"Their picture on this website of broccoli and shrimp with a dessert of cheesecake caught my eye... so, not knowing this was mostly a take out place, I called for a reservation. That 's when the magic began. SERVICE: They stayed open longer to accommodate our late arrival. We were greeted with smiles all around. And we left the ordering up to them because EVERYTHING smelled and looked so good. They did an optimal job! AMBIENCE: Clean and casual with high stools at small tables or a long one along the window. This isn 't where you 'd bring a romantic date. It 's where you 'd come for good food. HOWEVER, if a romantic date is on the program, then do take-away for a great picnic experience in the park or nearby piazza. FOOD: Ah-mazing! Seriously. When you groan with pleasure, you know you 're in the right place to make your stomach happy. And when your stomach is happy, all is right with the world. Perhaps because we were so enthusiastic from the get go, the owner, Mahjabeen, let us taste a new noodle dish they were working on. Wow! Since everything smelled so wonderful, I suggested, Can you just keep bringing small tastes until we 're full? And remember to leave room for cheesecake. The soup with noodles was divine. The bread and chickpeas were flavorful. The vegetables... fish... rice... everything... was spot on delicious. We ended up sampling about eight different dishes, each one as good if not better than the last. And, of course, the cheesecake didn 't disappoint! I even ended up taking a piece of the walnut cake home for the next day. Tiffs is now my favorite non-Italian eating experience in Vicenza! Oh, and they 've recently started a take out service with pre-packaged meals to keep refrigerated until you 're ready to heat and serve them. That 's a great option for busy families... or singles who don 't feel like cooking for themselves... or tourists who rent apartments here in town."
