"I don't normally blame a restaurant when something doesn't go well but here I can't help myself. We were served friendly that has to be said. When I asked about the risotto (15€ , I was immediately recommended the daily special (pasta with porcini mushrooms and shrimps . These were then €30 on the bill. Wouldn't have had a problem if I had been told this when ordering. The starters: 1x tuna tartar, 1x branzino tartar tasted good, very small portion. One tartare had a small insect in it we're not particularly fussy but we pointed it out to the waiter when we were clearing it away. No reaction After the meal we ordered the bill then the question came as to whether we would like another limoncello or grappa we ordered two limoncellos. After serving these, the waiter said that the next limoncellos would be offered we assumed that the first ones would already be offered possibly there was also a language problem (we had spoken German with the waiter . To our surprise, the limoncellos weren't on the bill. Bill: I already mentioned the starter for €30. Coperto: 4€. No comment about the bug in the food, no reaction (at least offering a coffee or something similar would have been OK for us . After a long discussion about prices/information for customers, we were accommodated a little. Conclusion: the food was good, the service was friendly. Pricing policy/recommendations: if there are daily recommendations, I would expect them to be on an official paper (or slate, like everyone else does . Then you can see the prices straight away and know what to expect. Would I eat there again: no, certainly not after this experience."

"Today I went to this ice cream shop, I frequented it often in the past but today I was very disappointed. Unfortunately for health reasons I can 't eat some things and I asked for the book of ingredients, which was serious because the staff didn 't know where the book was. I was provided with a little book which was actually a recipe book but the staff (probably young and inexperienced) believed that it was the book of ingredients. I pointed out that it wasn 't and they looked for it while I waited, it is not possible that the book is not within immediate reach of the customer and that the customer should feel looked at in a strange way if he requests it. I would like to point out that the sales staff, strangely, seemed to have never had to deal with such a request. They were disoriented and looked at me as if I had asked who knows what, which made me feel very embarrassed and I didn 't like it at all. In the end the book was finally found by a sales assistant but it was not possible for me to purchase anything because there was no adequate communication between the parties and some flavors declared on the book, oil based and not soy based, not I managed to figure out where to find them since the workers seemed disoriented and were confusingly bouncing information back and forth between each other. In the end I left tired and impatient. An employee greeted rudely when I turned around, the tone of his bye, bye was as if to say finally go away . It is not possible to have health problems and make legitimate requests and feel treated in a less than courteous manner because of it. Taking into account the fact that when you have problems you have more difficulties and you need more understanding and help in choosing products. My family and I will never set foot in this ice cream shop again and I will give terrible publicity."

I proprietari sono siciliani, quindi è una pasticceria siciliana interamente senza glutine e con moltissime opzioni senza lattosio. Ci si può mangiare a tutte le ore, colazione, pranzo, aperitivo, merenda. Altissima qualità e amore in tutto quello che cucinano (che tra l’altro solitamente è freschissimo e preparato da loro lì dietro). Consiglio 100%. Può sembrare che il costo sia alto e capisco chi lo pensa, ma la posizione è eccellente poiché in centro e davanti alla cupola di San Pietro, quindi immaginiamo i costi dell’affitto e quant’altro! Aiutiamo i nostri piccoli negozietti gluten free"
