"Place to fool tourists. On the outside it has an appearance that does not match reality. Upon entering, you find the kitchen in the middle of the dining room, with few signs of cleaning. The food was so bad that we got indigestion the next day. Also, excessively expensive. As if that were not enough, the service was pitiful. We ordered a whimsical pizza: the ham didn't taste like anything and had the texture of bubblegum, you couldn't split it. Plus, I had a pretty bad boiled egg. "My husband and I just spent the last week in Rome and of everything we ate, this little spot had the most delicious food we have tried to date, impossibly my entire life. We ordered Prociutto and Buff Mozz, Bruschetta w/ Brie, Walnut and arugula, and spicy salami pizza. If you could see our faces as we took our first bite, you would have seen the look of amazement. The food is so simple. The Pizza was so thin and you could tell it was cooked in a brick oven. It was so delicious that we went back the next day and had the same thing with the exception of a different pizza. This time we picked the white pizza with mushrooms. "Beh cosa si può dire di questo posto. Almeno una volta nella vita bisogna mangiarci. 1 stella Michelin, Locale di classe ma con un'accoglienza calda. Il menù profuma di tradizione bolognese, L'entree e la piccola pasticceria sono una vera e propria dichiarazione d'amore per Bologna. Con l'entree ho mangiato la crescentina più buona della mia vita. Dal menu il mio piatto preferito è l'astice azzurro...uno spettacolo. Due menu degustazione. 5 piatti 110€, 7 piatti 150€. Penso però che potreste trovare delle offerte tipo su the fork."

"Un ristorante diverso da visitare Dalla Spagna consigliamo vivamente una visita a questo meraviglioso ristorante. Gestito da una persona molto speciale e con uno staff molto premuroso che ti fa sentire a casa. Bisogna prenotare in anticipo, non è molto grande ed è molto frequentato. "Questo posto è stato assolutamente salvifico per il nostro gruppo, poiché eravamo temporaneamente nella zona dell'aeroporto di Malpensa e volevamo cercare un buon ristorante italiano per cenare. Devi presentarti presto o finirai per aspettare perché questo posto diventa molto affollato molto rapidamente con molti altri clienti la sera. Abbiamo ordinato la pasta con le vongole, la pasta carbonara, le pizze (diavolo, 4 formaggi, crudo), la pasta bolognese e il tiramisù. Il bolognese è stato facilmente uno dei migliori che abbia mai assaggiato rispetto a molti ristoranti italiani nella mia città. I camerieri erano piuttosto impegnati ma hanno fatto del loro meglio per ospitarci e uno dei nostri piatti ci è stato servito significativamente in ritardo. Nel complesso mi è piaciuto mangiare qui e questo posto è all'altezza della sua fama. Grazie mille! un viaggiatore dalla NZ."

"Siamo entrati in questo ristorante senza avere troppe aspettative, ma abbiamo dovuto ricrederci. La sala è abbastanza piccola, quindi lo spazio tra i tavoli è molto ridotto. Per la nostra esperienza possiamo dire che gli antipasti e i primi piatti sono molto abbondanti e molto buoni (raccomando la tagliata con salumi). L'unico difetto è stato dover aspettare un po' troppo a lungo per prenotare."

