"Naples is full of restaurants. Many are on the seafront and there is a constant stream of people coming and going. This restaurant is located slightly detached from the tourist chaos. It welcomes you with simplicity and courtesy even on a day like Easter Monday. And despite the holiday, the quality of the food and the skill of the dishes is remarkable. The chef knew what he was doing and who purchased the raw materials as well. Definitely a point of reference for those who want to avoid too touristy places and try something different than the excellent fried foods and excellent pizza that you can find in Naples... here you will still find fantastic food"

"Ristorante modesto in una capanna sulla spiaggia con tavoli limitati e un menu ridotto. Il cibo e il servizio sono eccellenti. Il proprietario e il personale sono molto cordiali e la pasta fatta in casa era facilmente la migliore della intera vacanza. Abbiamo ordinato gli spaghetti vongole e il piatto vegetariano che non era sul menu, ma era un semplice ma delizioso piatto di spaghetti al pomodoro. Il punteggio è meritato in base alla qualità del cibo e al servizio amichevole. Le porzioni sono dalla parte ridotta, ma comunque sufficienti e quando la qualità è così alta si può vivere con questo."

"Che peccato offrire un ristorante con un arredamento impeccabile e una buona esperienza culinaria (bruschetta di melanzane con parmigiana e spinaci alla ischitana) ma rovinare tutto con una scarsa qualità nei rapporti con i clienti! E farci andare via insoddisfatti. Infatti, quando ordino un piatto e prendo uno spritz da solo pensando che costi meno del vino abbinato alla bruschetta che ha preso mio marito, mi ritrovo a pagare di più per lo spritz da solo. Ho trovato estremamente sfortunato che quando lo abbiamo fatto notare, ha deciso di mantenere lo stesso prezzo, o di non darmi la bruschetta. Insomma, un vero peccato."

"The place was nice, the starters were good while the spaghetti with clams were a bit disappointing as they were completely separate and looked more like spaghetti with oil with a few clams in the middle. The dining room staff could be seen in a hurry to leave as they started to collect the plates while some of us were still finishing their meals. Furthermore, asking us if we wanted a dessert, we were told that the chocolate cake was not available, coincidentally the only dessert that required a few minutes to cook and prepare."

"We booked after reading good reviews about the freshness of the fish. As soon as we arrived we were given a table in front of the door where the smell from the kitchen was coming from; we asked if they could kindly move us and they placed us on the very pretty upper terrace. It took a while just to bring us the menu... We finished eating the appetizers (good) and for a while we didn't see any of the staff go upstairs, we would have liked to get more bread and water. Finally we see a waitress on the horizon and, with the opportunity, we ask what the other dishes were like... We still wait until 3.30pm for the first courses but, exhausted, we decide to get up and leave. The lady at the cash register apologized and even took an appetizer off our bill, but it's a shame it happened like this, we certainly won't be back."

Eravamo in tre e abbiamo ordinato 1 porzione di patatine fritte (senza salsine), 1 caponata di melanzane (sicuramente congelata e riscaldata in forno elettrico, con cipolle crude), 1 Gricia (pasta completamente cruda), 1 arrosto con patate al forno (un piatto mangiabile), 2 spezzatini con patate e carciofi (patate completamente crude), 1 bottiglia di Montepulciano, 1 bottiglia di acqua naturale e 1 cestello di pane (richiesto per ben due volte, ci hanno infine detto che si paga). Inoltre, abbiamo ordinato 2 puntarelle (le alici avevano un odore sgradevole). Il totale è stato di 85 euro, un prezzo esagerato. Consiglio di evitare questo locale."

