"Really pretty place with the terrace right by the river. Food is very good, tasty and well presented with some interesting flavour combinations such as melon anise sorbet. The head chef came out to deliver the amuse bouche personally and spent time talking to us about produce which was a lovely touch. The only reason I have marked it down is the toilets are upstairs so it wasn't as accessible as it could be However, the staff happily drove the golf buggy round to the front entrance where the toilets are on the same level (the terrace and restaurant are a level down) and then it's a short distance to the toilets. They were also happy to drive the buggy to the car park to deliver less mobile customers such as my mother-in-law so service was excellent."

"I never had a bad experience here. wow! I can not recommend this special bill enough . it has been incomparable to other bills I have been, the staff are so incredibly friendly and the service speed is amazing for the quality of the food. I had the set menu in general and dessert. all vegan beetroot steak with chips and estragon mayo- fantastic meal! the steak was the perfect texture, but if they don't like salt, it's not for them, the only thing I can criticize, how crazy salty the steak was. every other aspekt was there. the estragon mayo is a perfect sauce for everything if I am honest, my partner even took some and paired it with her fish finger sandwich. the caramel and chocolate tar came with a ball of cocosus sorbet and crushed oreo cookie and oh my goodness wow. such exquisite taste and texture (personally I don't like cocosnus, so I would preferably have lemon or celestial, because the cocosnus ended tasting like cocos oil.) the crispy basic was wonderful and it is a perfect dessert overall. very recommend this restaurant for all times of the day, vegan friendly and excellent quality. edit: will recommend once again with the addition of some more pictures - vegan watermelon and feta salat and huh with chalk."

"Had an absolutely fantastic meal here. The small fried fish starter ?whitebait was lovely. Beautiful batter, light and crunchy, fish inside was soft and fresh. Best vegan burger I have eaten in some time partner also really enjoyed his steak and peppercorn sauce. Chocolate mousse was yummy too. Fab service, friendly team. Will be back for sure. Also stopped off here for breakfast. Best brunch we have had in a while. Simple ingredients cooked beautifully. Thank you."

"The service was, at best, very disappointing. We had prepaid for a meal deal a month in advance, but when we arrived, we were told the restaurant was full and our reservation had been canceled. We ended up getting takeout and decided to eat in the beer garden. Through the windows, we noticed that five tables were occupied while the rest (around 15-30) were completely empty. We sat outside with no one around when a staff member came out and explained that nobody was seated there due to allergen concerns. I would give this place 1 star. It was absolutely terrible, and I definitely do NOT recommend it."

"It gets even more surprising. When I asked the manager why there was so little meat, he told me that's how it comes; the food is served like that. I couldn’t believe it when he said that it comes pre-packaged! I was left speechless. Had I really spent £14 on a ready meal? To make matters worse, the taste was off as well, and the amount of meat was just unacceptable. Additionally, my order was wrong initially, so I ended up waiting for my meal while everyone else at the table was eating. I had visited Zizzi six years ago and wasn't impressed then, but I thought I’d give it another chance. Unfortunately, I was let down once again. Overall, I would recommend saving your money and opting for a ready meal from Marks and Spencer's instead."

"We had a lovely evening in comfortable surroundings, socially distanced but with a great atmosphere. Loved the efficient table ordering and polite service. The food is a winner here too, and a testament to how far glutenfree food has come that you can’t tell the difference...the excellent Southern Fried Chicken Burger in a gorgeous Brioche Roll being a case in point"

"We had a fantastic Sunday lunch to celebrate a birthday. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, despite being very busy. A special shoutout to Lauren who really went above and beyond to make our celebration unforgettable. She was amazing!"
