"As usual we place the order via the app and as usual things are missing... after reiterating to the girl to check the order before delivering it! Nothing was missing, a sandwich, so I go back and kindly ask them to redo the menu so I don't eat the cold things (at the same time other people have the same problem, some chips, some others... I wait another 20 minutes and when I leave I discover that everything was cold . I am shocked by the mockery of both the manager on duty and the employees. We have initiated a formal complaint with MC Donald's customer service so they will understand that people are not to be fooled. When these things happen, write to the service so that you can send the receipt etc. the complaints service will be able to trace it back to the staff on duty. I didn't go back to redo the menu because otherwise I would have thrown the dishes and been in the wrong. After a day of work one chooses a service (what a service it isn't... and also has to pack up dinner! I fire employees out of disrespect! There can be a mistake, it happens to those who work... Continuing to do so is not having the desire to work, being made fun of is a lack of respect! I attach a photo copy of the receipt!"
