"A pleasant evening, more for the company than anything else. The pleasant evening was mainly dictated by the close-knit group that we are, the rest to be reviewed. They seated us on time, having previously booked for eight people, but the service did not continue in the same way. The first unpleasant episode concerned the waitress who served us. Once seated, she overheard, albeit accidentally, one of our conversations and felt unfairly implicated, even though she was not the subject of the conversation, reserving us from that moment on with a surly and polemical service, despite our polite ways. In fact, the waitress showed this attitude from the moment in which, once the last two people had arrived, who among other things would have ordered both food and drink as four of the eight had already done, she pointed out the ordering of two bottles of water from the two who hadn't eaten because they were on a diet. Subsequently, since our table was next to the cash register, we politely asked to lower the music a little, a request which was promptly accepted by another waitress, except that it was suddenly raised again by another employee who, in following our new request, he replied verbatim almost as a mockery “Why?! The music is so beautiful!”, leaving us stunned. Finally, as the icing on the cake, we were given an incorrect bill: two bottles of wine totaling 60 euros (30 each) were charged instead of two glasses. Therefore, if it had not been for our attention and the professionalism of the other waitress who was able to accommodate our acceptable requests, the rest of the service was somewhat disappointing."

"He said I should go to MacDonalds when we complained that waiting 45 minutes to get a first dish of pasta was too much. I can understand a mistake and I would have accepted an apology but this way of ruining your Sunday lunch is too much. Details: we arrive at about 12.30, as first customers, on a Sunday and ordered two starters (antipasto) and 2 dishes of pasta (one simple pasta for my 3 year old son) and a salad. After about 20 minutes of long waiting the two cold antipasto (cheese and vegetables) arrived and about 10 minutes later even the pasta of my son arrived. Everything quite acceptable at this point. However, waiting 30 more minutes without the other two ordered simple plates to arrive was too much. We asked the waitress to cancel the pasta plate because we could not wait that long (but we would still get the salad my wife was about the leave the restaurant to play with my son). She said this is not possible and 10 minutes letter she brought the salad and the pasta plate. By the way, the couple that arrived after us was already about to finishing their fish plate. I ate the salad but left the pasta on a different table. Then when I went to pay the bill (and waited 5 minutes standing) I asked not to pay for the pasta plate that arrived too late. He said OK but I should go to MacDonalds if I am in hurry!!! He also charged me 5 euro for the kid pasta, although normally he would not charge it (he said). So, instead of apologizing for the terrible service he wanted to punish me for complaining! Great character!"
