"Una serata deludente nel complesso. è iniziata bene con un'accoglienza amichevole e un servizio iniziale ragionevole, tuttavia man mano che la serata andava avanti è diventata sempre più deludente e frustrante. Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione con abbinamento vini (3 vini). I punti positivi sono: 1. I primi tre piatti erano eccellenti sebbene serviti lentamente 2. Buona posizione e atmosfera. I punti negativi sono: 1. Il piatto principale troppo cotto 2. I dolci erano deludenti per non dire altro 3. Nessuna informazione su perché il vino fosse abbinato al cibo 4. I tavoli non venivano puliti nonostante i commensali avessero lasciato il ristorante da un periodo considerevole di tempo 5. Il personale andava a fumare vicino al ristorante 6. Servizio dolorosamente lento. Due ore e mezza per 3 portate con i dolci portati solo quando volevamo andarcene e pagare 7. Il cameriere non era interessato quando abbiamo menzionato i problemi senza ringraziamenti per aver visitato il ristorante 8. Molto costoso. Una serata molto deludente che doveva essere il punto forte del nostro soggiorno a Siena. Molto lontano da un ristorante stellato Michelin con molti posti migliori vicino. Non raccomandato."

"My wife and I went for lunch, seeing as it was rated very highly. We ordered beef tartare, eggplant with burrata, and the truffle pasta. The beef tartare tasted spoiled and was inedible- after taking one bite I put it aside as I felt as though I was going to be sick. It looked more like finely chopped hamburger meat that was close to room temperature. The eggplant with burrata was soggy, with the water from the burrata spilling over the plate. Finally, the pasta was basically a spaghetti version of macaroni and cheese with a mound of shaved black truffle on top. We ate about half of it and then promptly asked for the check, wanting to remove ourselves as soon as possible."
