"We came to the Valentine's Day menu and were in the restaurant for the first time. From the outside an inconspicuous small rural hotel complex in a small town with direct proximity to VW and the motorway. Downtown Wolfsburg can be reached in less than minutes by car. The inside of the restaurant was modern and tastefully decorated, had something of a clubhouse character for me. The view into the kitchen when entering the restaurant is great. But the meat fridges are even more impressive! A dream for meat lovers! The service was very courteous and attentive, we were there the whole evening. Attention was paid to when the glasses of wine and water were empty and refilled without being asked. For each course there was a detailed explanation of the products used on the plate. The guided tour to the refrigerators and the information about the different types of meat were also incredibly exciting. Now for the most important point, that food. The menu had the taste, the products used, the presentation as well as the serving star level! There was nothing I could complain about, little things if you want to criticize hats or stars in the service, but that's really looking for a needle in a haystack and striving for perfection. The price level is insanely high with the prices for the meat. But you also get top quality and great craftsmanship in the kitchen. The wine and drink selection is also good, everyone should find something. The wines are between having the focus more on German wine, which I really liked. Secretly a great restaurant. You should have eaten here to get an idea for yourself, a must for steak lovers! It is the best restaurant in the region in terms of meat quality! But important! You know what you are getting and the price/performance ratio is generally right here. Unfortunately, my visit today wasn't that great, for which I don't blame the service staff, but rather the management training. As a manager, I come from the system catering industry where I cater for around 1000 people per day. Guest management doesn't fit here. Keyword: My girlfriend's food came when I was already finished and that's a huge rat tail of core problems I've observed. It's placed way too quickly. Tables are set up and are immediately reassigned, the station waiters have no time for proper reception because they are only busy cleaning the tables. Runners can't keep up with drinks and food because they have to deal with the concerns of annoyed guests that the waiters have to deal with due to the brutal crowding can't cope and the kitchen manages to cope with the flood of orders not communicating properly. Pizza and pasta are sent separately and no attention is paid to the same tables. Very unfortunate. It all starts with placement. "Ich bin leider überhaupt nicht begeistert und total unzufrieden. Ich habe zwei normale Mittagsmenüs zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Um 11 Uhr hat das Restaurant bei uns geöffnet, ich war um 11:30 Uhr da. Das Restaurant war vollkommen leer, bis auf einen Jungen, der gut 25 Minuten auf seine Nudeln to go warten musste. Auch ich musste über 30 Minuten warten. Dann habe ich zu Hause das Essen probiert und es wahr schrecklich. Der Reis war so hart, dass der definitiv vom Vortag gewesen sein muss. Absolut geschmacklos. Die dazugehörige Ente war tot gebraten. Kein zartes Fleisch, nicht einfach zäh und nicht wirklich lecker. Auch die hat geschmeckt, als ob die da schon mehrere Stunden oder seit gestern dort lag.Der Service ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl das Restaurant schon 30 Minuten geöffnet hatte, war die Tafel mit den Tagesempfehlungen nicht beschriftet, dass wurde während meiner Anwesenheit getan. Auch waren alle Tische noch ohne Besteck und in der Kinderecke lag das Spielzeug auf den Tischen verstreut.Absolut enttäuschend. Der Preis ist zwar günstig (wie die meisten Chinarestaurants), aber es gibt 100x bessere, welche ihr Geld wert sind.Hier werde ich nie wieder essen kommen."

