"Wir wurden von nettem Servicepersonal empfangen und nach kurzer Zeit kamen auch schon die Vorspeisen. Nicht viel länger mussten wir auf die Hauptspeisen warten, bei uns waren es die Hühnergerichte in den unterschiedlichsten Variationen. Alles in allem kann man sagen leckeres Essen und guter Service, lassen einen gerne wiederkommen."

"Wir waren an einem Freitag Abend ohne Reservierung dort und bekamen problemlos einen Tisch. Eine Begrüßung vom zuständigen Kellner kam allerdings erst deutlich später und auch die Aufnahme der Bestellung ließ nochmals so lang auf sich warten, obwohl der Kellner des Öfteren an unserem Tisch vorbei kam. Auf ein erstes Getränk warteten wir somit 1 Stunde und dann war es auch die falsche Größe und wurde am Ende auch trotzdem falsch abgerechnet. Nachdem die Essensbestellung aufgenommen wurde, kam der Hinweis "wir haben ein volles Haus, das Essen dauert." Ich nehme an, die Möglichkeit da noch abzulehnen, gab es nicht ;-), sprich man hätte dies auch deutlich früher anmerken können. Wir waren froh, dass er es überhaupt sagte, und hatten es auch nicht eilig.Das Essen an sich schmeckte uns sehr gut, wobei man da sagen muss, dass man ruhig nach den Zubereitungswünschen des Steaks hätte fragen können. Wir hatten die gemischte Vorspeisenplatte und dann Rindersteak und Tortillas zum Selber füllen mit Lamm. Das Lamm hatte ich schon einmal und meine, dass die Fleischmenge damals üppiger war. Diesmal waren es doch recht kleine und wenig Stückchen.Alles in allem war der Service unseres Kellner sehr unorganisiert, das Essen jedoch hat es ein bisschen wieder rausgerissen."

"The best. Here's the best sushi in town. In the beginning the small restaurant was an insider, now a reservation is often necessary. Everything is freshly prepared, some ingredients can be seen in the shop window at the entrance. The selection is large and inexpensive absolutely within the frame. You can sit in a cozy ambience or pick up the food by pre-ordering. There is a happy hour for many cocktails that I find quite inappropriate for Sushi and have not yet tried. The operation becomes all the more open, but you are always helpful and nicely served."

"Oh my word, my vegan cheeseburger was fantastic. I had it with a side of fries (with vegan mayo) and had some extra German coleslaw and it was wonderful (a huge meal don't order that much unless you are hungry as I was Service was great, the server helped me in good English as my German is not good enough to negotiate vegan menus yet, and she kindly brought my food to me when I was on the phone (the restaurant is not usually table service). Overall, I highly recommend!"

"Liebe Leute was soll ich sagen, ich war selten in einem Restaurant wo ich mich gleich so zu Hause gefühlt habe. Es war genau das was wir erwartet hatten. Das Essen war unfassbar lecker!!! Mein Freund hat mich schon immer verarscht weil ich bei der Vorspeise schon immer 'mmmmmhhh' gemacht habe :) über die Hauptgänge brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen, sie waren einfach nur großartig. Klar dauert alles seine Zeit aber wird durch den Geschmack und die nächsten 50 'mmmmhhhh' komplett entschädigt. Es steht auch nicht alle zwei Minuten jemand am Tisch und füllt deinen Wein nach, soll aber auch gar nicht in solch einer Location, wichtig war, dass er richtig gut geschmeckt hat!!! Auch unser Hund bekam einen Wassernapf und war herzlich willkommen! Am Ende des Abends führt man über drei Tische Gespräche und der Chef sitzt mitten drin, als wenn alle schon jahrelang Kumpels wären. Das Essen ist der Mittelpunkt des Ladens , aber lange nicht das einzige Highlight. Nettes Publikum, netter Service, netter Chef, lecker Essen, lecker Wein. Also wir brauchen genau DAS für einen schönen Abend. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Danke für diesen fantastischen Abend!!!"

