"Buona esperienza Non essendo appassionato di cucina indiana, ma uomo curioso, ho preso un offerta per 2 persone su Groupon. Locale un pò pacchiano, ma il bello è proprio quello. Cibo direi buono ed abbondante, nonostante il coupon che consiglio e il personale è super gentile e pronto aconsigliare. Il menu comprendeva: antipasti misti con baigan pakora (melanzane in farina di ceci e spezie), aloo pakora (patate in farina di ceci e spezie) e mix vegetables (misto di vegetali a cubetti pastellati) ogni 2 persone piatto unico di mix tandoori con bocconcini di pollo marinato con salsa di menta, bocconcini di pollo marinato con mango piccante, bocconcini di pollo con spezie leggermente piccanti e bocconcini di pollo marinati con crema di anacardi. Il tutto accompagnato con salsa allo yogurt intero bianco porzione a testa di dal panjabi (lenticchie gialle cotte con pomodoro fresco e spezie indiane) piatto di mix vegetables (fagiolini piselli carote zucchine, patate cavolfiori saltate con salsa al curry e formaggio paneer) ogni 2 persone white naan (pane cotto su pietra) a testa white rice (riso Basmati cotto al vapore) ogni 2 persone dolce a scelta fra coconut barfi (praline di latte al cocco) o pista kulfi (semifreddo al pistacchio indiano) a testa calice di vino a testa una bottiglia d’acqua ogni 2 persone. Unica cosa negativa i dolci che non ci sono piaciuti, per resto, tutto di gradimento."

"We were in Rome for 5 days, hubby fancied an Indian and we found this restaurant. The reviews looked good apart from the odd negative review. We called the restaurant for directions and opening times and where advised to come after 9pm as they have functions at the restaurant which they needed to cater for. We arrived at the location and the hospitality was lovely. We ordered drinks and starters. My Hubby wanted kebabs but we were told that they didn’t have any so he settled for the chicken legs. Once the chicken arrived it tasted like it was heated up and was not fresh. The chicken was dry and tasted like it’s been reheated,And cold inside. I ordered the paneer pokra and it was tasty and fresh. We order brown dhal and rice for mains and that tasted OK. My hubby still fancied fresh kebabs and we advised the owner what we wanted and were assured that he will have this ready for tomorrow evening. We were advised to come after 9pm as they had another function at the restaurant. The next evening we arrived at the restaurant and my husband was incredibly excited about having fresh kebabs. The kebabs arrived to our table very quickly (within. 5 mins). To my husband’s shock he was presented with chicken kebabs and not the mince kebabs. When my hubby questioned this the owner stated that they did not have time to buy the meat as they had been very busy with the function earlier in the day. My hubby said why didn’t you tell me you didn’t have them as I would of not ordered it. I ordered my self some onion, potato pokra and they tasted nice. My Hubby’s main dish was butter chicken which again tasted like it had been reheated. The only fresh item my hubby ate was the naan bread. The owner had questioned why my hubby had left half of the chicken kebabs and my hubby said he don’t like chicken kebabs, and the owner also stated that they might of not been cooked properly, as my hubby said they were cold from inside. I asked my hubby wats wrong he said it tasted like they were reheated again. The owner realised my hubby didn’t like them and gave us the whole meal on the house as my hubby felt he knew he was wrong. The service was rushed on both days. We have eaten in top places never had reheated food given to us and then get lied to about not going to the market to pick up food, where my hubby was told he will have it ready for him, the worst thing we traveled about 45 mins from our hotel to get to him and was presented with reheated food, my hubby believes if you have a function why open your restaurant up for 2 hours to be rushed around and food which had no taste,cold and reheated. I was going to recommend this restraunt to my family who are arriving in a few days but I think twice before I do that. Overall hospitality has been fabulous food was a big big let down,me and my hubby will not be visiting this restaurant again,once fair play but 2nd time same thing again. I asked my hubby what he felt about the decor he described it like, very dated,cold needs a good revamp. Please don’t get us wrong the service the hospitality was fabulous but we was there for food and that was a big let down."

"Ciao, ho ordinato 4 bubble tea oggi e ne ho ordinati 4 anche ieri perché siamo in viaggio di famiglia a Milano per una settimana dal Regno Unito. . Quello che abbiamo ordinato oggi era cocco ed era di pessimo gusto dato che vengo da un paese in cui il cocco è disponibile in abbondanza (Kerala, India, anche se sono emigrato nel Regno Unito). Il cocco che hanno dato aveva un sapore pessimo e ha il sapore di vecchio brodo. Se fossimo nel Regno Unito e informassimo il venditore del gusto, ne avrebbero immediatamente dato un altro senza nemmeno fare ulteriori domande. Siamo tornati con il bubble tea in piena quantità nel bicchiere e abbiamo informato l'addetto all'assistenza clienti ma non si sono nemmeno preoccupati di nulla e ci hanno informato di gettare il contenuto nei rifiuti se non ci piace e non si sono nemmeno scusati o come una cortesia che non ti ha nemmeno chiesto se ne hai bisogno di un'altra. Chiedo quindi umilmente all'autorità sanitaria di verificare nei locali eventuali vecchie scorte e stanno fornendo al pubblico i prodotti entro la data di scadenza. Il pubblico è anche consapevole che avere buoni affari non significa offrire prodotti di qualità. Mentre camminavamo per la strada con la tazza di Bubble Tea, così tante persone ci hanno chiesto da dove l'abbiamo presa? li abbiamo indirizzati nel modo giusto. Anche aiutandoli a ottenere affari, la nostra esperienza con loro è stata negativa. A questo allego anche la ricevuta.