"Ristorante ben arredato dove sedersi, ma lo chef tratta i suoi ospiti in modo evidente diverso. Se arrivate direttamente dalla spiaggia senza indossare i vostri migliori abiti, non aspettatevi un trattamento degno poiché sarete considerati economici. L'antipasto è stato portato via senza dire una parola prima ancora che avessimo finito, i secondi piatti sono stati portati senza nemmeno una breve pausa. Tutto sommato, un'esperienza culinaria povera poiché lo chef ha reso molto chiaro che desidera il tavolo libero per il prossimo ospite. Il cibo era accettabile, tuttavia troppo costoso per quello che era, è davvero più sulla superficie in questo ristorante. Abbiamo avuto piatti comparabili con ingredienti di alta qualità e più condimento per un prezzo migliore in altri posti."

"Un ristorante a due passi dal mare dove nei piatti non si sente la freschezza del mare! Sinceramente ci aspettavamo molto di più. Certamente la location è bella e raffinata, e il personale è gentile e professionale, ma i piatti sono insignificanti. Abbiamo ordinato due primi: scialatielli con cozze, gamberi e rucola, e spaghetti con calamaretti, olive e zest di limone, privi di maestria nei sapori, con ingredienti poco amalgamati. L'unica nota positiva è stata il dessert, che era ottimo. Tuttavia il conto è stato alto (88€) e non si può pagare in modo blando con il pane (come indicato nel menù: 3,50€ a testa!). Non tornerei."

"Proprietari e personale molto gentili e disponibili. Il locale bello e pulito. Il bagno era anche accessoriato di fasciatoio con tutte le necessità che, come nel nostro caso con una bimba piccola è stato molto utile. Cibo ottimo, antipasto di calamari su vellutata di patate e porri cotto alla perfezione e i gusti ben equilibrati. Fritto misto leggero e non unto, molto saporito. Anche la pizza per la bambina buona e ben lievitata. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto assaggiare il dolce perché la bambina era stanca, ma dal menù invogliavano molto. Prezzo giusto. Quando ci ricapiterà di tornare a Celle, torneremo sicuramente."

"In una delle strade più esquisite di Roma, dove si trovano tutte le tombe dei tempi antichi, si trova questo ristorante che un tempo era un ufficio postale. Il cibo è davvero buono, molto selettivo, e il vino è ottimo. Le persone sono gentili e affabili, e credo che sia un ristorante fantastico dove venire a mangiare, anche se non è economico. Tra i piatti, ci sono dei fantastici carciofi grigliati e lessati che hanno un sapore delizioso, e il risotto che ho ordinato aveva un incredibile sapore di crema affumicata e burro: era davvero squisito. Un'altra esperienza imperdibile in questo ristorante è visitare la cantina, che risale a un'epoca antica."

"The two of us were here for dinner on Friday evening. I deliberately waited a few days before rating it so that my impressions could settle. Overall, the wine and food were below average for me and overpriced compared to similar restaurants in the area. I constantly struggled with the impression that I had landed in a tourist trap. I know the area quite well from previous stays in Rome and have also lived in Italy for some time, so I recognize it quite well. A few more details: 1 Reception: A not particularly friendly lady (the owner? welcomed us. Well, it was Friday evening and there was a lot going on. Maybe it was also the one that is mentioned negatively in some other reviews regarding non resident guests. 2 Service: The main waiter for our room tried very hard, but was visibly overwhelmed due to the many guests. Some repeat orders came with a very long delay. 3 Food: The starters (fior di zucca and classic bruschetta were simple but good. The pasta of my companion (paccheri with tomato sauce and my own (carbonara were quite watery and tasted borderline, the paccheri were too firm to the bite for my companion. We therefore refrained from ordering a second main course. 4 Wine: We ordered vino della casa. I always do that in Italy because, in my experience, the house wine there is usually very good and has a particularly good price performance ratio. This time mine was unfortunately very bitter and simply not good but it wasn't cheap either. 5 Area: Via Panisperna was a great setting for a relaxing spring evening on Friday evening. The restaurant also offers seating outside. But despite there being free tables, we were only offered one table inside (I could see from where I was sitting that there were always free tables outside, so in my opinion there would have been room outside ."