"La Tarte is one of our favourite restaurants in Weimar. We eat there at least once per week. We spend 100's of Euro here every month. Last night was a big dissapointment however. I saw the Menü du Moment earlier this week and told my...husband we have to go and try the new dishes. I ordered the Cremige Erbsensuppe mit Schmorsalat und karamalisierter Jakobsmuschel. The soup was lovely but arrived without the Jakobsmuschel. We ordered the Surf Turf for main course. It should be Rinderfillet mit flambierten Risengarnelen, Blumenkohlröschen, Pommes allumettes und Sauce Béarnaise. This time our food arrived without the Blumenkohlröschen. The meat was lovely. We pointed the shortcomings out to the waitress and she said that she got no reaction from the kitchen regarding this. That is very dissapointing. Making a mistake is one thing, but having no interest in correcting the mistake is really not good. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. The restaurant was busy and she was serving all on her own, so we didn't get to order our usual dessert and/or cheese platter either. We bring out of town guests, have recommended La Tarte to family and friends who also go there on our recommendation, so it is a real let down to see that our patronage is not appreciated."

"Vietnamesische Burger sind unglaublich schmackhaft, dazu passen die Süßkartoffelpommes hervorragend und das I-Tüpfelchen bilden dann die hausgemachten Soßen. Ein wirklich cooles und stilsicher eingerichtetes Restaurant im Herzen der Altstadt. Wo Sonne scheint, da fällt auch Schatten - leider ist das Personal sehr oft ganz schön verpeilt und es dauert sehr lange, oder es werden die falschen Gerichte bzw. Getränke gebracht - da kann wirklich nachgebessert werden. Hat man dann aber alles, ist es einfach nur wunderbar und sehr zu empfehlen."

"We were on 11.02. 22 with 12 pers. during a birthday party in this house and no one has tasted it!!! The trout fried and absolutely untouched, also the potatoes, and those in full bowl!! Bread potatoes half raw, black roasts tasteless, sour roast gray!! Between a part of Pommes I don't think Kleck's ketchup is looking for something... "Die Küche ist recht anspruchsvoll und die Köche geben sich hier ihrer Leidenschaft fürs Kochen hin. Der Chef ist ein ausgesprochener Gastgeber und weiß was es heißt einen schönen Aufenthalt zu garantieren. Die Karte bietet keine große Vielfalt, dafür aber geschmackliche Erlebnisse und tolle Qualität. Dieses Restaurant eignet sich für jede Jahreszeit und jeden Anlass - wobei gilt, je festlicher, desto treffender. Ob im Wintergarten an langen Februarabenden, oder auf der Terrasse in langen Sommernächten, das Anno zählt zu meinen Lieblingsrestaurants, obwohl der Preis für hiesige Verhältnisse recht hoch ist."

"Attention! The food is hot! Sensual tongues should indicate this when ordering! The restaurant offers delicious Korean food at good prices in a cozy ambience. Some of them are very nice, so the restaurant is better suited for the evening than for the lunch break. The menu is clear, but certainly not boring. If you don't know about the Korean names, you don't have to be afraid. Many dishes are pictured with a photo. Questions are answered in a friendly way. The selection for vegetarians is small but satisfactory. The pancake with Kimchi is excellent! The service is very friendly and very inconspicuous. I prefer not to write in detail about the wine, that would hurt the neti chain and so no one wants to read and the operators would then also be sad... Since the toilets are outside and can only be reached via the farm (in winter this is very unpleasant) and because of the unfortunately only moderate wine there are three expandable starlets."

"we had a good meal here. the goatsestarter was rustic but wonderful. both the galettes we have ordered as well as the tarte were plentiful, and very good – too much for us, actually; the waitress would have warned us that we ordered too much food. but. the waitress never seemed to have eaten in a restaurant itself. they did not know that wee should cost one of the diners before they were poured and they did not know that it is not acceptable to answer a question whether a certain wee is dry or not by saying: "I really don't know." service aside, the meal was informative but quite good."

