"I have travelled to Rome three times and have made it somewhat of a habit to visit Luzzi every time. However, this time I was very disappointed with the service. It doesn't feel fair because most waiters were actually quite nice But there was this one waiter in particular, who was bald, had tattoos on this arms and wore a jeans fabric apron. He wasn't even a server for our table, but that did not stop him from constantly giving me and my fiance attitude, berating me for asking for the bill. And overall displaying a tone of racism and terrible hospitality. It was my last day in rome, and I was all excited to try their tiramisu, but this experience just left a terrible taste for my entire trip in Rome. I really hope no one else had to experience this person's horrible service..."
