"Passeggiando per le vie della splendida Lecce, si incrocia un ristorante che si lascia visitare, non un attimo di esitazione perché gli ambienti sono curati nei dettagli, diverso dai tanti, unico tra pietra, mure spesse, travi e profili in ferro, giochi di luci. Eccelle il servizio, l'ospitalità e l'eleganza di saper gestire i tavoli. Il menù è ricco di portate interessanti che all'arrivo a tavola lascia il commensale con occhi incuriositi e un tripudio di sapori in bocca. Lo chef è una garanzia per I Latini, sa perfettamente mescolare i sapori, le materie prime della tradizione con idee innovative e di una bontà che vi invito a provare. "Non so se fosse una giornata storta per loro quando abbiamo visitato il ristorante, ma come ho detto nel titolo, è stato il cibo peggiore che possiamo ricordare. Siamo andati in questo posto per il pranzo come coppia. Innanzitutto, di solito non ceniamo in posti come questo, dato che sembrava una trappola per turisti. Si trovava di fronte al lago, in una zona di alto traffico e super affollata. Ma poiché aveva ricevuto così tante recensioni positive qui, abbiamo pensato di dargli una possibilità. Abbiamo ordinato fiori di zucchina in pastella, insalata caprese e pizza. I fiori di zucchina in pastella sono arrivati caldi sulla pastella, ma il fiore di zucchina era freddo, come se non fosse stato scongelato. I pomodori nell'insalata caprese erano farinacei e la pizza era insipida e gomosa. Abbiamo rimandato indietro i fiori di zucchina perché li riscaldassero, e sono tornati mollicci, come se li avessero messi in microonde. Così ho dovuto inseguire il cameriere e la cameriera per far notare che era freddo e ancora peggio della prima volta. La cameriera ha riconosciuto il problema e non ci ha addebitato i fiori di zucchina. Il tavolo non era molto pulito e il servizio era nella media. Era chiaro che il ristorante era sotto personale. In generale, non è stata un'esperienza culinaria che vogliamo ricordare."

"Same as my previous review for Emasi ! They are the same family and group ! Single diner experience arriving at 21:30 without a reservation! Amazingly honest and authentic food that you can afford and that will leave you filled and happy inside. Aubergine paramagne was delicious but the focccia to go with it made this so utterly delicious to eat with your finger dipping in the lushness of the eggplant and cheese and tomato sauce. Fruite de Mare pasta main was delicious but this is some amazing pasta homemade and silky buttery sauce ! Amazing price too! Also make sure you book for lunch or dinner ! It’s small and very busy! "Ordered steak that was basically killed twice that's how overcooked it was. Diavola and calzone were the only saving grace. Everything else I'd never order again especially a steak (di mazno as the owner is trying to say I meant the 16 euro steak. Di mazno is clearly steak as well) that's 22 euros comes with no sides and you're never asked how you'd like it prepared. I've never been somewhere where the default wellness is well done. Good views have to be for the place next door on accident. Service charge for a sleeping infant is insulting too as she was in a kangaroo carrier and took up no space and required no service. "Avoid at all costs if you're coeliac Gluten Free. Ordered a takeaway gluten free Margherita and asked twice (once to a waiter and once to the manager) and they confirmed twice this was gluten free. Upon eating it around the corner we thought it was too good to be gluten free. So we returned to the restaurant to ask the waiter out the front and he confirmed straight away it WAS NOT gluten free. Offered no refund but they made us a new gf pizza but I don't know if we even should eat it now because how careless they were. Waiter was apologetic but manager couldn't care less and didn't even give eye contact. Hope my wife doesn't get sick now as we play russian roulette. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!"

"03/17/2024. Ci siamo fermati per pranzo con un gruppo di 40 persone durante un viaggio a Roma. L'ambiente è tranquillo e il servizio è buono. Non posso giudicare il prezzo perché era incluso nel totale del tour. Il cacio e pepe era davvero buono. Il secondo di carne era altrettanto buono. Volevo provare i carciofi alla giuda, che non erano nel menu concordato, e mi sono sembrati un po' eccessivi, in quanto dovevo pagare 5 euro per uno solo. Davvero troppo. Per il resto, il locale è da raccomandare. "As good restaurants go, few can compare to the delicious, savory, mouth watering culinary experience of Gam Gam. Truth be told, even my own mother’s cooking pales in comparison to the incredible steak-thing I ate. Even my own Babushka, who makes a crazy soup, fell short relative to the matzah ball soup. Our waiter, a cute Italian boy named Leonardo kept us engaged and entertained throughout the entire experience. Jokes and anecdotes as well as practical advice on which food to buy and which food to avoid was all that left his mouth. We didn’t spend Shabbat there, but looking back- I wish we had."

"Cominciamo col dire che era un lunedì sera, il ristorante era molto pieno. Siamo arrivati e abbiamo aspettato un po' per ordinare. Arrivano gli antipasti e la tartare di carne, terribile e senza sapore. La carbonara, buona e abbondante, nulla da dire. La carne, costata Fiorentina, secondo loro da 500 g; io la chiedo al sangue e invece arriva bruciata, o come dice il cameriere "ben cotta". Chiedo spiegazioni specificando la mia richiesta e mi viene detto: "L’hai chiesta così", e se ne va. Sono senza parole!! Impossibile da mangiare. Cari gestori, capisco la quantità di lavoro e lo stress, ma non dovremmo essere noi a rimetterci. Tornerò, spero di aver beccato la serata sbagliata."

"After years of coming to dinner here I decided it was time to do a review! The restaurant is intimate and nice with always good music, there is not much seating (there are 2 rooms) so I highly recommend booking in advance; in summer a small internal courtyard is also opened. The staff is friendly and the service is quite fast. I highly recommend the spaghetti with clams and, although it is not a fish first course, the bigoli with yellow datterini tomatoes and ricotta are really delicious and very light. If you want to try a typical dessert I recommend the Burano biscuits."