"Today, during our honeymoon in Weimar, we had an evening that we will never forget. We enjoyed a 4-course menu with wine selection that the service staff met for us. The food was fantastic and the wine was 100% suitable. In the end we received a surprise from the head of the patisserie personally handed over and as a coronation, if you think that the evening could not be better, they gave us a bottle of Secco from the region for the wedding. "Hier war ich in meiner Jugend Stammgast. Ab und an mal zum Frühstück in den letzten Jahren. Und dann gestern. Mitten im Herzen von Weimar gelegen. Ich nahm auf der Terasse Platz. Es waren nicht viele Gäste da. Ich wartete, der Kellner schaute mehrfach an mir vorbei, ging rein. Kam raus, stand da. Keine Reaktion… Ich machte mich durch Handzeichen bemerkbar. Mir wurde die Speisekarte überreicht und dabei wurde in eine andere Richtung gesehen. Kein Hallo, nichts. Ich habe mich als Gast nicht wahrgenommen gefühlt. Das Essen selbst war echt gut. Hähnchen saftig und auf den Punkt durch. Es wurde nicht einmal gefragt, ob es geschmeckt hat oder ob ich noch etwas möchte. Schade. Ich bin vom Service im Resi, aufgeschlossenes Personal mit freundlich und witziger Bedingung gewohnt gewesen. Der Küche vielen Dank. Lieber Kevin, vielleicht liest du es als kleine Anregung zur Verbesserung."

"Weimar, Satdt the 1000 pizzerias. At least it can happen if you walk through the streets of the Weimar city centre. Only from the Schillerhaus you can see three different shops without moving. However, Versilia stands by many other pizzerias as there is something ahead and refuses to go rustic. A very stylishly decorated place that also sprays Italian charm and luxury flair. The offer of pizza, pasta and other Italian dishes is great and the tasteful quality is excellent. But I think the price is too high."

"Forward: I will never eat there again. Because of the following things: 1. Drinks are completely overpriced and are served in plastic bottles 2. There are better pizzas elsewhere. The tomato sauce tastes like can and ketchup. 3. Service. Rare I have experienced such unfriendly waiters and such an unprofessional service 4. A reservation was made two weeks in advance, which was also promised. One day in advance asks if this reservation still exists. Finally, a day later came, all tables occupied. The waiter spoke about head and collar and finally said that reservations would only exist on paper if someone else would come before the table would be forgiven. Not like that!"

"Just visiting Weimar, we came to Restaurant Apollon with a friend. We met several of his friends there as well, and spent several hours having fun joking and catching up, all while enjoying delicious Greek food and a great atmosphere. The owner even joined us...for a traditional drink to end our meal! We didn't feel rush to finish our meal, and were really able to enjoy and savor both our food and our company. If we're ever in Weimar again, we will definitely eat here!"