"Unsere Erfahrung im Steakhouse Wolfsburg:Wir waren das erste mal dort, am Sonntag gegen 16 Uhr, haben sofort einen schönen Platz zugewiesen bekommen am Fenster, da noch nicht viel los war um die Uhrzeit hatten wir auch freie Platzwahl, zum Glück! Tischdecke war leider einwenig verschmutzt, aber fiel nicht wirklich ins Gewicht.Wir hatten ein Filetsteak (Medium) mit Süßkartoffeln (die es wohl leider nicht mehr gab...!) und Putenschnitzel mit Spargel à la carte Karte bestellt. Vorweg gab es eine Spargelsuppe und einen Salat vom Buffet.Die Spargelsuppe war nicht schlecht, aber leider unter lauwarm serviert, die Salat Auswahl war für ein Steakhouse meiner Meinung nach nicht wirklich annehmbar, bisschen Salat (teilweise Braun), einwenig buntes Gemüse, Feta und American Dressing aus der Packung (zumindest geschmacklich!). Getränke wurden erst nach den Vorspeisen gebracht, obwohl wir fast die einzigen Gäste waren, dazu kam noch das der Kellner uns geduzt hat, ich weiß nicht ob das Mode ist, unser Fall war es leider nicht!Die Hauptspeise kamen zügig und nett angerichtet fürs Auge, geschmacklich stand es leider auf einen anderen Blatt...!Mein Filetsteak war eher Medium durch, durch! Was passieren kann möchte ich dazu schreiben, aber nachdem ich den Kellner darauf hingewiesen hatte, wurde mir das selbe Steak eine Minute später wieder serviert und mir das Problem so erklärt das es Medium ist, nur im Tageslicht anderes als in der Küche aussehen würde... Ich bin ein "erfahrender" Fleischesser und das liebe Leute ist verarsche am Kunden in dem Falle, eure Kunden sind nicht auf dem Kopf gefallen!!!Ich habe den Fleisch trotzdem eine Chance geben, leider war es für ein Filetsteak unerwartet zäh und nach dem zweiten Bissen ungenießbar, habe mich dann an den Kroketten und der wirklich guten Steakhouse Sauce satt gegessen...Bei meiner Freundin war es leider nicht besser, der Spargel war annehmbar, Salzkartoffeln ohne wirklich Salz, die Hollandaise Soße (wir vermuten selbst gemacht) leider bisschen lasch und das Putenschnitzel mit sehnen durchzogen und so mit leider auch ungenießbar! Beim Abräumen haben wir dem Kellner auch das Feedback mit auf dem Weg geben, es kam leider nix zurück. Auf der Rechnung würden uns dann die Getränke erlassen, dort gab es mehr Möglichkeiten wenn mal etwas schief läuft, die Teller waren noch fast voll...!Denke jeder sollte sich selbst ein Bild machen, unser Fall war es überhaupt nicht, es passte vorn und hinten nicht, dagegen wurde aber überhaupt nix getan! Als Betreiber muss ich mich fragen ob ich so Neukunden gewinnen möchte..."

Ich habe vollstes Verständnis dafür, wenn eine Bestellung auf den letzten Drücker nicht mehr entgegengenommen wird oder wenigstens 5 Minuten später ein kurzer Anruf mit sorry, wird heute doch nichts mehr kommt , aber sowas ist einfach nur maximal asozial. War lange Zeit sehr zufrieden, aber mit der Aktion hat Domino 's mich als Kunden definitiv verloren."

