"victor martin and his wife noemí martinez have been one of the restaurants of reference in the city of valladolid. victor, in the kitchen and noemí, in charge of the room and the winery, led to wheat to conquer in their first Michelin star. Knowing these members we decided not to let the opportunity go and take advantage of our visit to valladolid to get to know them. Although we had already planned to order the festival menu, we were not offered alternatives so it was with which we got in the open. In general we lacked more powerful emotions, offered us an attractive dinner but far from the level we expected, which we believed would be overwhelmingly outstanding, but almost no dish offered us the desired surprises. Very well treated products, look at the local raw material and simple and respectful line kitchen. highlight the bite-intakes with which the mouth opens or the lamb's brains like the dishes that most convinced us, along with others who told us less like the peas or the temperate trout salad. and although we found it remarkable, I do not know if only what we try gives us reasons to want to return, the experience is not memorable, there is a dish that gives an impulse to the menu and makes it unforgettable. Strong points: its solid seasonal cuisine and its magnificent room service.Weak spots: missing bites that are truly memorable.Price: you can follow us also in our instagram account, @madridbocados. there you will find detailed reviews."

"Italian restaurant located in the neighborhood of parquesol , a very large restaurant , with a lot of tables , nice decoration imitating a little to the classic Tuscan restaurants. The menu has a lot of dishes , incoming , carpaccios , cakes , pastas , pizzas , meats , fish and plenty of desserts.I went to eat and asked for these dishes.First came the aperitif courtesy of the house , a cheese cream accompanied by some grayini , quite rich the cream. From incoming I ordered the bruschetta diavoletti , tosta canos in the letter it says that they bite a bit but I didn't notice anything. was good this incoming. As the main pizza, opt for the pizza of the house, the vecchio ponte that carries, tomato, cheese fior di latte , gorgonzola dop , Italian cooked ham , and fresh shampoo. the dough has a fermentation of , slightly alveolate edges and something crocante , fine dough , it does not give much aroma nor notice a special flavor. As for the very good ingredients gorgonzola and ham in good quantity and quality, some shampoo had but not much, very tasty. In general, it is a good pizza. In dessert I ordered the Sicilian cassata, the first time I try this dessert in restaurant, it has a marrasquino biscuit covered with creamy almond praliné and ricotta cheese filling with a lot of fruit and chocolate chips. a good portion , the truth got me quite , well the change of the classic mazapan that wears this dessert for a praliné , is a success. the well-picked and rich fruits.Abstract : a good Italian restaurant, possible the best of the city as well as so pizzas. fast and correct service.Price : a half liter water bottle :"
