"Consigliato dai locali... entriamo e la signora al bancone non ci dà nemmeno un'occhiata o un saluto. Il mio compagno ed io siamo stati lì per 5 minuti e abbiamo smesso di aspettare fino a quando un cameriere molto gentile ci ha chiesto se avevamo prenotato, dopo 5 minuti ci ha detto che c'era spazio come siamo entrati nella stanza (forse il proprietario o il gestore della stanza) ci dicono di sedersi fuori perché i cani nella stanza non sono ammessi in... abbiamo un piccolo cane che dorme sempre. Usciamo e aspettiamo 10 minuti nel caso in cui vengano a chiamarci ma questo non accade... quindi ce ne andiamo... non c'è segno fuori che vieta ai cani di entrare....in 2024 i cani entreranno ovunque e saranno parte integrante delle famiglie. Viviamo a Roma e non abbiamo mai avuto questo problema. Grazie comunque per questa prima volta...."

"The best meal we ate in Venice! The food was high quality and absolutely delicious, the service was just phenomenal and the prices were great! We had some amazing waiters, but one in particular was so fun, friendly, and just lovely to our family. Our 8 year old son just loved him and really appreciated how much attention he gave him! The food was definitely the best we had on this trip to Venice; we highly recommend a meal here! I told my family that a couple who looked at the menu outside and then left had no idea what an amazing meal they were going to miss."

"Pizza was amazing! We started with the fried pizza which was not what I expected. It was basically a calzone minus the ricotta but was delicious. Then I had the La Soldino and that was absolutely delicious!! I thoroughly enjoyed it. My son had the Diavalo and said it was equally as good. We were seated in the corner by the front door so it took a bit for the waiter to realize we were there which was fine but the part that was really distasteful was one of the employees (maybe the owner who knows) would go stand at the front door smoking repeatedly throughout our dinner. It was really off putting. I understand people in Europe smoke a lot but to smoke while people are eating is really inconsiderate. This isn’t the only place that has done that. Maybe take your pizza to go if you don’t like the smoke. But the pizza was awesome!"

Vi serviranno un piatto di ravioli di frutti di mare alla fine della vostra esperienza culinaria. Abbiamo espresso che non lo abbiamo chiesto molte volte- non ci piacciono nemmeno i ravioli di pesce. E' arrivata e l'abbiamo spostata intorno al piatto, pensavamo fosse un'aggiunta gratuita da quando ci siamo appena fidanzati. Il cameriere ci ha trovati maleducati, era molto buono rude, e non lo avrebbe rimosso fino a quando non siamo usciti. Non andare qui! Questa è la mia unica esperienza negativa in Italia."

"Nice garden place ruined by staff and low quality of food and drinks. Don’t order Hugo cocktails , they serve something else extremely sweet and state “it’s how they make it”. Interesting cause I have been to the same place over the summer and they were serving normal Hugo. The substitute Aperol spritz was decent. Aperitif food tastes like leftovers. The redhead waitress is not polite. We asked about a bottle of water which was ordered 15 minutes earlier and she start yelling that she doesn’t take orders. Once explained we did already order it she told us she would have checked. Of course the bottle was never brought to us."

"We went in for Easter dinner. The chef and staff were bickering with each other. Completely out of the special Easter meal and everything else. We made reservations specifically asking if they would be serving at dinner time. "Get ready to climb some stairs to get here After raising your heart rate prepare for some beautiful views. The restaurant has been with the same family for many generations and you can tell they are! Very friendly and caring people! The Nona seems to be the one who helps you at the end with paying for your meal plus you get a complimentary small glass of house limoncello and little cookies. Yes; the prices for the dishes are higher than normal, but you definitely pay for the view all the food we had was really great! The house wine was also really tasty. Overall wonderful experience. Just have a little patience. This town is one of the busiest out of the 5."

"A rare gem and a true 10/10. We visited during a busy sunny lunch but chose to sit inside because the interiors are nothing short of cinematic. Everything is authentic and original which results in a time-travelling experience un-like many restaurants in the world. Because everyone else was outside there was nothing to indicate the modern resulting in the true fantasy of 1950s glamorous Rome. Please never change the interiors or add ugly modern features- it’s perfect just how it is the owner was friendly and cool and all the waiters look sharp, elegant and professional in their white tuxedos and bow ties. My wine was one of the nicest I’ve had in years. Starter was tasty and unique and served on great plates. I’d love to see a few more vegetarian/ vegan options, fresh Italian salads or vegetable pasta sauces, otherwise I cannot fault this restaurant. Thank you!"

"Take a seat at a table from which you could smell a not too pleasant fishy smell. The pizza served was clearly frozen, topped with a ham that I have nothing to complain about and mushrooms with a sour taste. The place was half empty (only one other table was occupied) and the waiters seemed restless: they were constantly entering and leaving the place, intent on catching tourists and chatting with each other, even inside the place, with an exaggeratedly loud voice. "After the initial euphoria, we were bitterly disappointed! The space in the backyard was nice and the drinks were served to us quickly. Everything was fine with the starters. The first pizza arrived quite quickly. The other four people had to wait. After 50 minutes we asked where our food was because all the other tables that ordered after us had already had their food. We were then asked what we had actually ordered. Then the next disappointment. My plate of gnocchi quattro formaggi was just thrown on the plate in a dreary and careless manner. La cameriera era molto gentile ma purtroppo abbiamo trovato un bicchiere sporco di mozzarella secca e un pezzo di plastica nelle topping pizza. Abbiamo apprezzato le scuse della cameriera che ci ha avvicinato ripetutamente, mortificato, ma non abbiamo apprezzato che il proprietario non ha detto una parola, né ci ha offerto, non so... un amaro? Un caffè? Hai evitato di pagare qualcosa? Non lo so. Credo che riconoscere gli errori dei proprietari e le loro mancanze faccia crescere una persona personalmente... figuriamoci in un'attività commerciale. Vorrei sottolineare che questa è una recensione costruttiva e non distruttiva perché non mi piace mai mettere quelli che lavorano in una brutta luce, ma sono un cliente che presta un servizio e non mi aspetto che questo sia impeccabile ma che sia almeno data la giusta attenzione, quindi spero che questo possa essere di aiuto per un servizio più preciso."

"We ate here three times during our week-long stay in Tropea and it was excellent every time. The restaurant stands out pleasantly from the many rather middle-class restaurants in Tropea. The menu is manageable, the atmosphere is nice, and the service is very attentive. The appetizer platter for two people is recommended, it is very rich and can easily be ordered for four people.