"Di notte, qui è tranquillo. Arredi moderni e decorazioni di lusso. Il cibo era nella media. Comunque, raccomanderei ancora il terzo ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato. Mi è sembrato che l'esperienza qui non fosse autentica cucina italiana. La parte triste è che abbiamo mangiato qui due sere di seguito. Avremmo dovuto fare più ricerca. Ma avevamo fame e abbiamo mangiato. Tuttavia, se vuoi evitare di rimanere deluso è meglio mangiare altrove. Un'altra cosa, la cameriera cinese sembrava arrogante con la sua espressione facciale. Un po' inaspettato da parte del personale di un ristorante. Ma la sera successiva, sorrideva. Ci ha riconosciuto. Vogliono controllare il tuo pass vaccinale che è obbligatorio in Italia al momento. "Abbiamo finito di visitare il Museo del Vaticano e siamo andati a fare una passeggiata per le strade per trovare qualcosa da mangiare. Siamo caduti in questo posto come aveva buone recensioni, oltre 4,5*. Beh, il menu sembrava bene (elettronico, devi controllare un codice a barre) e abbiamo avuto caffè e birra gratis se abbiamo preso la pasta o la pizza. Ho una lasagne ed era... non così buona e un po' ruvida sui bordi come se fosse stata fatta qualche tempo fa, lasciata fuori o in frigo per un po' e poi riscaldata. Si può anche vedere come sembra nella foto. Non sono ancora morto (3-4 ore dopo) ma posso assicurarvi che non tornerò mai più qui. Il personale che ha servito e pulito era ok. L'atmosfera era la vostra terrazza di strada italiana standard con auto e spazzatura tutto intorno."

"I made a reservation and went. There were so many Koreans there that I thought it was a Korean restaurant. The staff were really friendly. I especially liked the fact that the blonde server I was in charge of checked everything one by one as I ordered. I ate tomato bruschetta (3€ and troutplazagna (12€ by myself and I was completely full. Both menus are recommended! The bread they brought was free. However, if you want to eat the appetizer and main menu separately, you will have to ask for the main dish to be served after eating the appetizer. They brought it all to me at once so I ate it in turns because I was afraid the lasagna would get cold. The house white wine (9.5€ was so-so. Not much acidity, not sweet, slightly bland? The sangria looked delicious, but I had already ordered 50cl of wine so I just drank it haha."

"Very intimate and romantic place, friendly and helpful staff, very good food. Let me start by saying that I am a vegetarian and here there were several dishes that I could choose (two starters, three first courses and obviously the side dishes) I took the mushroom gnocchi and they were excellent! My partner preferred a fish menu with a crudité starter and a second course. We finished it all off with two excellent desserts (abundant tiramisu and a panna cotta) the wine list is extensive, not cheap but we managed to find the right bottle for us. With dessert we had a glass of moscato (which was offered to us on the final bill) Fair price for a restaurant in the center of Venice and generous portions."

"Tiramisu is like a little slice of Italy in your mouth We didn't even plan to come here, and we're so thankful we did! We came wanting some margherita and yet the dessert blew us away! "I am visiting Rome for the first time and while I don’t Mind Italian food, it has never really been my first choice. I had a few decent Italian dishes while on a food tour so on the last day of my trip I decided I would try an Italian restaurant as my grand finale. After reviewing different menus within the square, and being invited into them, I decided I would try Virgilio. The hostess who was outside soliciting customers was nice and about to seat me at a table and a man with a white shirt with black tie who I had seen at the tables while I had been in the square stopped her. In Italian, he told her something and with a stern face shook his head. She then turned to me with a disappointed face (as if not wanting to upset me) but situationally aware, I understood that he did not want me there. I looked at him and simply said: “Don’t worry about it.” and walked away because I refuse to beg someone to provide a service that I would be paying for. I walked around for a few minutes but wanted management aware of what had happened so I returned. It was then that another young lady who was serving tables advised me that He (the man who denied my seating) Was the manager (so I knew that my complaint would be falling on deaf ears and I left. I am rather disappointed because I did not have breakfast with the intention of having a hearty lunch before my evening flight. This was a rather unfortunate irreparable experience."

"Clean, cosy, lovely little place, a lot of choice but clearly laid out, simple food made with care and very good value. Not fine dining but it does not pretend to be, vegetarians and vegans would not struggle here, bread could have been better was the only quibble. Seemed to be filled with tourists such as myself from all over the world, we seemed quite a pleasant rounded mix the night we were in. The place also seemed to have a few locals and possibly Italians from further afield dining here, which myself and my partner took as a good sign just after we had ordered and observed people flowing in chatting to staff; i'm pleased to say on this occasion this turned out not to be an unfounded good sign. The staff were excellent, the best experience from an eatery point of view after two days in the city. Reflecting a little more they would hold their own in many of the best places I've been too."
