"As usual we place the order via the app and as usual things are missing... after reiterating to the girl to check the order before delivering it! Nothing was missing, a sandwich, so I go back and kindly ask them to redo the menu so I don't eat the cold things (at the same time other people have the same problem, some chips, some others... I wait another 20 minutes and when I leave I discover that everything was cold . I am shocked by the mockery of both the manager on duty and the employees. We have initiated a formal complaint with MC Donald's customer service so they will understand that people are not to be fooled. When these things happen, write to the service so that you can send the receipt etc. the complaints service will be able to trace it back to the staff on duty. I didn't go back to redo the menu because otherwise I would have thrown the dishes and been in the wrong. After a day of work one chooses a service (what a service it isn't... and also has to pack up dinner! I fire employees out of disrespect! There can be a mistake, it happens to those who work... Ci sarebbero stati più stelle se l'avessero detto prima o se l'avessero messo sulla ricevuta. Ho appena notato che non è nemmeno scritto nel menu. Inaffidabili. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They chat well and are very professional. I personally know Giulia, Alice and Andrea and they are truly humane and warm-hearted people! Keep it up! "We went into Bardolino one day last week and stopped off at the yacht bar for a coffee after we got off the ferry as it is right opposite the pier. We then had a walk around the town and decided to go back here for lunch. We had lovely flat bread ham and cheese sandwiches and a pistachio cheese cake between us and it was all delicious!!! Then I asked the waiter where we would be able to get a taxi to take us back to our hotel in Garda (our hotel was quite a walk up from the town) and he phoned one for us. It was raining quite heavily by this point so it was great that they picked us up from the restaurant this was really good service"

"Ognuno di noi ha dei riferimenti sui prodotti alimentari. Ma chi conosce veramente come vengono prodotti e lavorati? Come nella ristorazione, anche il gelato risente della qualità della materia prima. Ora, il mio riferimento in termini di qualità è la gelateria Timballo di Udine. Ma per restare in zona, menzionerei anche la Pasticceria d'altri tempi di Venzone. Se devo confrontare i gelati di queste due attività con quelli di questa gelateria, mi sembra ci sia un bel divario. Vedere un gelato al pistacchio verde, e in generale tutti quei colori esposti in vetrina, mi fa comprendere come sono realizzati. Oltre alla sensazione non ottimale in bocca e in gola al termine della degustazione. Se il gelato è di qualità, sono disposto a pagarlo anche 2 euro a pallina. Ma qui, direi che anche 1,50 euro potrebbero sembrare eccessivi."