"In the evening we had reserved a table at the hotel restaurant Bettina von Arnim. The restaurant is very nice, but you can only sit inside. In this beautiful weather we looked for fresh air, so we said the table off and went for food search. Our choice fell on a neat sushi restaurant. We took place on the roadside shaded seats. The young employee recommended the terrace on the back of the house. That was a good tip! This beautiful outdoor terrace could not be seen. There we could still enjoy the evening sun. Terrace on the back of the house The terrace seemed to us relatively new, therefore also very well maintained and beautifully designed with dowel plants. The cards were handed over and we stabbed. Later our young Asian was back. Our choice: 1 bottle of mineral water, 0.75 l € 4.90 Grauburgunder, 0.2l € 3.90. Appetizers: Edamame € 3,00 for both of us 6 vegetarian mini spring rolls € 2,00 for my husband 1 Sake Temaki (Lachs, Avocado, Japanese Mayonaise, Sesam and Salat) € 3,60 for me. The appetizers were served after a reasonable waiting period. The restaurant was occupied at most a quarter. From our place we could see how many people here picked up their ordered dishes. There was a lot to do in the kitchen. Our appetizers also look good. With the salted Edamame beans nothing can go wrong. Spring rolls nicely crispy and hot, but not homemade (we do not expect at the price too). I had problems with the Temaki Sushi. The ingredients are optically introduced into the Nori Algablatt. Sake Temaki But the loose arrangement could not be eaten by hand or with sticks (at any rate as non-Asiat). We went on our main course. For both of us the Sushi Menu GIFU € 15,00: 12 Maki (Lachs Thunfisch) and 7 Nigiri (Makrele, Sepia, Lachs, Tuna, Garnele, Seeaal, Ei) The sushi specialities are freshly prepared here, you can observe in the open kitchen. Sushi preparation Sushi is served on classic wooden plates. Wasabi, ginger and soy sauce were added separately. Maki and Nigiri In the meantime, the employee looked past us again and asked if he liked us. We liked to follow this and ask for ginger. This was done without calculation. That was a relaxed and delicious evening for us. Payment by EC card was only possible at the switch, but this is not a problem. The interior is also well maintained and nicely divided. The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible. Some steps lead to the restaurant, to the terrace as well. The clean toilet rooms are located in the basement. We were kindly accepted and made to an evening walk through Weimar."

"This is a good restaurant to go to if your very hungry! The portion size is HUGE! But quality of the burgers is on a par with the size. It is like walking in to a very fake American restaurant at the start but when...you go in and see the size of it and have spent mins at your seat everything starts to look a bit better as is soaks in. The service is good, English Menu's, good beers, good burgers, but it is rather pricey and thats what stops me going again, at the end of the day it is just a beer and a burger and I grudge paying so much for that (im Scottish..."

"(One lunch with two persons for 28.50 Euro and one dinner with two persons for 28.70 Euro) The Shakespeares was a good choice today. So good that we came here for lunch and dinner. The onion market is exhausting. Much running and standing. Even if the onion market offers a wide range of stalls with the most varied treats, it is good to rest and make fresh. Very centrally located on the market square in a parallel road to the Schillerstraße, where hardly crowds came through, it was somewhat quieter in the Windischstraße. The Shakespeares came to us through the attractive onion market map and the well-stocked places in the restaurant. That was expecting. The onion market map small and fine with only 13 dishes plus onion cakes the regular menu that we unfortunately do not get into the face. From the principle it will certainly be similar. It was (almost) to find something for every taste. We found a place despite a large company and were immediately asked for our wishes, even before we could fully study the map on the table. During our day visit we decided to use chicken curry and rustbratsl. The dishes were surprisingly quickly brought as if everything was already fixed and finished and had to be served only hot and with fingertips. It was only partly hot, but freshly dressed and fried. Generally, the appetite was a plus. The chicken cure was good everywhere. With my rustball the roast potatoes were unfortunately only lukewarm it tasted good. The sections were relatively narrow. Thus, at this reasonable price there is also only one good at the price-performance star price. The atmosphere left something to be desired against the beautiful naming of the restaurant. It had something of fast snacks and train station atmosphere. However, as we were so satisfied and in the evening we found no more attractive way to get in, we returned here for dinner. That was the same day in the same restaurant again lunch and dinner. In the evening it was filled with sheep cheese for my wife and I thought through the wild goulash I would get another clos comparison with the black bear. It was no less crowded than at noon, and again the food came to the table amazingly fast. And both dishes were recommended again. The clot comparison went to a difference. The wild goulash was very delicious. Conclusion: Some recommendation! Lunch: Chicken cure with curry sauce, mango and rice 9,50 Thüringer Rostbratsl 9,20 White wine choir 0.2l 3,80 Bitter lemons 0.2 l 2,20 Evening: Wildgulasch with Thüringer Klöß and apple red cabbage 10,90 Potatofrikadellen, filled with sheep cheese 8,50 yeast wheat 0.5 l 3,30 Köstritzer cellar beer 0.5l"
