"We spent one night in Venice and were lucky enough to stumble upon this place. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We arrived on a Saturday evening without a reservation and were seated straight away. The menu changes every day because they base it around the fresh ingredients they find at the market each morning. We had a parmigiana di melanzane with a smoked cheese to start, then a fish platter (we chose sea bass, cod, and tuna accompanied by chicory and artichokes). To finish off we had a homemade tiramisu. The house white wine (garganega) was a great compliment to all the dishes we had. Fresh ingredients, cooked very well with a lot of care, and fun and friendly staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone."
