don't remember exactly what it was) is very fresh and the flavor is surprising, especially the touch of the petazetas. In short, we were delighted and if we return to Tarifa it will be the first place we go! "I hadn't been to Bolonia in years so followed one of my favourite Spanish rules turn left and keep going until the road stops and it leads you here. It's such a refreshing place. The last restaurant on the beach with views to Morocco. The beach wasn't full and there were only 10 people or so having lunch and drinks. Do not expect 5 star this is a beach bar. I had 2 cervecitas only 2 euros each and sat outside in the sun, listening to the wind (not as strong as tarifa), the Spanish music and the occasional stray dog. They have a huge Newfoundland inside but it's very friendly! So, cool and cheap beer, parking outside until 11pm for 1 Euro, lovely Spanish music, an awesome beach and stunning views. Well worth a visit! They also have windsurf hire/windsurf school to the side.One word of caution: beware the wind keeping you cool and tricking you into thinking that the sun isn't burning! Otherwise another Spanish secret revealed :D"

"Fuimos buscando sitio sin reserva, llegamos pronto,preguntamos y nos pusieron una mesa (recomiendo reservar porque se llena). "Excelente lugar para Almorzar y Cenar. Nos lo recomendaron en el Camping Valdevaqueros donde nos quedamos con la Autocaravana. Nosotros reservamos Mesa en el patio interior muy acogedor y con plantas naturales lo cual refrescan el ambiente con la brisa de Tarifa. Servicio muy atento, no suelo mirar carta y me dejo recomendar por los camarer@s La pizza de carne está de 10. Pedimos otra para mi hijo la típica Margarita sin especias como orégano y nos gustó muchísimo. Deferentes tipos de Cervezas de selección como San Miguel, Coronitas, Estrella Galicia, Paulaner,..... Postres Caseros lo cualctirams de nuevo de recomendación de la Camarera. Tarta de Zanahora muy rica también y la nota de oro el café solo como cafetero que soy. Café Delta bien tirado. Aparte de todo Peña del Borussia de Dortmund En la cual los días de Futbol los amantes de este deporte pueden ver partidos y celebrarlo con sin copas. "Hemos ido dejándonos guiar por las buenas valoraciones y sin duda ha sido un acierto. Hemos pedido la tosta de atún ahumado y la de atún cocido con alioli y estaban espectaculares. También hemos pedido media ración de croquetas(de piquillos y queso, y de choco) y también muy buenas. Además hemos pedido las albóndigas de atún, que tenían como una salsa de piquillos que estaba espectacular. Pero lo que más nos ha llamado la atención ha sido el alfajor de atún rojo, que nos ha gustado tanto que hemos repetido al final, uno para compartir. Tiene el primer premio de la ruta del atún de 2016 creo, pero estoy seguro que podría ganarlo cada año si pudiese presentarse. Por otro lado, el trato de los camareros inmejorable, sie.pre pendientes y al final preguntando si nos había gustado la comida. 100% recomendable"

"Don’t get me wrong, the food was perfectly ok, normal Andalusian fried seafood and fish, steak and chips, and the ubiquitous chick peas and spinach. But what a disappointment from the meals we’ve had here before which were inspired, modern, fusion based. The meals centred around tuna and worth the drive from Cadiz for lunch. Today no tuna dishes because there was no delivery? Barbate is literally down the road and it’s the height of tuna season now. Service was a bit surly and they had to be reminded for the wine and forgot our coffees. Perhaps there has been a change in the kitchen. Last time, in October, I photographed our dishes as they were exquisite and this time it just resembled what we’ve been served time and time again, anywhere in Andalusia. Such a shame."

"Comida muy rica pero muy cara, pero merece la pena de vez en cuando. Lo único que nos falló fue que si hay una mesa grande hay que esperar a que estos se sienten, aunque haya mesas de menos personas libres, es decir, si sois 2 tenéis que esperar a que 5 se sienten por “respeto y educación”, pero para mí no es ninguna falta de respeto, sino pura lógica. Atención super amable aunque con un poco de retraso. Volvería seguro."

"Sabor agridulce. El lugar desde luego es fantástico. Tiene unas vistas al mar y un ambiente muy agradable aunque para mí gusto la música un poco pasada de volumen) la comida, algunas cosas muy buenas y otras normalitas. Las tortilitlas de camarones exquisitas y aunque son abundantes las veo pasadas de precio, de 16 euros 6 unidades creo que le sobran 3 o 4 euros al plato. Si no deberían poner al menos opciones intermedias. La ensalada de payoyo y fresas, muy buena en algunas cosas pero fuerte de aliño a mi gusto. La lubina y sus guarniciones seguramente fueron de lo mejor junto a las tortillitas de camarones. Luego, el postre no sé, un coulant con poco helado y escaso de chocolate por dentro. El servicio de pan no me gustó nada. El camarero que nos atendió no me convenció, ya empezando porque teníamos los entrantes servidos y las bebidas no vinieron hasta veinte minutos después, me dijo que nos invitaba y las cobró todas. Dos botellas de agua y dos copas de vino. La primera consumición debería haberla dejado como invitación. Además no me gustó cómo me miraba. Me genera desconfianza ese tipo de mirada. Con lo cual, de un 4 incluso 5 que podría tener de puntuación se queda en un 3. Quizá para tomar una copa este bien, pero ya. 77 euros 2 personas."

Only giving 4/5 for hard wood benches outside without any cushions. Knowing that Spanish people do not rush with food, towards the end it got a bit uncomfortable to sit.