"Bisher unter dem Namen Goldener Löwe bekannt heisst es nun Peking und zumindest die Bedienung ist neu, es sind nun junge Mädchen aus Asien, die Speisekarte umfasst auch einige vietnamisische und japanische Gerichte. Die ehemalige Einrichtung wurde durch Bodenfliesen aufgehübscht, dadurch wird es aber lauter und ungemütlicher, immerhin ist Platz, Rollstuhlfahrer können rangieren wenn sie erst mal die 1 Stufe am Eingang erklommen haben allerdings hat man vergessen den Eingang zu reinigen von den Ablagerungen der letzten 30 Jahre. Die meisten Kunden lassen sich ihr Essen offenbar per Lieferservice bringen oder holen es ab, wir waren alleine es hat derweil aber dutzendmal geklingelt. Montags hat er zu. Die Portionen sind ausreichend aber nicht üppig, bei den Preisen kann man nicht meckern, insbesondere Mittags ist es saubillig. Insgesamt ist die Bewirtung spartanischer geworden, statt Reis in Schüssel bekommt man ihn auf den Teller gehäuft, statt Tee mit Stövchen nun ein Glas, so wie auf den Bildern auf der WebSeite sehen die Gerichte nicht aus. Ich habe nur eines gegessen, und kann insofern zum Geschmack der anderen nichts sagen, aber das Essen war ok und schmeckte wie beim unspektakulären Chinesen erwartet. Obwohl auch mit Geschmacksverstärker (Natriumglutamat) gearbeitet wird, sind glücklicherweise nicht alle Gerichte damit verseucht, wie man an der Speisekarte Fussnote 4 sieht. Die Sushi Gerichte sehen auf der Speisekarte aus wie aus der Supermarktkühltheke, daher habe ich die nicht gewählt. Da ich eigentlich am Montag hier her wollte, weil es geschlossen hatte aber ins Athos nach Vorsfelde auf einen aderen Kontinent ausgewichen bin, kann ich sagen: Es ist die deutlich bessere Wahl als der inzwischen massiv überteuerte Grieche. Nur gemütlich ist es nicht, dafür, wie man an den Schreibfehlern in der Speisekarte sieht und der Bedienung die laut der anderen Bewertern wohl nicht immer versteht was man sagt authentisch."

"Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder; 6-8) haben hier zu Mittag gegessen und sind sehr zufrieden - das Essen ist einfach, sehr frisch und es hat allen geschmeckt. Bestellt haben wir Superdöner (viel Salat, Fleisch - Salat war sehr frisch, beim Fleisch - es hat geschmeckt - ob es frisch war - kann man nach dem Grill recht schwer feststellen - sah aber sehr gut aus). Auch die Pizza Margaritta für die Kinder war sehr gut - der Boden (auch die Ränder) waren luftig-locker und nicht, wie so oft, platt und am Rand wie Brötchen der letzten Woche. Ich hatte eine Art Dönerauflauf - mit sehr viel frischem, knackigem Gemüse - Paprika, Brocolli, Pilze Käse, Tomatensauce, Fleisch und Sauce Hollandaise und mit einem kleinen Fladenbrot dazu - schmeckte auch gut - nur für mich ein wenig zu säuerlich (ggf. zu viel Tomatenmark für meinen Geschmack).Der Laden ist einfach eingerichtet, ist sauber und man die Zubereitung 'live' verfolgen. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen."

Forgot the name of the waitress (sorry for that), however if you can keep this level, I am sure, you will see much more customer. NOW absolutely RECOMMENDED! Last review: Well, guys there is obviously something we need to talk. First, we with 6 ppl´s sitting outside very nice, mixed crowd, all good. The food was very nice (had crispy schnitzel), on the point fried, so juicy. The menu is offering lot´s of choices. The beer was cold, however, the supply of carbon did not always seem to work properly, maybe the kek was empty? I think there is a real problem with the service. They run through the guests with little attention, sometimes without anything in their hands (don´t do when pro). The waiters/waitresses are not unfriendly or rude, please don't get me wrong. If they look for you, you always get the impression that they want to leave quickly, taking an order is a kind of burden. They never ask if all ok, or pass by to check, if we´re happy. Assuming that´s kind of luck of service training, so they´re unsure what to do. Because of this not blaming them, still giving a 4 stars. The boss is here requested, if interested to keep the customers. *think"

"Ich habe mich auf ein entspanntes Geburtstagsessen gefreut und würde leider enttäuscht. Der Geräuschpegel hat eher an eine Bekannte Cocktail Bar erinnert. Ich habe jedes Wort vom Tisch nebenan klar und deutlich verstanden. Zudem habe ich einen Hochtisch reserviert und wurde mit meiner Partnerin einfach an einen normalen Tisch gesetzt. Ich hätte auch gerne noch ein zweites Getränk und einen Nachtisch bestellt, aber als die Bedienung endlich mal kam, hatte ich auch kennen Appetit mehr. Einmal hat auf jeden Fall gereicht."
