"Come non dare 5 stelle, ne darei anche di pi. Locale molto carino, come tutti gli altri clienti, siamo stati accomodati in terrazza, l' atmosfera molto tranquilla e piacevole. Il cibo di ottima qualit, buono e le porzioni sono abbondanti, facendo il men da 25 si fa una mangiata fenomenale, senza contare che sono inclusi acqua, vino, sorbetto e caff limoncello. I camerieri e la responsabile del ristorante sono molto cordiali e gentili. Penso sia, per il rapporto qualit prezzo, uno dei migliori posti in cui io abbia mai mangiato. Se ritorner a Catania, sar una tappa obbligatoria."

"Servizio attento e preciso, ottima qualità alimentare, prezzo tendentemente alto ma in linea con i ristoranti della zona, di solito abbastanza affollato quindi è consigliabile prenotare. Le patate con l'indimenticabile Speck e anche un semplice contorno come gli spinaci ad olio è dato un gusto davvero notevole e sopra la normalità. Anche i dolci, anche se ad un prezzo esorbitante (7-10 euro), non deludono. Sono tornato e tornerò sicuramente nella prossima stagione, quindi lo consiglio vivamente."

"Exceptional. Highly quality service, beautiful interior and patio. The best pasta with ragu I have ever tried and I have tried dozens in every region of Italy. An unique twist to a classic dish. Wine pairing was great too and we got educated on everything wine related in Sicily with was a great bonus. Their wine list is the biggest we have seen in the recent memory. Definitely need to book in advance because it was fully booked in off season. An amazing fine dining experience which offers one of the best price/performance because there are several more expensive restaurants that doesn’t match their quality. Great job! We’ll be back for more!"

"Siamo tornati in questo locale a distanza di anni,location semplice ma carina,una bella veranda e prato dove vengono sistemati i tavoli. C'è poco personale quindi se il locale è pieno si crea un po' di confusione. Locale spartano,cucina semplice,menù non troppo vasto. Abbastanza buono,ideale per chi ricerca una cucina casereccia e semplice. Ravioli di branzino buoni,spaghetti al ragù di mare un po' annacquati,in fondo al piatto abbiamo trovato abbondante acqua,fritto di calamari abbastanza buono e leggero. Servizio nella norma con simpatia solo della titolare, ordinati antipasti e pizze di mare, cibo purtroppo scadente con pesce non fresco e molto gommoso, tanto da fare fatica a masticarlo, non siamo riusciti nemmeno a finire la pizza proprio perché era gommoso sia l'impasto che il pesce sopra, peccato perché si presentava bene. Inoltre l'antipasto Gran mare costava €21 e non li valeva assolutamente né come qualità né come quantità, abbiamo mangiato altrove molto molto meglio a prezzo inferiore."

"E' un ristorante medio, non troppo lontano dal Duomo di Milano. Abbiamo visitato come gruppo di amici, basandosi su una recensione che abbiamo trovato su Google Maps. All'arrivo, abbiamo notato che la porta d'ingresso era chiusa, ma un cartello ha detto 'noi siamo sempre aperti, ' quindi abbiamo solo dovuto bussare. Sembrava che il proprietario scegliesse selettivamente i suoi clienti. Il suo comportamento era un po' strano. Tuttavia, data la posizione principale del ristorante e probabile afflusso di turisti, questo comportamento potrebbe essere comprensibile. Questo ristorante non ha bisogno di molti clienti. Il proprietario lascia solo in coloro che vogliono pagare i prezzi premium. Inoltre, sembra che le donne attraenti e immediatamente continua a dire 'Bellisima, ' che potrebbe rendere alcuni viaggiatori femminili a disagio. "Avoid at all cost. I’m not one for negative reviews, but I’ll do this in service to future visitors to Monterosso. This was the worst* meal we’ve had in Italy in 13 years and dozens of trips. Literally just go to the train station and have the mixed seafood, or anything else. Management/ownership is clearly uncaring and, frankly, lazy. I don’t blame the server for this, but from a diner’s perspective the servers were doing far less than the bare minimum. Just dropping each plate at the end of the table for diners to distribute themselves (for a 4 top) is evidence of this. *The lemon anchovy antipasti was absolutely fine. The pesto trophie was well prepared but absolutely flavorless we never salt our food at restaurants, but it was, tragically, necessary in this case. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3"
